Description

The invention relates to a bottom part for a container bottom of a flat-laid container made of corrugated cardboard, cardboard or similar foldable, folding restoring force generating material, wherein the container bottom between a prism-shaped container ring is foldable, which is formed by a closed, in the erect state in cross-section polygonal, shell part comprising at least six side wall sections articulated in series with each other, and wherein the bottom part is provided as a bottom part of bottom parts of the container, which are attachable to the shell part for assembling the container as separate parts and each have bottom portions which via fastening tabs by means of fold lines to corresponding on the flattened container ring opposing side wall sections are articulated, wherein each two in the pair between two opposite side wall sections to the arrangement coming floor sections by means of Bodenfaltlinie to each other are articulated that they come to lie in flattened container ring in this. The invention also relates to a container with bottom formed from the bottom parts.

These are large-capacity containers, which are usually octagonal in shape as octahedra and are delivered in a completely flattened state and provided to be erected for receiving cargo in place. The large capacity container is composed of several individual parts, namely the shell part and the bottom parts and assembled. This has the advantage that for the production of the shell part and the bottom parts each special, adapted to the respective production width manufacturing and processing machines are available. The bottom flaps of the assembled container lie in its flattened state between the flattened shroud, so that you can reach a low storage and transport volume. To erect the container, the flattened ring is pulled apart, whereby the bottom is opened by unfolding the bottom flaps. Usually, the container is filled with a bulk receiving bag and transported by conventional pallets, eg a size of 1200 x 800 mm or 1200 x 1000 mm.

In a generic container known from DE-U-201 01 173 the number of bottom parts is half as large as the number of Grundrissecken or the side wall parts of the container. To facilitate the packaging of the container, it is desirable to reduce the number of bottom parts. For this purpose, according to DE-U-201 01 173 A1, bottom parts are provided, which can each be connected to two sheath side wall sections via fastening straps. Between the bottom part and other adjoining side wall sections fastening straps need to be omitted in order to allow folding or unfolding of the packaging without tearing. As a result, a reduction in the stability of the known packaging must be accepted.

Objectives of the invention are to provide an at least six-sided flat-layable large-capacity transport container which is simple and inexpensive to produce with several separate bottom parts, the number of separate bottom parts without affecting the container stability should be smaller than the number of pairs of corresponding side wall sections. In particular, the container should also be easy to manipulate for erecting. Costs and mechanical production costs for the production of cut parts for the container as well as for assembly are to be kept as low as possible by saving operations.

Objectives of the invention are achieved in conjunction with the features of the aforementioned bottom part in that the bottom part is integrally formed with at least two when laying flat and erecting the container relative to each other movable adjacent floor section pairs, said bottom section pairs cohesively via at least one part of the bottom part forming connecting portion connected to each other. An inventive container has bottom parts, of which at least one bottom part is formed by the bottom part according to the invention. According to the invention, one and the same bottom part has at least two adjacent bottom section pairs which are separated from one another by at least one cut in order to be movable relative to one another when the container is erected or laid flat. Moreover, the two bottom section pairs with at least one connecting portion in the form of a web surface portion are permanently connected to each other, so that the one-piece bottom part is formed with integrated into this, each hinged to the side wall portions bottom portions. According to the invention, all side wall sections are provided with fastening straps provided the bottom parts, so that dimensional stability of the container is guaranteed to the maximum extent. In addition, the number of floor parts is limited in terms of simple and cost-effective production and packaging in the desired manner. Also, the container for erecting can be handled very easily, since the number of bottom parts is smaller than the number of side wall pairs and the bottom sections remain particularly guided by their articulation on the shell part when unfolding the container. On the whole, a container is achieved, which can be produced inexpensively and by saving operations with manufacturing and logistical advantages and easy to handle by erecting, for example, only one person and brings advantages in terms of transport, stability and use for different goods.

