Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum präzisen Zuschneiden eines Brillenglases (1), um es in eine bestimmte Brillenfassung montieren zu können, bei dem man das Brillenglas zwischen zwei Druckstücken (2, 3) in einer vordefinierten Position an einem Referenzkoordinatensystem zu den Druckstücken hält und man das Abschleifen des Brillenglasumfangs (1) entlang einer Linie, deren programmierter Endabschnitt auf dem Brillenglas der Form (8) der Kontur der Brillenfassung entspricht, steuert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es umfasst:- ein erstes Ablesen einer Vielzahl von Punkten einer Seite des Brillenglases bei schwachem Einspannen,- ein zweites Ablesen einer anderen Vielzahl von Punkten der oben genannten Seite des Brillenglases bei starkem Einspannen, was zum Zuschneiden des Brillenglases erforderlich ist,- ausgehend von dem oben genannten zweimaligen Ablesen eine annähernde mathematische Repräsentation der oben genannten Brillenglasseite unter beiden Einspannbedingungen,- eine Berechnung mittels der oben genannten mathematischen Repräsentationen der Koordinaten von Punkten der Transformation der Leitung der programmierten Form der Brillenfassung auf der Brillenglasseite, wobei die Transformation auf die Deformation des Brillenglases gemäß einem bekannten Modell beim Übergang vom ersten auf das zweite Einspannen zurückzuführen ist,- eine Korrektur jedes einzelnen Punkts der programmierten Abschleiflinie, die durch die Abweichung zwischen den programmierten und den berechneten Koordinaten definiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ablesen das Abtasten der Punkte dieser Seite, die mindestens einem Meridianbogen angehört, in einer dieser Leitung benachbarten Zone umfasst, darunter auch der Schnittpunkt dieses Meridianbogens mit dieser Leitung, um eine mathematische Annäherung der Form dieses Meridianbogens zu ermitteln, und dadurch, dass das zweite Ablesen das Abtasten des bereits abgetasteten Meridianbogens umfasst, um eine mathematische Annäherung der Form dieses Bogens zu ermitteln, die mit der ersten Annäherung korreliert, und dadurch, dass die oben genannte Berechnung und Korrektur darin bestehen, den Wert der Koordinaten des Schnittpunktes der Leitung und des Meridianbogens in der mathematischen Repräsentation des Meridianbogens unter verformender Belastung zu berechnen und den Endabschnitt der Linie der Schleifscheibe um einen Koeffizienten zu korrigieren, der aus der Abweichung zwischen den abgelesenen und den berechneten Koordinaten dieses Schnittpunkts stammt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Abtasten nach einem vorläufigen Zuschneiden des Brillenglases realisiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mathematische Annäherung eine polynomiale Annäherung ist.
- Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abtasten der Meridianbögen auf vier um 90° um den Mittelpunkt (C) des Brillenglases (1) verschobenen Bögen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oben genannte Korrekturkoeffizient für jeden Punkt der Linie zwischen zwei nebeneinanderliegenden abgetasteten Meridianbögen durch lineare Interpolation ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Ablesen der Leitung der Konturlinie der Brillenfassung auf der oben genannten Seite des Brillenglases umfasst.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oben genannte Korrekturkoeffizient für die Linie zwischen zwei nebeneinanderliegenden abgetasteten Meridianbögen durch eine Interpolationsformel ermittelt wird, die ausgehend von den beim Abtasten dieser Leitung abgelesenen Daten erstellt wird.
