Claims (17)
- Verriegelungssystem für die Befestigungsvorrichtung von zwei auf dem gleichen Träger zu montierenden elektrischen Schaltgeräten, die in einem kastenförmigen Gehäuse angeordnet sind und jeweils eine Rückseite zur Befestigung auf dem Träger, zwei Anschlußseiten, eine Vorderseite mit Mitteln zur Betätigung des Schaltgeräts sowie zwei Seitenwände umfassen, mit denen die beiden Schaltgeräte aneinander angebaut werden, wobei das sogenannte erste Schaltgerät ein als Vorsatz ausgebildetes Teil umfasst, welches Teil einen, auf der Anschlussfläche des genannten ersten Schaltgeräts befestigten ersten Abschnitt sowie einen zweiten Abschnitt umfasst, der dazu dient, an die auf der gleichen Seite wie die erste Anschlussfläche angeordnete Anschlussfläche des sogenannten zweiten Schaltgeräts angebaut zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (19) ein im Inneren des genannten Vorsatzes (15) sowie im Inneren des Gehäuses des zweiten Schaltgeräts D zwischen einer inaktiven Stellung und einer Befestigungsstellung der beiden Schaltgeräte D, B verschiebbares Steckelement (20), einen in der Befestigungsstellung der genannten Befestigungsvorrichtung (19) zwischen einer inaktiven Stellung und einer Verriegelungsstellung dieser Vorrichtung verschiebbaren Riegel (26) sowie als selbsthemmend bezeichnete Rückhaltemittel (27, 30, 33, 45, 46, 50, 51) umfasst, die dazu dienen, den genannten Riegel (26) unlösbar in der genannten Verriegelungsstellung zu halten.
- Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es selbsthemmende Rückhaltemittel (43, 44, 46, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57) umfasst, um das genannte Steckelement (20) unlösbar in der genannten Befestigungsstellung zu halten.
- Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steckelement (20) zwischen den beiden genannten Stellungen geradlinig verschoben werden kann.
- Verriegelungssystem nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steckelement (20) einen Steg (21) sowie ein Griffelement (22) umfasst, welcher Steg (21) dazu dient, eine im zweiten Abschnitt (17) des genannten Vorsatzes (15) ausgebildete, sogenannte erste Öffnung (23) sowie eine im Gehäuse des zweiten Schaltgeräts D ausgebildete, sogenannte zweite Öffnung (24) nacheinander zu durchragen.
- Verriegelungssystem nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten selbsthemmenden Rückhaltemittel (55, 56, 57) eine am Steg (21) des Steckelements (20) ausgebildete Nase (55) umfassen, die dazu dient, mit einem Hohlraum (56) und einem daran anschließenden Vorsprung (57) zusammenzuwirken, die in der, die genannte erste Öffnung (23) begrenzenden Wand ausgebildet sind, um das genannte Steckelement (20) in einer lösbaren Befestigungsstellung zu halten.
- Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steckelement (20) einen annähernd T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und das Griffelement (22) als Flachteil ausgebildet ist, das in der Befestigungsstellung gegen die Außenseite (32) des genannten Vorsatzes (15) geführt werden kann.
- Verriegelungssystem nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (26) ein Plättchen (27, 28) umfasst, das auf der Gehäuseaußenseite (32) des Vorsatzes (15) zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der die Befestigungsvorrichtung nicht verriegelt ist, und einer zweiten Stellung, in der das Plättchen (27, 28) mit dem genannten Griffelement (22) des Steckelements (20) zusammenwirkt, gleitend verschoben werden kann, um die genannte Befestigungsvorrichtung (19) in der Befestigungsstellung zu verriegeln.
- Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sogenannten selbsthemmenden Rückhaltemittel des Riegels (26) in der Verriegelungsstellung eine im Innern einer sogenannten dritten Öffnung (31) des Vorsatzes (15) angeordnete Zunge (30) umfassen, welche Zunge (30) mit einem ihrer Enden am genannten Plättchen (27) befestigt ist und mit dem gegenüberliegenden Ende mit einer Schräge (33) zusammenwirkt, die in der die genannte dritte Öffnung (31) begrenzenden Wand ausgebildet ist, um den genannten Riegel (26) unlösbar in der genannten Verriegelungsstellung zu halten.
- Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Zunge (30) annähernd V-förmig gebogen ist.
- Verriegelungssystem nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (26) zwei am Plättchen (27) ausgebildete Schenkel (36), (37) umfasst, die rechtwinklig aus der Ebene des Plättchens (27) hervorstehen und an ihren Enden zwei Schnappelemente (38, 39) zum Aufschnappen in einem Teil des Gehäuses des Vorsatzes (15) aufweisen, um so eine lösbare Schnappbefestigung des Riegels (26) in seiner inaktiven Stellung und eine unlösbare Schnappbefestigung in seiner aktiven Stellung zu ermöglichen.
- Verriegelungssystem nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Steg (21) des Steckelements (20) zwei Stufen (41), (42) ausgebildet sind, die drei Kerben (43), (44), (45) bilden, welche dazu dienen, mit einer an der Wand befestigten biegsamen Zunge (46) zusammenzuwirken, welche Wand eine im genannten Vorsatz (15) ausgebildete dritte Öffnung (31) begrenzt, derart dass das Steckelement (20) durch jeweils eine der drei Kerben (43, 44, 45) in einer Losstellung, einer lösbaren Befestigungsstellung und einer unlösbaren Verriegelungsstellung gehalten wird, wobei die genannte Zunge (46) und die dritte Kerbe (45) das unlösbare Verriegelungsmittel bilden.
- Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von dem den Schaltgeräten B, D zugewandten Ende des Stegs (21) aus gesehen die erste Rastkerbe (43) der Losstellung, die zweite (44) der Befestigungsstellung und die dritte (45) der unlösbaren Verriegelungsstellung entspricht.
- Verriegelungssystem nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (21) des Steckelements (20) einen annähernd senkrecht zur Achse des Stegs (21) angeordneten Schubriegel (50) umfasst, der dazu dient, mit einer Schräge (51) zusammenzuwirken, die an einer Wand befestigt ist, welche einer im genannten Vorsatz (15) ausgebildeten dritten Öffnung (31) zugeordnet ist, derart dass nach dem Verschieben des Steckelements (20) und des Schubriegels (50) durch die im Vorsatz und im Gehäuse des Schaltgeräts D ausgebildete erste Öffnung (23) das Steckelement (20) zwischen einer ersten Stellung entsprechend einen Befestigungszustand der Schaltgeräte B, D und einer zweiten Stellung verdreht werden kann, in welcher der Schubriegel (50) nach dem Passieren der Schräge (51) auf deren anderer Seite liegt und sich in einer Stellung befindet, in der er die unlösbare Verriegelung des Riegels (26) gewährleistet.
- Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Steg (21) des Steckelements (20) eine Nase (55) ausgebildet ist, die dazu dient, mit zwei Vorsprüngen (53), (54) zusammenzuwirken, welche in der der ersten Öffnung (23) zugeordneten Wand ausgebildet sind, derart dass je ein Widerstandspunkt in der Losstellung und in der lösbaren Befestigungsstellung des Steckelements (20) gebildet wird.
- Verriegelungssystem nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltgeräte als elektrische Schutzorgane ausgebildet sind.
- Verriegelungssystem nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Schaltgerät als Differenzstromblock B und das zweite Schaltgerät als Leistungsschalter D ausgebildet ist.
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät mit einem Verriegelungssystem nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
