Abstract
The invention relates to interconnectable profiled elements (1, 2) in particular for panel-type structural elements of motor vehicles. Said elements comprise on their opposing connecting edges a respective projecting connecting strut (3) and a respective recess (4) that lies at a distance from said connecting strut (3) and is open on the corresponding connecting edge. Said recess receives the connecting strut (3) of an attached profiled element (1, 2) comprising a complementary connecting edge. The aim of the invention is to connect said elements at different distances from one another to achieve an exact length measurement for a component that is composed of several profiled elements. To achieve this, the configuration of the struts (3) and recesses (4) permits the profiled elements (1, 2) to be interconnected at different distances from one another within a predefinable tolerance range.

Solche Profilelemente sind aus DE 197 12 316 AI bekannt. 1. Miteinander verbindbare Profilelemente, insbesondere für plattenförmige Kraftfahrzeug-Strukturbauteile, mit an gegenüberliegenden Anschlusskanten jeweils einem abragendem Verbindungssteg und jeweils einem mit Abstand zu diesem Verbindungssteg offen in die betreffende Anschlusskante auslaufenden Rücksprung zur Aufnahme des Verbindungssteges eines angefügten Profilelementes mit einer komplementär ausgebildeten Anschlusskante, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die Form der Stege (3) und Rücksprünge (4) ein Fügen der miteinander zu verbindenden Profilelemente (1, 2) in zueinander in einem vorgebbaren Toleranzbereich unterschiedlichen Abständen ermöglicht.1.
