Claims (5)
- Mécanisme de connexion et déconnexion rapide pour dispositifs électriques, notamment pour des dispositifs employés dans des installations à basse tension, tel que les interrupteurs, boutons poussoirs, prises de courant et assimilés où il faut connecter les extrémités des conducteurs électriques reliés à ces dispositifs, essentiellement caractérisé parce que, un ressort de contact (2) reste logé à l'intérieur d'un corps de contact (1), ce ressort est fixé par des petites saillies (3) que ce corps de contact (1) possède à la partie du bas de ses faces latérales intérieures et par des flasques internes (4) situés également à la partie intérieure du corps (1) et qui auront été pliés vers l'intérieur, jusqu'à arriver à la perpendiculaire.
- Mécanisme de connexion et déconnexion rapide pour dispositifs électriques conformément à la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de contact (2) est formé par une base plate horizontale (5) pourvue sur ses deux côtés d'entrants rectangulaires (6) qui entoureront les saillies (3) de l'intérieur du corps (1) cette base du ressort étant prolongée au moyen d'un pli très net, arrondi, en un flasque incliné divisé par coupe en deux parties identiques (7) à partir d'une ouverture centrale (8) permettant la flexion indépendante des deux flasques lorsque l'extrémité angulaire inférieure (10) de chacun des deux boutons correspondants d'actionnement (9) agit sur elles, ce ressort de contact (2) étant pourvu à la partie centrale des flasques (7) d'un délardement transversal (11) à coupe semi-cylindrique qui constitue la zone d'enclenchement où cette extrémité angulaire inférieure (10) du bouton d'actionnement (9) correspondant restera emboítée.
- Mécanisme de connexion et de déconnexion rapide pour des dispositifs électriques, conformément à la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux boutons d'actionnement (9) sont pratiquement symétriques et pouvant être couplés entre eux, grâce à un noyau cylindrique (12) d'un d'eux, qui est introduit dans le creux cylindrique (13) en face de l'autre, ces boutons (9) étant pourvus d'axes de soutien (14) qui seront emboítés dans la carcasse (1a) du corps (1) où ils sont intégrés, qui permettent le balancement indépendant de chaque bouton et chaque bouton étant également pourvu d'un levier de commande (15) permettant d'agir indépendamment sur chaque bouton et un pied vertical (16) pour l'enclenchement sur la partie correspondante du flasque (7) du ressort de contact, des pieds verticaux qui sont introduits par une ouverture supérieure (17 du corps de contact (1) en appuyant sur la partie correspondante du flasque (7) et qui finissent à l'extrémité angulaire (10) pour un emboítement facile et correct dans le délardement d'enclenchement (11) du flasque correspondant (7).
- Mécanisme de connexion et de déconnexion rapide pour dispositifs électriques conformément aux revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, au moyen d'une pression exercée vers le bas sur le levier d'actionnement (15) du bouton, on provoquera son balancement et le déplacement correspondant du pied (16) dont l'extrémité angulaire inférieure, en sommet aigu (10) entraínera la descente du flasque (7) en laissant un espace (7a) dans lequel l'utilisateur ou technicien (19) restera placé, une opération que se fera facilement lorsque le flasque restera fixé à la position appropriée pour l'emboítement de l'extrémité (10) du pied du bouton dans l'entaille d'enclenchement (11), un moment auquel, en pressant le levier (15) du bouton (9) vers le haut, on procédera à libérer ce flasque (7) pour le dégager , ce flasque fixera convenablement le conducteur électrique (18) contre le corps (1) du contact par sa face interne supérieure.
- Mécanisme de connexion et de déconnexion rapide pour des dispositifs électriques conformément à la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que le fait de pouvoir actionner indépendamment les deux boutons (9) sur les flasques correspondants (7) du ressort de contact (2) permettra le placement par connexion de conducteurs électriques (18) ayant des diamètres différents car la souplesse de ces parties de flasques (7) les fera fixer, lorsqu'ils seront dégagés, les conducteurs correspondants (18) indépendamment de leur grosseur.
