Description
- In the use of the waste containers for paper, organic waste or other materials, is normal, whether or not for domestic use, to place inside the same containers a plastic sack whether or not biodegradable. Currently these sacks are manually placed inside the waste containers with the double end to facilitate the emptying, such as it is sufficient to take the same sacks and to bring them in the waste collecting point, and to keep cleaning the container in particular in the case of waste of foodstuffs or similar. The filling in of said sacks is connected with the use frequency that changes both in the domestic use than in the industrial one and consequently changes the break in which the full sacks must be collected. Then, in generally, particularly in the industrial use of the waste containers, suitable operators, i.e. operators assigned to the cleaning, take the full sacks to change them in position with empty ones. This working has the necessity to have always at disposal refill sacks, to must take these refill sacks and to must place one by one inside each container with a lot of loss of time for the operators. This working, also in the domestic circle, is troublesome and with loss of time. The invented apparatus permits to rationalize this working and it permits to replace quickly the sacks in hygienic conditions so to be appreciated both for the user of only one container, i.e. in the domestic use, than to the operators who must empty a lot of waste containers. With the use of the invented apparatus, the big factories, the public administrations, considering in the use also the waste containers to be put onto the streets, the hotels, the companies with a lot of machine shop rejections and also the domestic use have greatly facilitated the replacement and reloading operations of said waste sacks. This with a solution that combines practicalness, hygiene and speed of realization of the requested operations and it gives big advantages in comparison with the solutions known in the prior art. The invented apparatus is to be realized in plastic material, in steel and in different polymers and it can be an apart body to be regulated in width or in the high to adapt the same to containers of every dimension and shape. In the embodiment consists of a new waste container arranged with the invented apparatus, it is provided a sack container body 1 inside lower part of the
whole waste container 2. - It is to be noted that said sack container body 1 is to be integrated inside the
waste container 2 so creating a new waste container or said sack container body can be realized as apartbody 1A to be placed onto the bottom of already made waste container or it can be realized as a sole body with the waste container, i.e. consists of a space inside the same container without the side opening. Thenew waste container 2 with sack container body 1, to be with cylindrical or truncated cone shape, consists of abottom 3 , in form of a circle, a square, a rectangle or other form, and of aside wall 4 in elevation and perpendicular to thebottom 3 in the case of a cylindrical shape or with an angulation in the case of truncated cone shape. Thisnew waste container 2, i.e. with the sack container body 1 part inside, then provides adoor 5 in the lower part of theside wall 4. Saiddoor 5 equipped withhinges 6 in the lower part, with an outside knob 7 and with joined fastening 8 withlock 9. The sack container body 1 has at its inside acylindrical seat 10 where are inserted the rolled upsacks 11 of normal use and supplied already rolled up to the manufacturing. After to have positioned thesack roll 11 inside thecylindrical seat 10, the border of the first sack is taken out making crosses the same into thetransversal opening 12 of theupper bottom 13. Saidtransversal opening 12 hasmouth rims 14 that permit the normal taking out of a sack one at a time and they prevent together with the inside part of theupper bottom 13 the coming out of the roll. Said roll, infact, during the sack taking out rotates but it does not come out to thecylindrical seat 10. Moreover the rolled upsacks 11 have at the end of each sack acut line 15 to help the tear. Taken out the border of the first sack from the opening 12, said sack is pulled upward to the upper opening of thewaste container 2 and the sack border is folded around theupper border 16 of thewaste container 2. In this way the steady placing of the sack inside thewaste container 2 is determined with the possibility to put the waste till the filling of the sack. With the filled sack, the same is at the top closed and it is taken out. The taking out of the sack, bringing it in lifting, determines the unrolling and the dragging of the followed sack, united with the previous one, that comes to be with its month near theupper border 16 of thewaste container 2 able to be folded in steady position. It is so created an use and changing continuity of the sacks not to be possible with what known in the prior art. And so in prosecution till to have used all the rolled up sacks. At this point, opened thedoor 5, it is put in position an other set of rolled up sacks so determining again the full efficiency of theinvented waste container 1,2. In the above cited embodiment the sack container body 1 is part of the inside cylindrical surface of the whole container and it is upper delimited to thesecond bottom 13 withtransversal opening 12. It is then provided a second embodiment to use the invented apparatus also in waste containers without outside door. In this embodiment thesack container body 1 A is realized integrated with the waste container in an apart space, i.e. as a double bottom with seat and inside door, or like an accessory, i.e. like a body separated to the container but having the lateral and lower outside shape to be corresponded with the shape of the waste container. In this case having no the possibility to put laterally the roll of sacks, the invented apparatus has onto thesecond bottom 2A acylindrical seat 3A , able to contain the roll, acorresponding door 4A withlateral hinge 5A, joinedlock 6A withlock 6B and atransversal opening 7A withmonth borders 8A from which the sacks are taken out. Then, in the opposite part of thelateral hinge 5A, amamoò 9A is present to easy open thedoor 4A. Placed theroll 11A inside thecylindrical seat 3A and with thedoor 4A closed, the invented apparatus is prompt to be used. The function is the same of that described in the previous embodiment. The invented apparatus is to be used also in the case of sacks folded like a handkerchief instead of rolled up. In this case instead of a roll it is present a pile of sacks, united in the borders and with cuts able to help the tear with said pile placed inside the sack container body 1 for new containers or inside thesack container body 1A for common containers. In this case the new container has thedoor 5 wider and seat to be complementary to the shape of the sacks pile, i.e. a square or rectangular shape whereas the other components are the same. - Also the common container has a cubic or parallelepiped seat instead of the
cylindrical seat 3A and all the other components are the same. The invented apparatus is illustrated in a merely indicative and not limiting way in the two embodiment and showing the system of use in the drawings ofsheets - In sheet 1 figure 1 is perspective view of the
waste container 2 with the outside door and with its bottom consisting of the sack container body 1. Insheet 2 figure 2 is view of the embodiment withsack container body 1A with inside door. Insheet 3 figure 3, 4 and 5 are views of the invented apparatus during its use. In particular the figure 3 is view of a sack placed inside thenew waste container 2. - Figure 4 is view of the said full sack , closed and in lifting that automatically brings to the unrolling of the subsequent sack. Figure 5 is view of the full sack in taking out while the subsequent sack is coming in position for the subsequent use.
