Claims (3)
- Equipement de forage à vis sans fin pour forer le sol, qui comprend une tige télescopique incluant au moins deux sections de tige, et qui est du type dans lequel la vis sans fin, constituant l'outil, est portée par une tige télescopique qui peut coulisser le long d'un ensemble de moteur qui lui communique le mouvement de rotation autour de son axe longitudinal; ledit équipement étant caractérisé en ce que la tige télescopique consiste en au moins deux sections ou segments coaxiaux de tige, parmi lesquels le segment interne (4) ne comprend aucune spire et est connecté par son extrémité inférieure à l'outil (5) à vis sans fin, tandis que le segment externe (6), qui peut coulisser sur le segment interne (4) et le long de l'ensemble de moteur (3), comprend dans sa zone inférieure quelques spires constituant la vis (7), les segments (4 et 6) de tige étant pourvus d'accouplements cannelés pour les connecter l'un à l'autre, et le segment externe (6) de tige étant à son tour également pouvu d'un accouplement cannelé pour être connecté au moteur (3) afin de transmettre le mouvement de rotation du moteur aux vis respectives (5 et 7).
- Equipement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les segments (4, 6) de tige sont pourvus, dans une zone correspondant à leurs extrémités supérieures respectives, de collerettes (9, 10) conformées de façon à constituer les éléments d'arrêt supérieurs du segment externe (6) de tige le long du segment interne (4) de tige, et du moteur (3) le long du segment externe (6) de tige.
- Procédé de forage utilisant un équipement conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par les étapes consistant à:- commencer le forage, étape pendant laquelle les segments coaxiaux (4 et 6) de la tige télescopique sont déplacés en translation jusqu'à la position la plus haute possible, au sommet de l'ensemble de moteur (3), d'une manière telle que les vis respectives (5 et 7) soient disposées l'une contre l'autre en remplissant ainsi toute la zone sous-jacente à l'ensemble de moteur;- atteindre la profondeur maximale qui peut être atteinte dans cette position, étape pendant laquelle les spires de la vis (5) connectées au segment interne (4) sont enfoncées dans le sol, tandis que les spires de la vis (7) du segment externe (6), qui coulisse sur le segment interne, restent hors du sol;- soulever l'ensemble de moteur (3) en faisant coulisser le moteur sur le segment externe (6) de tige jusqu'à ce qu'il vienne s'appuyer sur la collerette d'arrêt (9) du segment externe (6) de tige, tout en laissant dans le forage les spires de la vis (5) connectées au segment interne (4);- continuer à soulever le moteur (3), en soulevant donc aussi le segment externe (6) de tige, en le faisant coulisser par rapport au segment interne (4) de tige jusqu'à ce qu'il s'appuie sur la collerette d'arrêt (10);- continuer à forer jusqu'à ce que le moteur (3) soit descendu jusqu'au niveau du sol;- extraire l'outil au moins jusqu'à ce que le segment interne (4) de tige soit hors du sol;- abaisser le moteur (3) jusqu'à ce qu'il soit ramené dans la condition du commencement du forage, et le bloquer le long des tiges; et- extraire complètement l'équipement dans cette dernière configuration.
