In der Zeichnung sind die wesentlichen Elemente einer Vorrichtung zum Transport eines Warenstückes 1 gezeigt, welches während des Betriebes der Vorrichtung von einer Warenbahn abgetrennt wird. Die Vorrichtung weist zum Transport des Warenstückes 1 zwei sich kreuzende Transportrichtungen auf, wobei die eine Transportrichtung bei 2 angegeben ist und die zweite Transportrichtung die Zeichnungsebene von vorn nach hinten durchsetzt. Hierzu besteht die Vorrichtung aus einer ersten Transportvorrichtung 3 mittels derer eine Warenbahn 1' von einem Warenspeicher oder einer Warenrolle abgezogen werden kann. Die erste Transportvorrichtung 3 ist in einer ersten Transportrichtung zu einer Übernahmestelle des Endes der Warenbahn 1' im Wesentlichen horizontal in Richtung des Bewegungspfeiles 2 verstellbar, und zwar in die Position, die in Figur 1 gezeigt ist. Die Vorrichtung weist dabei eine Haltevorrichtung 4 auf, mittels derer das Ende der Warenbahn 1' fixiert beziehungsweise gehalten werden kann. Nach Fixierung der Warenbahn 1' mittels der Haltevorrichtung 4 bewegt sich die Transportvorrichtung 3 aus der Position gemäß Figur 1 in die Position gemäß Figur 2 in eine Abzugsposition. Die abgezogene Länge der Warenbahn 1' entspricht der Länge des Warenstückes 1, welches vereinzelt werden soll. Mittels einer Trennvorrichtung 5, beispielsweise einer manuell oder vorzugsweise motorisch betriebenen Schere, kann die Warenbahn 1' durchtrennt werden, so dass das Warenstück 1 erzeugt ist. Ferner ist eine zweite Transportvorrichtung 6 vorgesehen, mittels derer die quer zur ersten Transportrichtung 2 der ersten Transportvorrichtung 3 verlaufenden Ränder des Warenstückes 1 nahe des jeweiligen Endes des Warenstückes 1 fixierbar sind und das Warenstück 1 in einer zweiten, quer zur ersten Transportrichtung 2 gerichteten Transportrichtung transportiert wird. Die zweite Transportvorrichtung 6 besteht aus einem ersten Paar von Klemm- und Transportteilen, welches Paar nahe der Übernahmestelle angeordnet ist und aus einem oberhalb der Warenbahn 1' angeordneten ersten Teil 7 und einem unterhalb der Warenbahn angeordneten zweiten Teil 8 besteht. Dieses ist in Richtung des Bewegungspfeiles 9 zum ersten Teil 7 hin und von diesem weg verstellbar. Das dritte Teil 10 des zweiten Paares der Klemm- und Transportteile ist ein ebenfalls am Maschinengestell angeordneter zweiter Riementrieb, der vorzugsweise synchron mit dem ersten Riementrieb betrieben wird. Das vierte Teil 11 ist wiederum ein Klemmbalken, der aus einer Ruheposition gemäß Figur 1 und 2 vertikal und horizontal in eine an das untere Trum des Riementriebes angedrückte Transportposition verstellbar ist, wie in Figur 3 und 4 gezeigt. Die Bewegung des Teiles 11 wird dabei so ausgeführt, dass dieses Teil an der gebildeten Schlaufe des Warenstückes 1 berührungsfrei vorbeigeführt ist und die Schlaufe bei der Aufwärtsbewegung des Teiles 11 nicht verzogen oder berührt wird. Aus diesem Grunde ist eine rein vertikale Bewegung des Teiles 11 unerwünscht, da bei einer reinen vertikalen Bewegung die Schlaufe des Warenstückes 1 verformt und verzerrt würde.The
Um die Bewegung des vierten Teiles 11 des zweiten Paares exakt steuern zu können, könnte die Anordnung von Pneumatikzylindern vorgesehen sein, die eine Bewegung in Richtung des Bewegungspfeiles 12 ausüben. Vorzugsweise ist aber eine gestellfeste Führung 13 vorgesehen, die in der Zeichnung nur angedeutet ist. Diese gestellfeste Führung 13 besteht aus schrägstehenden, entsprechend der Bewegungsrichtung 12 ausgerichteten Führungskufen- oder Führungsstangen-paaren oder auch aus parallele Kurvenbahnen bildenden Kufen- oder Zahnstangenpaaren, die seitlich neben dem Warenstück 1, insbesondere neben der Fallfläche der Schlaufe der Warenbahn oder des Warenstückes 1, angeordnet sind. Das vierte Teil 11 kann beispielsweise mittels Gleitführungen oder mittels Zahnrädern an den Führungskufen beziehungsweise Zahnstangen geführt sein. Anstelle der in der Zeichnung dargestellten geradlinigen Bewegung in Richtung des Bewegungspfeiles 12 ist auch eine kurvenartige Bewegung von der unteren Position des Teiles 11, wie es in Figur 1 und 2 gezeigt ist, in die obere Position gemäß Figur 3 und Figur 4 möglich. characterised in that the first part (7) of the first pair of clamping and transport parts consists of a belt drive fixed to the frame and is disposed slightly above the run of fabric (1') or the piece of fabric (1), and the second part (8) of the first pair is a clamping bar which is displaceable from a starting position spaced from the run of fabric (1') or the piece of fabric (1) into a transport position pressed against the lower section of the belt drive. - An apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 8,
characterised in that the vertical spacing of the first and second parts (7, 8) of the first pair of clamping and transport parts from one another in the starting position is greater than the height of the penetrating first transport device, in particular the clamping device. - An apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 9,
characterised in that the third part (10) of the second pair of the clamping and transport parts is a belt drive fixed to the frame, which is disposed slightly above the run of fabric (1') or the piece of fabric (1),