According to a particular and preferred embodiment of the invention, the container bottom is formed so that two adjacent bottom portion pairs of a bottom portion in flatliegendem container state starting diverging from the bottom corner between two adjacent side wall portions such that a substantially V-shaped cut-out is formed, wherein the two adjacent bottom portion pairs by a Connecting portion are connected to each other, which has a displacement bottom portion in the form of a fan-like fold field. The fan fold field opens in the bottom corner between two adjacent side wall sections. The connecting portion of a container designed in this way also has a fixed to the container ring, on the corner edge between adjacent side wall portions continuous double-mounting strap, which is formed from the adjacent floor sections hinged attachment tabs and the adjacent side wall sections across consistently connects firmly together. The displacement floor section, which acts as a compressible section, has a number of features and functions. It connects two adjacent pairs of floor sections which are movable relative to one another to form a floor part which is separately available for making up and producing the container. The displacement bottom portion receives when erecting the container displaced soil material. Tearing of the bottom and / or wall portions of the container is reliably avoided, although at the adjacent to the connecting portion side wall portions, the continuous double-fastening tab is attached. This will make container shape stability guaranteed despite the bordering in the bottom corner bottom part. The displacement bottom portion supports a guided unfolding of the bottom part or the bottom portion pairs when erecting the container. This guide takes place in cooperation with the bottom portions of the bottom part, to which all side wall sections are articulated. The guide also favors the locking of the floor parts together, since the parts come free from uncontrolled displacement and deformation in overlap connection. The guided erection and unfolding of the floor parts is expediently further improved by arranging connecting sections of at least two floor parts with respect to an imaginary central point of the floor in symmetry opposite to this point.

Although the specified embodiment is preferred, it is also possible according to the invention to provide a bottom part with a connecting section which is formed solely by the continuous double fastening strap. The over-the-corner continuous double fastening strap also ensures that the separate bottom part according to the invention in the form of a flat blank is available, the sections of which are locked in this state in the cutting plane against movement relative to each other.

For the design of the displacement bottom portion, the formation of at least one fold field is particularly suitable, since this produces a secured against separation, can be shortened by folding connection surface. Although it is expedient that only a displacement bottom portion of a bottom portion in the region of a container bottom corner is formed, but it is also possible instead or in addition to one and the same bottom part at least one displacement bottom portion towards the bottom center or in the region To arrange bottom center.

Conveniently, the fastening tabs are secured to the outside of the container ring side wall portions to achieve an internal pressure particularly resistant enclosure of the container shell. If necessary, the mounting tabs can also be fixed to the inside of the container ring side wall sections, or some tabs can be attached to the outside and others inside the container ring. The mounting tabs can be connected in any conventional solid connection with the container shell part become. In particular, the tabs are glued to the side wall portions, while, for example, stitching, a circumferential adhesive tape, stapling or dergleiche compounds can be provided.

Suitably, the parts of the container are formed by corrugated cardboard blanks. Due to the container construction with jacket part and separate bottom parts, the jacket part blank can be made of e.g. two or three-shaft heavy corrugated cardboard and the bottom part blanks with e.g. Einwelliger corrugated cardboard remain relatively thin. For the bottom blanks, corrugated board processing machines are used, which are designed for a production width which is substantially smaller than the production width of a production machine for the jacket part blank. It is particularly advantageous that the bottom of the container according to the invention is indeed in several parts, but can be produced with the same blank shapes. For an octahedron container, which is preferred and mainly provided, it comes with two bottom parts according to the invention, the blanks completely match. It is also particularly advantageous that only two bottom parts are to handle for making up and erecting the octahedron container. These advantages are equally for symmetrical and asymmetric octagonal container. They also exist accordingly for polygon containers with a larger number of corners. By asymmetric containers one understands those in which Falt-bottom sections, which are hinged to container ring side wall sections with different ground plan length, correspondingly have different asymmetric base surface shape.

In particular, it is advantageous that, for an asymmetrical container according to the invention, sides and angles of the plan view of the irregular container polygon can be dimensioned such that the bottom fold lines of bottom section pairs of one and the same bottom part lie in a common unfolding plane when unfolding the container and in the bottom of the erected container with one another aligned.

In a preferred embodiment, adjacent bottom section pairs of the container according to the invention are connected by overlapping joints with overlapping sections of the bottom sections, which close the container bottom of the erected container at least partially, preferably in its entirety. Appropriately be on the tank bottom overlapping sections in the center of the ground bounded by tooth slots, by the intermeshing toothed connections are formed with on both sides of the bottom fold lines changing overlapping position of the overlapping sections. In order to make the toothing connection for handling the parts particularly simple, yet functionally effective, toothing slots can be formed such that the overlapping sections on the erected container in the region of the tooth slots are formed free of sections crossing the bottom fold lines. Suitably, at least one tooth slot may be an open slot having a slot width transverse to the bottom fold line. A particular advantage arises in connection with displacement floor sections according to the invention. Through these, the bottom section pairs are particularly guided when erecting the container, so that overlap connections and in particular toothed connections for guiding the bottom sections when erecting the container need not be specially formed. As a result, in particular overlap edges for a completely closed container bottom can be kept small and consequently the blanks used can be dimensioned to save material.

