Claims (8)

  1. Automatische Maschine zum Aufkleben von Etiketten auf Behälter (15), wobei die automatische Maschine eine Arbeitsstufe zum Einlass der Behälter (15) umfasst, wobei die Behälter (15) zu einem rotierenden Förderband (10) geleitet werden, welches Platten (11) aufweist, wobei das Förderband (10) die Behälter (15) unter zwei Stationen platziert, in denen das Aufklebeverfahren durchgeführt wird, bevor die Behälter zu einer Arbeitsstufe zum Auslass der Behälter aus der Maschine geleitet werden, wobei das rotierende Förderband (10) eine Vielzahl von Elementen umfasst, welche die Platten (11) unterstützen, wobei die Unterstützungselemente so konfiguriert und angeordnet sind, dass die Behälter (15) zur geeigneten Zeit in die geeigneten Winkellagen befördert werden, so dass jedes Etikett korrekt auf zumindest eine der Oberflächen des Behälters (15) und/oder auf im Voraus festgelegte Bereiche dieser Oberfläche aufgeklebt werden kann, wobei jede dieser Platten (11) durch das erste Verbindungsmittel (16) an mindestens eine Verbindungsplatte (17) angebunden ist, welche durch das zweite Verbindungsmittel (18) mit zumindest einer Verbindungsstange (19) verbunden ist, die zumindest ein Formelement (20) trägt, das - zumindest in einem Ausleger (21) - mit Gleitmitteln (22,23) innerhalb von Nockenkonturen (25,26) endet, die sich entlang von Wegen abwickeln, die einen im Voraus festgelegten geometrischen Ablauf aufweisen und die an der Unterseite des rotierenden Förderbandes (10) angebracht sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formelemente (20) entsprechend vorbestimmter Positionen angeordnet sind, so dass eine erste Vielzahl an Gleitmitteln (22,23), die mit den entsprechenden Auslegern (21) assoziiert sind, entlang einer ersten Nockenkontur (25) laufen muss, und eine zweite Vielzahl an Gleitmitteln (22,23), die mit den entsprechenden Auslegern (21) assoziiert sind, entlang einer zweiten Nockenkontur (26) laufen muss, wobei die Gleitmittel (22,23) alternativ an die erste Nockenkontur (25) und die zweite Nockenkontur (26) angebunden sind.
  2. Automatische Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderband (10), welches als Drehscheibe geformt ist, eine Vielzahl von Platten (11) umfasst, die verschiedenartig entlang eine Kreisbahn (T) angeordnet sind und zumindest an ein zentrales Unterstützungselement (12) mittels geformter Arme (13) angebunden sind.
  3. Automatische Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Platten (11) eine Trägerplatte für jeweils einen Behälter (15) darstellt, der bei seiner Rotation mit Haltemitteln (14) in Position gehalten wird.
  4. Automatische Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterstützungsarme (13) in verschiedenen Ebenen zentral an eine vertikale Achse angebunden sind.
  5. Automatische Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderband (10) so geformt ist, dass das Zentrum der Platten (11) und das Zentrum der ersten Verbindungsmittel (16) auf demselben Kreisumfang (T) liegen, der mit einem maximalen Gesamtkreisumfang des Förderbandes (10) konzentrisch ist, und dass auch die Schwerpunkte der Formelemente (20), welche die Ausleger (21) tragen, entlang eines einzelnen Kreisumfangs (V) liegen, der mit dem besagten Kreisumfang (T) konzentrisch ist.
  6. Automatische Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formelemente (20) mit im Voraus festgelegten Winkelabständen angeordnet sind.
  7. Automatische Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälter (15) unter den Etikettierungsköpfen nach im Voraus festgelegten geeigneten Winkelpositionen ausgerichtet sind, die auch entsprechend der Etikettenform und entsprechend den Bedürfnissen des Bedieners mittels einer Bedienungskonsole eingestellt werden können, die vom Bediener außerhalb der Maschine erreicht werden kann.
  8. Automatische Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Behälter (15) unter einen ersten Etikettierungskopf befördert wird, wo er eine im Voraus festgelegte Zeitspanne entsprechend einer im Voraus festgelegten Winkellage innehält, bevor er sich weiter bewegt und zu einem angrenzenden zweiten Etikettierungskopf läuft.
