Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for transporting, receiving and dispensing flexible consumables to users for use in motor vehicle workshops.
  • consumables are stored and delivered individually to users such as mechanics.
  • the consumables are in particular articles made of plastic films, which are used in motor vehicle manufacturing or motor vehicle workshops for protection of motor vehicle parts against contamination, such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, trash bags, spare parts bags, door inner sealing foils, tire bags and the like.
  • the consumables may be made of paper or cardboard or tissue and used for cleaning purposes.
  • the consumables may be connected in greater numbers via detachable connections or provided via perforations in the web.
  • the web is wound on a sleeve into a roll and stored in a transport and dispenser box.
  • a holding device is provided, which, for example, is attached to a room wall and by means of which the transport and dispenser box is held in a dispensing position.
  • a generic device in which in a dispensing position a role is protected by a transport and dispenser and the transport and dispenser box is held by a holding device against a room wall, is from the DE 101 55 343 A1 the applicant known.
  • the holding device in this case has two horizontally spaced hooks, which directed away from the room wall emerge from the holding device.
  • the transport and dispenser openings are provided in the back wall openings whose distance corresponds to the distance of the hook.
  • the hooks of the holding device enter into the openings of the transport and dispenser box and surround the rear wall of the transport and dispenser box in the interior. The weight of the transport and dispenser box as well as the role of the consumables are supported by the hooks.
  • the rear wall of the transport and dispenser box with a bearing surface also formed by the back wall on a bearing surface of the holding device.
  • the contact surfaces thus serve to align the transport and dispenser box according to the orientation of the contact surface of the holding device and an application of forces that counteract a pivoting of the transport and dispenser box with a decrease in consumables.
  • a holding device for receiving and dispensing of a wound into a roll web with plastic bags for supermarkets in which a core of the roll protrudes laterally from the wound web and is guided in an acute-angled guideway of side legs of the holding device.
  • the roller abuts on its peripheral surface on a plate, which as a result of frictional forces between the plate and roller free movement of the roller is impaired.
  • a box in which a roll is accommodated with removable vehicle seats or floor coverings for use in garages or vehicle sales outlets.
  • the material wound on the roll may be covers or covers of vehicles, vehicle steering wheels, seats or sleepers, such as paper or plastic.
  • the box is folded from a flat blank, with outer end walls perforations or weakenings, which can be eliminated for the commissioning of the box with insertion of a guide axis. Furthermore, inner walls of the end faces form cylindrical receptacles for a support for the role.
  • the guide shaft After a guide shaft is inserted into the box and in the box arranged in the role, so that this extends on both sides of the end faces of the box, the guide shaft can be inserted in recesses of a horizontal holding arm, wherein several recesses of the holding arms define defined positions for the box.
  • An adaptability of the support on the holding device is addressed. Upon selection of a suitable recess for a given cross-sectional shape of the box, the back of the box abuts a vertical wall of the fixture, thereby preventing rotation of the box with removal of material from the roll.
  • US 4,451,010 discloses a roller arranged in a box whose end faces are pierced with the insertion of a guide shaft.
  • the guide axle has attachments which serve to support the guide shaft and an extension of the box created in the opening and to secure the guide axle with respect to the box.
  • FR 644,363 discloses a roll for sanitary articles which is unprotected and free from a box.
  • a guide shaft of the roller is arranged in a downwardly and rearwardly inclined guideway, in which the guide shaft can slide until the roller is pressed with its back to a holding device.
  • US 6,290,169 B1 relates to a device with a holding device on which a roll or a box can be attached with a roll in the vertical direction, so that the roller or the box with the underlying end face rests on a horizontal support surface.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a device with a transport and dispenser box and with a holding device, which is inexpensive to produce with good transport protection of the role and easier interchangeability of the transport and dispenser box and in which a connection between transport and Dispenser box and holding device can be produced in a simple manner, with a reliable support of the weight of the roller should be guaranteed.
  • the holding device has a guide axis for the roller.
  • the holding device has side legs, which extend on both sides approximately at right angles to the guide axis.
  • the side legs have guide tracks, which are at least partially oriented at an acute angle to the vertical and which receive the guide axis.
  • the transport and dispenser box has in the region of their end walls centric and mutually aligned perforations, markings or similar designs, through which the guide axis can be pushed through the end walls of the transport and dispenser box and by the role. Support forces for the weight of the roll are applied by the contact surface and the guide axis. In the delivery position, the transport and dispenser box is secured against rotation in this way.
  • the invention is based on the finding that the maximum weight of a roll corresponding to the generic document DE 101 55 343 A1 can be supported with a transport and dispenser box relative to the holding device, is determined by the mechanical properties of the carton, which forms the transport and dispenser box, since for from the DE 101 55 343 A1 known embodiment, the back wall of the transport and dispenser box must carry the full weight of the role.
  • the weight of the roller can be over 15 kg.
  • the weight of the roller is supported not only by the rear wall, but also by the guide shaft, which rests in the interior of the roller on this or on a sleeve arranged in the roller.
  • a support is interposed, so that the roller is supported only indirectly relative to the guide axis.
  • the weight is divided into a first support component, which is oriented transversely to the guideway and is supported directly on the guideway, and a second support component, which is oriented in the direction of the guideway and thus (indirectly) is supported on the contact surfaces.
  • the transport and dispensing box is exposed only in the area of the contact surface of the transport and dispenser box on the holding device of the second support component, which is smaller than the weight.
