Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung eines Leiters mit einer elektrischen Klemme (5), der Art, welche wenigstens eine Blattfeder (6) aufweist, die vorgesehen ist, um den Leiter, wenn er in die Vorrichtung gesteckt wird, gegen eine leitende Fläche (2), die elektrisch mit der Klemme verbunden ist, zu drücken, und Mittel aufweist, um wenigstens eine Blattfeder von der leitenden Fläche beabstandet zu halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Blattfeder (6) eine Seitennase aufweist, die sich in ein Fenster (9) versetzen kann, das in einer Wand, die parallel zur Ablenkungsrichtung der Blattfeder ausgerichtet ist, vorgesehen ist, wobei das Fenster (9) so positioniert und bemessen ist, dass, wenn die Nase unter der Wirkung von Federkräften gegen einen ihrer Ränder in Anschlag ist, die Feder (6) von der leitenden Fläche (2) beabstandet gehalten wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung gemäß dem vorausgegangenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand, in der das Fenster vorgesehen ist, einstückig mit einer Wand ist, in der wenigstens eine Blattfeder vorgesehen ist, und sich von dieser erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung gemäß dem vorausgegangenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand, welche wenigstens eine Blattfeder aufweist, von zwei parallelen Seitenwänden verlängert wird, von denen wenigstens eine das Fenster aufweist, wobei die Wände ein Volumen abgrenzen, in welchen sich die Feder oder die Federn wenigstens zum Teil erstrecken, wobei die Seitenwände mit der leitenden Fläche fest zusammengebaut oder einstückig sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung gemäß dem vorausgegangenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei parallele biegsame Federn aufweist, die zwischen sich einen Raum bilden, wobei eine einzige Feder eine Nase aufweist, die mit dem Fenster in der angrenzenden Seitenwand zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung eines Leiters mit einer elektrischen Klemme (5), der Art, welche wenigstens eine Blattfeder (6) aufweist, die vorgesehen ist, um den Leiter, wenn er in die Vorrichtung gesteckt wird, gegen eine leitende Fläche (2), die elektrisch mit der Klemme verbunden ist, zu drücken, und Mittel aufweist, um wenigstens eine Blattfeder von der leitenden Fläche beabstandet zu halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, um die Feder (6) von der leitenden Fläche (2) beabstandet zu halten, aus einem Sporn (11) bestehen, der aus der Feder durch Abschneiden und Falten eines Bereichs derselben hergestellt ist, wobei das freie Ende des gefalteten Bereichs auf der leitenden Fläche aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung gemäß dem vorausgegangenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich der Feder, welcher den Sporn bildet, auf Höhe des freien Endes der Blattfeder abgeschnitten und gefaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung gemäß dem vorausgegangenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blattfeder zwei parallele Arme aufweist, die zwischen sich einen Raum bilden und durch einen Mittelsporn verbunden sind, der nach Falten an der Umrandung des Raumes angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei parallele biegsame Federn aufweist, die jeweils mit einem Sporn ausgestattet sind und zwischen sich einen Raum bilden, wobei die Sporne angrenzend an den, und nach Falten auf der Umrandung des Raumes angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Sporn im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der leitenden Fläche ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende in Kontakt mit der leitenden Fläche jedes Sporns gebogen ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung eines Leiters (c) mit einer elektrischen Klemme (5), der Art, welche wenigstens eine Blattfeder (6) aufweist, die vorgesehen ist, um den Leiter (c), wenn er in die Vorrichtung gesteckt wird, gegen eine leitende Fläche (2), die elektrisch mit der Klemme verbunden ist, zu drücken, und Mittel aufweist, um wenigstens eine Blattfeder von der leitenden Fläche beabstandet zu halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, um die Blattfeder von der leitenden Fläche beabstandet zu halten, aus einer Verlängerung des freien Endes (13) der Feder (6) bestehen, die in der Nähe einer Kante der Fläche (14) ruht, so dass bei Einstecken des Leiters das freie Ende (13) von der leitenden Fläche (2) zurückgedrückt wird und die Feder in elastischem Kontakt mit dem Leiter (c) fest zusammengebaut wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung gemäß dem vorausgegangenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende der Blattfeder durch eine Schlaufe verlängert ist, die zur leitenden Fläche geöffnet ist, gefolgt von einem geraden Bereich, der im Wesentlichen senkrecht ausgerichtet ist und dessen Ende in Kontakt mit der Fläche ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung gemäß einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem Deckel besteht, der eine obere Wand aufweist, von der sich zwei Zwillings-Blattfedern erstrecken, die sich zwischen zwei Seitenwänden zu einem ebenen Bereich einer leitenden Klemme erstrecken, die zur oberen Wand parallel ist und an der die Seitenwände befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung gemäß dem vorausgegangenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemme mit einem Gehäuse zusammenwirkt.
- Modulare elektrische Vorrichtung der Art Sicherungsautomat oder FI-Schalter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 13 oder 14 ausgestattet ist.
