Claims (3)

  1. Endlosschneckenbohreinrichtung zum Bohren in den Erdgrund, die mit einem Verlängerungsgestänge mit mindestens zwei Gestängeabschnitten ausgestattet ist, derart, dass die Endlosschnecke, die das Werkzeug ausbildet, von einem Verlängerungsgestänge getragen wird, das an einer Motoranordnung entlang gleiten kann, von der es die Rotationsbewegung um seine Längsachse aufnimmt,
    wobei die Einrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Verlängerungsgestänge aus mindestens zwei koaxial verlaufenden Gestängeabschnitten oder -Strecken ausgebildet ist, von denen die Innenliegende (4) ohne Windungen ausgeführt und starr mit dem unteren Ende des Endlosschneckenwerkzeugs (5) verbunden ist, während die Außenliegende (6), die an der Innenliegenden (4) und an der Motoranordnung (3) entlang verschiebbar ist, mit einigen Windungen ausgestattet ist, die die Schnecke (7) im unteren Bereich ausbilden, wobei die Gestänge (4 und 6) mit Verzahnungen ausgestattet sind, um miteinander verbunden zu werden, und das Außengestänge (6) wiederum mit einer Verzahnung auch gegenüber dem Motor (3) ausgestattet ist, um die Rotationsbewegung durch den Motor auf die jeweiligen Schnecken (5 und 7) zu übertragen.
  2. Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gestänge (4, 6) mit Auskragungen (9, 10) in einem Bereich entsprechend den jeweiligen oberen Enden ausgestattet sind, die so ausgelegt sind, dass sie die oberen Kontrastelemente des Außengestänges (6) am Innengestänge entlang (4) und des Motors (3) am Außengestänge (6) entlang ausbilden.
  3. Bohrverfahren mit der in den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen beschriebenen Einrichtung, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:
    - Beginnen des Bohrens, wobei die koaxialen Strecken des Verlängerungsgestänges (4 und 6) in die höchst mögliche Position oben auf der Motoranordnung (3) versetzt werden, wobei die Schnecken (5 und 7) jeweils aneinanderliegend eingerichtet sind, um den ganzen Bereich unterhalb der Motoranordnung auszufüllen;
    - Erreichen der in dieser Position möglichen Tiefe, in welcher die Windungen (5) der Innenstrecke (4) in die Erde abgesenkt sind, während die Windungen (7) der Außenstrecke (6), die an der inneren entlang gleitet, außerhalb des Erdreichs bleiben;
    - Anheben der Motoranordnung (3), wobei die Windungen (5) der Innenstrecke (4) in der Bohrung bleiben, indem der Motor an dem Außengestänge (6) entlang gleitet, bis ersterer an die Sicherungsauskragung (9) des Außengestänges (6) stößt;
    - Fortsetzen des Anhebens des Motors (3) bei gleichzeitigem Anheben auch des Außengestänges (6) durch sein Verschieben gegenüber dem Innengestänge (4), bis er an die Sicherungsauskragung (10) stößt;
    - Fortsetzen des Bohrens, bis der Motor (3) auf Bodenhöhe abgesenkt wurde;
    - Herausziehen des Werkzeugs mindestens bis die Innenstrecke des Gestänges (4) aus dem Boden kommt;
    - Absenken des Motors (3) bis er sich wieder in der Position zu Beginn der Bohrung befindet, und dessen Blockieren entlang der Gestänge und
    - vollständiges Herausziehen der Einrichtung in letzterer Anordnung.
