Description

The invention relates to a cable set for use in a vehicle with a heated disk and an active antenna integrated therein according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.

In modern vehicles, in particular passenger cars, it is known that they have a heated disc (especially rear window). For this purpose, the disk has current-carrying conductor structures, which are connected to the power supply of the vehicle and switchable. At the same time, active antennas are integrated into the panes and the current-carrying conductors and / or additional antenna conductors in the pane are used for signal reception (reception of high-frequency signals). Therefore, it is necessary to decouple the injected into the head of the disc signals to be able to feed them downstream devices (in particular amplifiers and receivers) can. Means are known for this signal extraction, which make it possible for the conductors in the pane to be supplied with the energy required for the heating function (as a rule direct current), but the high-frequency signals can also be coupled out via the same cabling. For this purpose, a cable set (so-called blocking circuit) is already known, on the one hand has a ground terminal, which is connected to the negative terminal of the power supply of the vehicle. By means of a corresponding cable, the heating conductor of the disk is thus supplied to one pole via an energy connection, while the other end of the heating conductor is connected to the second pole of the energy supply (positive pole). Thus, a first plug-in contact must be present for the connection of the harness to the power supply. Another plug contact is required in order to realize a signal connection with which the high-frequency signals via the means for Coupled signal extraction and provided for further processing the downstream devices. Plug contacts for the detachable connection of the power connection and the signal connection with their counter connections are essential for the replacement of the devices or the disc. From this known arrangement results in a high parts cost, since for each connection an independent contact with housing must be kept. This leads to high costs in production and the subsequent parts management, in particular to an administrative effort as well as to high disposition costs. In addition, it is costly in the subsequent assembly of the cable set to connect the individual ports with their counterparts.

The not pre-published WO 2005/078858 A1 shows a harness for use in a vehicle with a heated disc and an integrated therein active antenna, wherein two arranged in a connector housing terminals via two leads means for coupling high-frequency signals that are received by the active antenna, respectively. Two further supply lines, which are connected to a further receiving antenna, are connected to these means.

From the DE 100 06 211 A1 is a molding overmolded, electrical and / or electronic component is known, wherein the component is embedded in a synthetic resin and this resin is a solid, thermoplastic, processable under low pressure conditions polyamide-based hotmelt molding composition. This component is in the DE 100 06 211 A1 explained in connection with rear window antenna systems in motor vehicles. This blocking circuit has two electrical leads, which are connected to electronic components (Figure 6), wherein the output side of this trap electrical discharge are arranged.

The DE 44 01 819 A1 discloses a trap circuit for use in a vehicle having a heatable disc and an active antenna integrated therein, the trap circuit having a ground terminal and a bipolar power terminal having a plus and a minus lead.

The DE 102 36 888 A1 relates to a housing for an electrical device, for example for a drive unit, wherein the electrical device has at least one led out of its housing cable set with at least one electrical connection element and with a contact of this connection element receiving terminal housing, wherein further the terminal housing is formed by at least one terminal housing part and the at least one connection housing part is detachably or detachably connected to the device housing or to a housing part forming this housing.

The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a corresponding set of cables (blocking circuit), with which the disadvantages described above are avoided. Above all, the variety of parts should be reduced and the assembly of the cable harness in the vehicle should be simplified.

This object is solved by the features of claim 1.

According to the invention, the energy connection and the signal connection are arranged together in a connector housing. The energy connection and the signal connection are in each case via a cable with the means for decoupling high-frequency signals and the ground connection via a single cable with the means for decoupling high-frequency signals Signals is connected. As a result, on the one hand reduces the variety of parts, since multiple connections are arranged in a common housing. This in turn leads to lower tooling costs for the manufacture of the terminals and the housing and after production at lower disposition costs, since fewer parts have to be managed. In addition, the assembly is simplified because the at least two terminals can be brought into the connector housing and then this finished connector can be associated with its mating connectors. Overall, this leads to a faster product assembly, since fewer components must be processed. Another advantage is the fact that the total space for the connections can be reduced, resulting in a compact design. This is Especially with the high integration density of components in modern vehicles particularly important because less and less space is available for these components, which are not visible to the operator of the vehicle visible.

In a further development of the invention, the contacts arranged in the connector housing for the power connection and the signal connection are of a similar design, in particular designed as plug-in contacts. This further reduces the variety of parts, since only a single contact is used. This is designed in a particularly advantageous manner as a plug contact, but it may also be a socket contact.