In Fig. 1, an inventive container 1 is shown in the form of a regular octahedron. The container 1 has a jacket part forming a prism-shaped container ring 2 and a closed bottom 3.

The container ring 2 is formed by a corrugated cardboard cut from heavy corrugated cardboard, which has eight rectangular jacket partial fields which are hinged to one another in a row via fold lines 20 and form the same side wall sections 21 to 28. These are hinged together over their long sides. At the blank free longitudinal side of the side wall portion 28, a strip 29 is additionally hinged, which forms a so-called factory edge to be connected by gluing or other suitable attachment to the side wall portion 21 to form the closed container shroud 2.

According to the invention, the container bottom 3 is formed by two matching bottom parts 301, 302, which are shown in flat lying blank in Figures 3a and 3b. The bottom 3 is in two parts with the base parts 301, 302 formed from the two separate blanks.

According to FIG. 3 a, the bottom part 301 has two wing-like bottom section pairs 401, 402. Each pair of floor sections 401, 402 is formed by symmetry-like floor sections 4, each articulated via a bottom-symmetry fold line 8, namely by the two floor sections 41, 42 or by the two floor sections 43, 48. The lower edges of the container ring 2 associated with corresponding edges of the bottom portion 301 are provided with fastening tabs 31, 32, 33 and 38, which are hinged on formed by double creasing lines fold lines 300 to the bottom portions 4. The fastening tabs 32, 33 are formed by identical sections of a double fastening tab 52, which has straight extension in the blank 11, wherein the two tab sections 32, 33 are delimited against one another by means of folding line 39.

In the flat blank 11 of the bottom part 301, a corner angle of 135 ° is formed between the fold lines 300 of the adjacent fastening tabs 31, 32 of the section pair 401, which is equal to the corner angle of the erected shroud 2 between the side wall sections 21, 22. The double fastening tab 52 is provided at the location of the bottom corner 312 between the side wall portions 22, 23 with the fold line 39, which comes to lie on the between the wall sections 22, 23 extending corner edge 223. Between the foot or corner 50 of the fold line 39 at the fold lines 300 and the bottom portions 42, 43 is a material displacement portion 51 forming fan-like fold portion 510 formed on hinged by fold lines 511 triangular fan fields, the two bottom portions 42, 43 integrally with each other combines. The displacement bottom section 51, in conjunction with the double fastening strap 52, forms a connecting section 5 of the bottom part 301, via which the bottom section pairs 441, 402 are firmly connected to one another in a material-locking manner. In this construction, the bottom part 301 can be produced in the form of the one-piece blank 11 of FIG. 3 a and can be handled for making up and erecting the container 1.

72 versehen. Diese weisen eine Schlitzbreite 70 auf.It can be seen in Fig. 3a that the two adjacent Bodenabschnittpaare 401, 402 of the bottom portion 301, starting from the corner point 50, diverge such that in the basic form substantially V-shaped cutout 400 is formed in the narrow tapered region through the Displacement section 51 is limited. The symmetry bottom fold lines 81, 82 of the two bottom section pairs 401, 402 of the blank lying in FIG. 3a run at an angle of 135 °. Moreover, the V-neck is bounded by a cutting edge 91 of the bottom section pair 401 and a cutting edge 92 of the bottom section pair 402. These mutually facing cut edges 91, 92 are convexly curved to form overlapping sections which come to rest on the erected container 1 in overlapping connections 6 with section pairs 62, 63.1 and 61, 68.1, as can be seen from FIG. The cut edges 91, 92 are provided in the region of the bottom fold lines 81, 82 with an open slot 71 and 72, respectively. These have a slot width 70.

In the exemplary embodiment, the fold section 510 has four fan fields whose fold lines 511 converge in the corner point 50. The fold portion 510 extends in each case in the section 42 and 43 into it, wherein it is cut free by transverse to the edges 91,92 directed edges 501 and 502. The fold lines 511 provide for a defined folding. In the process, three of the triangular fan fields come to lie on one another in the area of the section 42, in such a way that the edge at the edge 91 of the section 41 is pushed under the edge of the edge 92 of the section 43 in order to produce an overlapping connection 6 there. For a particular enclosing in the container corner fold section each design can be provided with at cornering successive fan fields.

