Claims (8)
- Machine automatique destinée à coller des étiquettes sur des contenants (15), ladite machine automatique comprenant un étage destiné à insérer les contenants (15), lesdits contenants (15) étant conduits vers un convoyeur tournant (10) comportant des tabliers (11), ledit convoyeur (10) plaçant lesdits contenants (15) en dessous de deux postes de travail dans lesquels le procédé de collage est effectué, avant que les contenants soient conduits vers un étage destiné à extraire les contenants de la machine, ledit convoyeur tournant (10) comprenant une pluralité d'éléments supportant lesdits tabliers (11), lesdits éléments de support étant configurés et disposés de telle sorte que lesdits contenants (15) soient envoyés vers les positions angulaires appropriées à l'instant approprié de telle sorte que chaque étiquette puisse être collée correctement au moins sur l'une des surfaces du contenant (15) et/ou sur des zones prédéterminées de ladite surface, chacun desdits tabliers (11) étant lié par l'intermédiaire d'un premier moyen de raccordement (16) à au moins une plaque de raccordement (17) qui est reliée, par l'intermédiaire d'un second moyen de raccordement (18) à au moins une tige de raccordement (19) supportant au moins un élément façonné (20) se terminant, au moins sur une extension (21) de celui-ci, par des moyens coulissants (22, 23) à l'intérieur de profils de cames (25, 26) se formant selon des trajets présentant un développement géométrique prédéterminé et étant prévus sur la surface inférieure dudit convoyeur tournant (10), caractérisée en ce que lesdits éléments façonnés (20) sont disposés selon des positions fixées à l'avance de telle sorte qu'une première pluralité desdits moyens coulissants (22, 23), associés avec les extensions correspondantes (21), est liée pour se déplacer le long d'un premier profil de came (25), et qu'une seconde pluralité desdits moyens coulissants (22, 23), associés aux extensions correspondantes (21), est liée pour se déplacer le long d'un second profil de came (26), lesdits moyens coulissants (22, 23) étant liés alternativement au dit premier profil de came (25) et au dit second profil de came (26).
- Machine automatique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit convoyeur (10), étant façonné en tant que plate-forme tournante, comprend une pluralité de tabliers (11) agencés de manières diverses le long d'un trajet circulaire (T) et liés au moins à un élément de support central (12) au moyen de bras façonnés (13).
- Machine automatique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits tabliers (11) est une base de support pour chaque contenant (15) qui, lors d'une rotation, est verrouillée dans sa position grâce à un moyen de retenue (14).
- Machine automatique selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits bras de support (13) sont liés de manière centrale à un axe vertical à des niveaux différents de celui-ci.
- Machine automatique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit convoyeur (10) est façonné de telle sorte que le centre desdits tabliers (11) et celui dudit premier moyen de raccordement (16) reposent sur la même circonférence (T) qui est concentrique avec une circonférence maximale globale du convoyeur (10), et en ce que les barycentres desdits éléments façonnés (20), portant les extensions (21), reposent également le long d'une seule circonférence (V) qui est concentrique avec ladite circonférence (T).
- Machine automatique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits éléments façonnés (20) sont positionnés à des distances angulaires fixées à l'avance.
- Machine automatique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits contenants (15) sont dirigés en dessous des têtes d'étiquetage selon des positions angulaires convenables prédéterminées qui peuvent également être réglées en fonction de la forme de l'étiquette et des besoins de l'opérateur, au moyen d'un panneau de contrôle qui peut être atteint par l'opérateur à l'extérieur de la machine.
- Machine automatique selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits contenants (15) est envoyé en dessous d'une première tête d'étiquetage, où il se tient immobile pendant un intervalle de temps fixé à l'avance correspondant à une position angulaire fixée à l'avance, avant la réalisation et le passage contigu vers une seconde tête d'étiquetage.