In a further development of the invention, the connector housing has a coding. Such encoding has the advantage that when plugging the connector housing on the counterpart no confusion of signal and power connection can be made. This coding is particularly advantageously designed so that the e.g. configured as a connector housing connector housing can be assembled only in a single position to the socket housing. In such a case it makes sense to use within the connector housing different sized chambers or projections, tabs, or the like. In addition to such mechanically acting codes, e.g. color codings conceivable. As a rule, the mating connectors are connected separately. That is, more than one jack is connected to a connector housing. However, it is also possible to connect the connector housing with only one mating connector.

Further embodiments are specified in the subclaims and explained in the following description of the figures, wherein an embodiment is shown in the figures, to which the invention is not limited.

FIG. 1 shows a three-dimensional view of a cable set according to the invention, which is in particular for use in a vehicle with a heated disc (especially rear window) and an integrated therein active antenna (antenna conductor in the disc) is formed. This cable set (blocking circuit) 1, which electrically connects a plurality of elements to one another, initially has a ground connection 2, with a power connection 3 still to be described and a signal connection 4 also to be described still being present. Said terminals 2, 3, 4 (each simple or possibly multiple times) are connected to means 5 for signal extraction. These means 5 for signal extraction are electronic components such as coils, capacitors and the like, which are interconnected depending on the integrated active antenna used and the signal extraction required for this purpose and dimensioned accordingly. It is important that the cable set (blocking circuit) 1 has these means 5 for signal extraction, the interconnection of the individual components of the means 5 is only of minor importance here. Therefore, this internal interconnection of the means 5 is also not discussed further. The ground terminal 2 is connected via a cable 6 to the means 5, wherein the ground terminal 2 is formed for example as a cable lug, which can be bolted to a body part of the vehicle, for example. This ground terminal 2 is connected to the electrical conductor of the cable 6, for example via a crimp connection 7. Furthermore, the means 5 for decoupling signals are each connected to the power connection 3 or the signal connection 4 by a cable 8, 9. Again, this is, as in the cable 6, stranded cable, as they are very flexible installation within the vehicle. Other types of cable, such as flat cable, can also be used. At the end of the cable 8, 9 remote from the means 5, these are combined to form a single connector housing 10, wherein in this in FIG. 1 illustrated embodiment, the connector housing 10 is formed as a connector housing. For this purpose are also those in it Contacts for the power terminal 3 and the signal terminal 4 as plug contacts and similar. Socket contacts are also conceivable. The plug contacts of the terminals 3, 4, can be connected by crimping or another connection. The connector housing 10 consists for example of plastic and can be easily and inexpensively manufactured in a plastic injection molding process. This also simplifies the entire assembly of the cable set 1, since in this single connector housing 10, the corresponding terminals, 3, 4 (or possibly more) can be used. In the subsequent assembly of the cable set 1 only this single connector housing 10 needs to be assembled with its counter housing. This counter housing, which is not part of the invention here, for example, is fixedly arranged on the disc or connected to the corresponding conductors in the disc via cables or other compounds.

Schematically is in FIG. 1 shown that the means 5 between the terminals 2, 3, 4 are arranged and arranged to protect against external influences (in particular, such as moisture, dirt particles and the like) in a housing. For flexible mounting of the cable set 1, this housing is formed by a shrink tube 11, which is pushed over the electronic components such as coils, capacitors and the like, and the ends of the cables 6, 8, 9 and then brought to shrink by means of heat to the seal inside parts in a sealed manner. Instead of a flexible shrink tube and a rigid housing, for example made of plastic with a top and bottom, conceivable. Such a rigid housing would possibly allow the definition of the cable set 1 to a body part or any other part of the vehicle.

FIG. 2 shows the connector (connector housing 10 with terminals 3, 4 arranged therein) according to FIG. 1 , wherein it can be seen here that the connector housing 10 is largely symmetrical and only within a chamber in which the plug contact is arranged, a coding 12 is formed in the form of a projection. This coding 12 prevents a Interchanging the terminals 3, 4 with their mating terminals when the connector housing 10 of the cable set 1 is mated with corresponding sockets or a socket.

The cable set 1, as in FIG. 1 is shown, moreover, has the advantage that it can be manufactured as an independent module and also tested for its functionality. In addition, the connector housing 10 with the terminals 3, 4 arranged therein not only simplifies assembly, but also allows simple adaptation to the spatial and electronic conditions, since the components lying behind can readily be adapted to these conditions. For example, one and the same connector housing 10 can be used as standard for a single vehicle manufacturer, and the parts behind it can be adapted to the individual models of this vehicle manufacturer.

Finally, it should be noted that the harness 1 is claimed by itself and the other parts to be connected with it, such as power supply, windscreen and the like of the vehicle, are not part of the protective stress.
