With regard to tachographs, these are recording devices usually intended to be fitted in commercial vehicles, mainly trucks - in particular, heavy goods vehicles - but also certain commercial vehicles and coaches of the European Union. They are generally connected to the electrical circuit, the speed sensor and possibly to the on-board computer network of the vehicles.

Tachographs make it possible to measure and record the specific characteristics of the use and the movements of the vehicle they equip: number of kilometers traveled, instantaneous speed, driving time, etc. They thus determine the various conditions of occupancy of the vehicle. vehicle by the driver, for a later check of his schedule.

In this context, the invention aims to provide an additional level of security as to the inviolability of these recording devices to for control and / or monitoring purposes.
