Abstract
Bei einer Vorrichtung zur Betätigung von Schlössern gibt es eine Drehfalle (20), die zur Aufnahme eines Schließteils (11) dient und zwischen einer Offenstellung und einer Schließstellung umsteuerbar ist. In der Schließstellung fällt eine ortsfest schwenkgelagerte Klinke (30) in eine Rast (23) der Drehfalle (20) ein. Dann befindet sich die Klinke (30) in ihrer Sperrlage und bestimmt eine Schließstellung der Drehfalle (20), die dann den Schließteil (11) festhält. Eine Klinkenfeder (40) sorgt dafür, dass die Klinke (30) bestrebt ist, in ihre Sperrlage zu gelangen. Durch eine manuelle oder motorische Betätigung kann die Klinke (30) aus ihrer Sperrlage in eine Freigabelage überführt werden, wo die Drehfalle (20) sich aufgrund einer Federbelastung an sich bewegen kann. Wenn das nicht geschieht, ist eine sogenannte "Schneelastsicherung" im Schloss vorgesehen, die nach Betätigung die Klinke solange in ihrer Freigabelage hält, bis die Drehfalle (20) ihre volle Offenstellung erreicht hat. Für eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und vor allem platzsparende Ausbildung wird vorgeschlagen, die Klinkenfeder als Übertotpunktfeder (40) auszubilden. Beim Übergang der Klinke (30) aus ihrer Sperrlage in eine Freigabeendlage (30.1) kehrt die Federkraft (32.1) ihre Richtung um. Zusammen mit der Klinke (30) und der Drehfalle (20) bildet die Übertotpunktfeder (40) die Schneelasteinrichtung. By a manual or motorized operation, the pawl (30) can be transferred from its locked position into a release position where the rotary latch (20) can move due to a spring load itself. If this does not happen, a so-called "snow load protection" is provided in the lock, which holds the latch in its release position until the rotary latch (20) has reached its full open position after actuation. For a reliable operation and especially space-saving training is proposed to form the pawl spring as Übertotpunktfeder (40). When the pawl (30) moves from its locked position to a release end position (30.1), the spring force (32.1) reverses direction. Together with the pawl (30) and the rotary latch (20) forms the Übertotpunktfeder (40) the snow load device.