  • Decisive for the maximum weight of a roll to be stored in the transport and dispenser box is the second support component, which acts on the transport and dispenser box.
  • the ratio of this second support component to the weight and the first support component can be structurally determined by adjusting the angle of the guideway: If the guideway is perpendicular to the contact surface of the holding device or horizontally oriented, the second support component is minimal and equal to zero, so that the weight of the transport and dispenser box is fully supported on the guideway. With a rotation of the guideway in the direction of the vertical increases the second support component, so that increases the contact pressure of the transport and dispenser box to the contact surface of the holding device. Depending on the angle of the guideway relative to the vertical can - even with consideration of friction effects - acting on the transport and dispenser box support force due to the weight by design specification are adjusted.
  • the user can divide the removal forces, which are applied by a decrease of the consumables from the roll, onto the first support component of the guide track and the second support component of the contact surface. If the guideway is orientated (approximately) transversely to the direction of removal of the consumables, then the removal forces can be (substantially) absorbed by the guideway. Any moments about the longitudinal axis of the transport and dispenser box by the purchase of consumables lead to a change in the distribution of force in the contact surface of the transport and dispenser box, so that a Counter torque is generated, which counteracts an undesirable pivoting of the transport and dispenser box.
  • the guide shaft is inserted through the transport and dispenser box and through the openings. Subsequently, the guide shaft is inserted into the guideways or placed on this. Since the guideways form an acute angle with the vertical, the transport and dispenser box moves along the guideways as a result of the weight force - possibly amplified by forces applied by the user - and comes exactly in the desired dispensing position with the contact surface of the transport and dispenser box for contact with a contact surface of the holding device or the environment. Without further adjustment steps and securing measures or fastening means, the transport and dispenser box is thus in the delivery position.
  • the transport and dispenser box has a multifunctional design: on the one hand, it serves as transport protection, for example during delivery. Protection can be done in this case against contamination and / or damage to the consumables. If the transport and dispenser box has flat walls, this still allows good stackability. Furthermore, the transport and dispenser box protects the consumables against damage and / or contamination in the delivery position. In addition, the transport and dispensing box in the delivery position may have a visually appealing design that covers the role of the consumables, or as a carrier of advertising or information for the consumables, for mounting the transport and dispenser box on the holding device, for the service the transport and dispenser box, for the supply of consumables and / or for the disposal of consumables.
  • the parts of the device according to the invention are inexpensive to produce.
  • the transport and dispenser box is formed with cardboard, corrugated cardboard or the like. Such materials have a relatively low weight, are inexpensive to produce and processable.
  • the transport and dispensing box is produced by a folded or erected blank made of cardboard, corrugated cardboard or the like.
  • a transport and dispenser box made from said semi-finished can be disposed of in a simple manner and environmentally friendly.
  • the holding device can be formed with conventional and inexpensive semi-finished products such as a guide shaft made of iron or a plastic and a sheet metal for the side legs.
  • a support of the transport and dispenser box can be independent of the role of the contact surface and an adapted support of the dispenser box relative to the guide axis or supports.
  • the end walls of the transport and dispenser box are preferably at least largely closed in a transport position and have a material weakening, a scoring, a perforation, a fold or a mark, which forms the opening in a dispensing position.
  • the delivery position can be brought about from the transport position by mechanical action on the material weakening, the scoring, the perforation, the fold or the marking, for example by means of the guide axis.
  • the weakening of the protective function of the transport and dispenser box in the area of the side surfaces is limited to a minimum.
  • supports are provided in the region of the end walls, against which the roller is rotatably mounted.
  • the openings open into recesses of the supports.
  • Crossover cross sections from the receiving space to a roller accommodating the interior of the transport and dispenser box are formed only between the supports and the sleeve.
  • material areas between the contact surface and the surrounding area of the aperture as well as between the contact surface of the transport and dispenser box and the force introduction points are rigid when the consumables are taken off. If this is not the case, undesired deformations of the transport and dispenser box occur as a result of the specified stresses. For example, a reliable rotation of the transport and dispenser box relative to the holding device can not be guaranteed if the contact surface is not rigidly supported relative to the other components or support points of the transport and dispenser box. For a transport and dispenser box with a rectangular cross-section, this means, for example, that the corner areas arranged adjacent to the contact surface must not be flattened when an application of tensile forces by the user of the device.
  • each side leg of the holding device has a plurality of guideways, which enable a support of one or more transport and dispenser boxes in different dispensing positions.
  • the transport and dispenser can be arranged, for example, at different heights. This can be advantageous for users of different body sizes or for different installation conditions.
  • the arrangement of several transport and dispenser boxes on the same holding device is possible.
  • Each of the multiple transport and dispenser boxes can be the same transport and dispenser boxes, so that the other transport and dispenser boxes are transport and dispenser boxes for replacement purposes.
  • the simultaneous removal of consumables by multiple users can be enabled.
  • the arrangement of different transport and dispenser boxes so that with a device according to the invention different consumables and / or different sizes thereof can be provided.
  • the holding device two in cross-section L-shaped angle plates are provided.
  • One leg of the angle plate is fixed to a room wall (or to a piece of furniture), while the other leg forms the side leg, which includes the guide track (s).

