The cap according to claim 12, characterized in that the locking means (8) include two bearing extensions (26, 27) sliding on each other, belonging to the base (3) and to the lid (6), respectively, the respective profile of which is determined in order to allow, upon their relative movement towards a final relative position, first and elastically constrained displacement, not free, of the lid, relatively to the base, and finally in the final position, release of the lid relatively to the base, the base and/or said lid, then resuming their initial respective shapes.
  14. The cap according to claim 1, characterized in that:
    - the base (3) is sealably mounted, with respect to the contents of the container, on a neck (2a) of the container (2), and includes a discharge conduit (5) arranged with an outlet port for discharging said contents,
    - the lid (6) includes blocking means (7) arranged in order to close the outlet port (5a) of the base (3), sealably with respect to the contents of said container,
    - in the open position of the lid (6), the outlet port of the base (3) is clear, and in the closed down position of said lid (6), said outlet (5a) is closed by the blocking means (7).
  15. The cap according to claim 1, characterized in that:
    - the base (3) includes an aperture for letting through a neck (2a) of the container (2),
    - the lid (6) includes blocking means (7) arranged in order to close the neck (2a) of the container, sealably with respect to the contents of said container,
    - in the open position of the lid (6), the neck (2a) of the container (1) is clear, and in the closed down position of said lid (6), the neck (2a) of the container (2) is closed by blocking means (7).
  16. The cap according to claim 14 or 15, characterized in that the blocking means (7) are arranged for a sealed closure, while requiring antagonistic energy in order to be released.
  17. The cap according to claim 16, characterized in that the blocking means (7) are used as means for locking the lid (6) relatively to the base (3), in its closed down position.
  18. The cap according to claim 16, characterized in that the stored mechanical energy by design of the cap is larger than the required energy for releasing the blocking (7) and/or locking means of the lid (6) relatively to the base (3), plus the energy required for overcoming the rotational resistance of the hinge means (10).
  19. The cap according to claim 1, characterized in that means (18) for stopping or braking the rotational return travel of the lid (6) from its open position to its closed down position, are provided between the base (3) and said lid (6).
  20. The cap according to claim 19, characterized in that the stopping or breaking means (18) include, on the side of the base (3) or of the lid (6), a stop catch (19), and correspondingly, on the side of the lid (6) or of the base (3), a toothed crown (20) around the axis of rotation of the hinge (10), the teeth (21) of which escape from the stop catch (19) in the direction for opening the lid from its closed down position, and the teeth (21) of which flexibly mesh with the stop catch (19) in the direction of return of the lid from its open position to its closed down position.
  21. The cap according to claim 1, characterized in that the hinge (10) comprises at least one component connecting the base (3) and the lid (6), materially integral with the lid (6) and the base (3), arranged for example so as to be sufficiently thin, to allow rotational movement of the lid (6) from its closed down position to its open position, with limited intrinsic rotational resistance.
  22. The cap according to claim 1, characterized in that the lid (6) and the base (3) are two distinct parts, freely connected to each other in rotation by the hinge means (10).
  23. The cap according to claim 22, characterized in that the hinge (10) is made up by at least two female components (13) positioned along the axis of rotation (11), belonging to the lid (6) or to the base (3) on the one hand, and by at least two complementary male components (14) freely mounted in rotation in both female components respectively, positioned along the axis of rotation, belonging to the base (3) or to the lid (6) on the other hand.
  24. The cap according to claim 23, characterized in that both male components (14) and/or both female components (13) of the hinge (10) comprise means or are associated therewith allowing them to be enclosed by simply pushing or translating the lid (6) relatively to the base (3), the lid (6) and the base (3) being positioned parallel one above the other.
  25. The cap according to claim 23, characterized in that on one side, the lid (6) includes a barrel cylinder (15) provided with two opposite nipples (14) along its axis, forming both male components of the hinge and on the other side, the base (3) including a rotationally free receiving cradle (16) of the barrel cylinder, on the one hand, and on either side of the cradle, two lugs (17) including two rotationally free housings (13) for receiving both nipples (14) respectively, forming both female components of the hinge (10) on the other hand.
  26. The cap according to claims 24 and 25, characterized in that both nipples (14) and/or both lugs (17) include means, cut-off corners or flats, so that they may be snapped on respectively, by simply pushing the lid (6) on the base (3).
  27. The cap according to claim 23, characterized in that, on one side, the lid includes a barrel cylinder (15) provided with at least two housings (13) positioned along its axis, forming both of the female components of the hinge (10), and on the other side, the base (3) includes at least two lugs (17) including two nipples (14) freely fitting in rotation into both housings (13) respectively, forming both of the male components of the hinge (10).
  28. The cap according to claims 24 and 27, characterized in that both nipples (14) and/or both ends of the barrel cylinder (15) include means, for example cut-off corners or flats, allowing both nipples to be snapped into both housings respectively, by simply pushing the lid (6) on the base (3).
  29. A container (2) comprising or integrating a cap according to any of claims 1 to 28, said cap being for example positioned on the neck (2a) of said container.
  30. The container according to claim 29, the internal volume of which is filled with flowable contents, for example a liquid.