66, 67.2.The blank 12 of the bottom part 302 according to FIG. 3b is identical to the blank 11 of FIG. 3a. Some identical parts and sections are given the same reference numerals. Incidentally, it can be seen that the base section pair 401 in FIG. 3b has the bottom section 44 with fastening tab 34 and the bottom section 47 with fastening tab 37, parts corresponding to the sections and tabs 43, 48 and 33, 38. The bottom section pair 402 of the blank 12 in FIG. 3b has the bottom section 45 with fastening tab 35 and the bottom section 46 with fastening tab 36, parts and sections corresponding to the sections and tabs 41, 42 or 31 and 32 of the blank 11 in FIG correspond. The connecting portion 5 of the bottom part 302 is formed by the fold field displacing portion 51 and the one-piece double tab 52 formed of the tabs 36, 37. The curved edges 91, 92 of the bottom portion 302 form pairwise overlapping overlapping sections 64.2, 65, and 66, 67.2.

As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 3 a and 3 b, the bottom section pairs 402 of the bottom parts 301 and 302 are respectively provided on the side facing away from the bottom section pair 401 with a convex edge 93 which in the area of the symmetry fold line 82 has an open slot 73 or 74 a width 70 is equipped. At the bottom 3 of the finished container, this results in overlapping connections 6 or toothed connections 7, as well as between the pairs of sections 401, 402, with pairs of overlapping sections 63.2, 64.1 and 67.1, 68.2, as can be seen in FIG.

Fig. 2).For producing and assembling the container 1, the blanks 11, 12 of the separate bottom parts 301, 302 flattened according to FIGS. 3a and 3b are folded together by 180 ° at the fold lines 8 and are folded into the octahedron folded flat by 180 ° flat folding at corner edges 212 and 265. Container ring 2 inserted in the pair with rotated by 180 ° to each other position. In pairs, the mirror-image equal sections 41/42, 48/43, 44/47 and 45/46 lie on each other. In the flat-folded container ring 2, the side wall portions 22, 23, 24 and 25 are on the respective side wall portions 21, 28, 27 and 26. The fastening tabs 30 are folded at the fold lines 300 by 180 ° and externally adhered to the side wall portions 21 to 28 of the container ring 2 , In this case, the fastening tabs 31 to 38, whose articulation and extension length is equal to the basic edge length of the container 1, corresponding to the side wall portions 21 to 28 come to rest. Sectioning and folding take place in such a way that in each case an outer corner edge 603 of the bottom section pair 402 on the adjacent corner edge 604 of the other bottom section pair 402 as well as an outer corner edge 601 of the bottom section pair 401 on an adjacent corner edge 602 of the adjacent bottom section pair 402 come to lie in the flat container ring 2. As a result, the sections 61 to 68 overlapping at the bottom of the erected container 1 reach an alternating overlapping position relative to the folding lines 8 (see FIG. 2).

When mounting the container 1 from its prefabricated flat position, the symmetry Bodenfaltlinien 8 move in common, vertical to the ground plane vertical Auffaltebene 10 until they are aligned with each other in the bottom 3 of the erected container 1. In this Aufrichtvorgang the reaching from its clamped wall layer in its compressed bottom layer displacement portions 51 of the connecting portions 5 are shortened by partial folding and optionally crushing or crushing the connecting fold fields to the extent that in each case the bottom section pair 402 at each of the corner 50 by 45 ° is pivoted relative to the adjacent floor section pair 401, so that arise at the erected container 1 in the region of the connecting portions 5 as at all other bottom corners container corner angle of 135 °.

As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the identical configuration of the blanks 11, 12 of the floor parts 301, 302 results in the two connecting sections 5 being in symmetry with respect to an imaginary central point 15 of the floor 3 at this point.

As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, interlocking tooth connections 7 are formed by the tooth slots 71 to 74. In the area of the tooth slots 71 to 74, the overlapping sections 61 to 68 are formed free of sections crossing the bottom fold lines 8.

In Fig. 4, the bottom 3 of an asymmetric octahedron container 1 is shown. For the same or the same parts, the same reference numerals are used as in the embodiment described above. It can be seen, however, that in this example the bottom sections 43, 48 and the bottom sections 44, 47 of the two bottom section pairs 402 are asymmetrical in their basic shape, corresponding to the longer ground edges of the side wall sections 28, 24 in relation to the shorter ground plan edges of FIGS On the other hand, the bottom edges of the side wall sections 21, 22 and 25 and 26 are formed equal length, so that the bottom fold lines 81, 82 of the bottom section pairs 401, 402 respectively one and the same bottom part 301 and 302 during unfolding of the container. 1 each lie in a common vertical Auffaltebene 101 and 102 and are aligned in unfolded container 1.