Description

The invention relates to a device for transporting, receiving and dispensing flexible consumables to users for use in motor vehicle workshops.

In motor vehicle workshops, consumables are stored and delivered individually to users such as mechanics. The consumables are in particular articles made of plastic films, which are used in motor vehicle manufacturing or motor vehicle workshops for protection of motor vehicle parts against contamination, such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, trash bags, spare parts bags, door inner sealing foils, tire bags and the like. Likewise, the consumables may be made of paper or cardboard or tissue and used for cleaning purposes. In a web, the consumables may be connected in greater numbers via detachable connections or provided via perforations in the web. Usually, the web is wound on a sleeve into a roll and stored in a transport and dispenser box. In the event that in the motor vehicle workshops, the transport and dispenser is to be arranged at a fixed location, a holding device is provided, which, for example, is attached to a room wall and by means of which the transport and dispenser box is held in a dispensing position.

STAND DER TECHNIK: TRANSPORT- UND SPENDERBOXENSTATE OF THE ART: TRANSPORT AND DISPENSER BOXES

A generic device in which in a dispensing position a role is protected by a transport and dispenser and the transport and dispenser box is held by a holding device against a room wall, is from the DE 101 55 343 A1 the applicant known. The holding device in this case has two horizontally spaced hooks, which directed away from the room wall emerge from the holding device. In the transport and dispenser openings are provided in the back wall openings whose distance corresponds to the distance of the hook. For establishing a connection between the holding device and the transport and dispenser box, the hooks of the holding device enter into the openings of the transport and dispenser box and surround the rear wall of the transport and dispenser box in the interior. The weight of the transport and dispenser box as well as the role of the consumables are supported by the hooks. With sole support on the hook but still pivoting of the transport and dispenser box would be possible to a running through the hook axis. Therefore, in addition, the rear wall of the transport and dispenser box with a bearing surface also formed by the back wall on a bearing surface of the holding device. The contact surfaces thus serve to align the transport and dispenser box according to the orientation of the contact surface of the holding device and an application of forces that counteract a pivoting of the transport and dispenser box with a decrease in consumables.

From the GB 2 372 736 A a holding device for receiving and dispensing of a wound into a roll web with plastic bags for supermarkets is known in which a core of the roll protrudes laterally from the wound web and is guided in an acute-angled guideway of side legs of the holding device. The roller abuts on its peripheral surface on a plate, which as a result of frictional forces between the plate and roller free movement of the roller is impaired.

Out GB 2 295 374 A a box is known in which a roll is accommodated with removable vehicle seats or floor coverings for use in garages or vehicle sales outlets. The material wound on the roll may be covers or covers of vehicles, vehicle steering wheels, seats or sleepers, such as paper or plastic. The box is folded from a flat blank, with outer end walls perforations or weakenings, which can be eliminated for the commissioning of the box with insertion of a guide axis. Furthermore, inner walls of the end faces form cylindrical receptacles for a support for the role. After a guide shaft is inserted into the box and in the box arranged in the role, so that this extends on both sides of the end faces of the box, the guide shaft can be inserted in recesses of a horizontal holding arm, wherein several recesses of the holding arms define defined positions for the box. An adaptability of the support on the holding device is addressed. Upon selection of a suitable recess for a given cross-sectional shape of the box, the back of the box abuts a vertical wall of the fixture, thereby preventing rotation of the box with removal of material from the roll.

US 4,451,010 discloses a roller arranged in a box whose end faces are pierced with the insertion of a guide shaft. In both end regions, the guide axle has attachments which serve to support the guide shaft and an extension of the box created in the opening and to secure the guide axle with respect to the box.

FR 644,363 discloses a roll for sanitary articles which is unprotected and free from a box. A guide shaft of the roller is arranged in a downwardly and rearwardly inclined guideway, in which the guide shaft can slide until the roller is pressed with its back to a holding device. These contact forces represent a resistance of the roll against a decrease in hygiene articles with rotation of the roll.

US 6,290,169 B1 relates to a device with a holding device on which a roll or a box can be attached with a roll in the vertical direction, so that the roller or the box with the underlying end face rests on a horizontal support surface.

Further prior art is out JP 2000109065 known.

AUFGABE DER ERFINDUNGOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention has for its object to provide a device with a transport and dispenser box and with a holding device, which is inexpensive to produce with good transport protection of the role and easier interchangeability of the transport and dispenser box and in which a connection between transport and Dispenser box and holding device can be produced in a simple manner, with a reliable support of the weight of the roller should be guaranteed.

Weitere Ausgestaltungen der erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtung ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen 2 bis 10.The object of the invention is achieved by a device having the features of independent claim 1. Further embodiments of the device according to the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims 2 to 10.

BESCHREIBUNG DER ERFINDUNGDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

According to the invention, the holding device has a guide axis for the roller. In addition, the holding device has side legs, which extend on both sides approximately at right angles to the guide axis. The side legs have guide tracks, which are at least partially oriented at an acute angle to the vertical and which receive the guide axis. The transport and dispenser box has in the region of their end walls centric and mutually aligned perforations, markings or similar designs, through which the guide axis can be pushed through the end walls of the transport and dispenser box and by the role. Support forces for the weight of the roll are applied by the contact surface and the guide axis. In the delivery position, the transport and dispenser box is secured against rotation in this way.

The invention is based on the finding that the maximum weight of a roll corresponding to the generic document DE 101 55 343 A1 can be supported with a transport and dispenser box relative to the holding device, is determined by the mechanical properties of the carton, which forms the transport and dispenser box, since for from the DE 101 55 343 A1 known embodiment, the back wall of the transport and dispenser box must carry the full weight of the role. The weight of the roller can be over 15 kg.

According to the invention, the weight of the roller is supported not only by the rear wall, but also by the guide shaft, which rests in the interior of the roller on this or on a sleeve arranged in the roller. Alternatively, it is also possible that between the roller and the guide axis, a support is interposed, so that the roller is supported only indirectly relative to the guide axis.

The weight is divided into a first support component, which is oriented transversely to the guideway and is supported directly on the guideway, and a second support component, which is oriented in the direction of the guideway and thus (indirectly) is supported on the contact surfaces. The transport and dispensing box is exposed only in the area of the contact surface of the transport and dispenser box on the holding device of the second support component, which is smaller than the weight. Decisive for the maximum weight of a roll to be stored in the transport and dispenser box is the second support component, which acts on the transport and dispenser box. The ratio of this second support component to the weight and the first support component can be structurally determined by adjusting the angle of the guideway: If the guideway is perpendicular to the contact surface of the holding device or horizontally oriented, the second support component is minimal and equal to zero, so that the weight of the transport and dispenser box is fully supported on the guideway.

In a corresponding manner, the user can divide the removal forces, which are applied by a decrease of the consumables from the roll, onto the first support component of the guide track and the second support component of the contact surface.

For the inventive device results in a particularly simple assembly and interchangeability of the transport and dispenser box: First, the guide shaft is inserted through the transport and dispenser box and through the openings.

Furthermore, it is possible according to the invention to arrange transport and dispensing boxes of different lengths and cross sections on the same holding device without a need for constructive adaptation measures. For a reduction or enlargement of the distance of the contact surface of the transport and dispensing box from the guide axis as a result of a change in the cross section of the transport and dispenser box moves during assembly, the guide axis only further or less along the guideways until the removal position is reached.

The transport and dispenser box has a multifunctional design: on the one hand, it serves as transport protection, for example during delivery.

The parts of the device according to the invention are inexpensive to produce. The transport and dispenser box is formed with cardboard, corrugated cardboard or the like. Such materials have a relatively low weight, are inexpensive to produce and processable. In particular, the transport and dispensing box is produced by a folded or erected blank made of cardboard, corrugated cardboard or the like. Furthermore, a transport and dispenser box made from said semi-finished can be disposed of in a simple manner and environmentally friendly. The holding device can be formed with conventional and inexpensive semi-finished products such as a guide shaft made of iron or a plastic and a sheet metal for the side legs.

A support of the transport and dispenser box can be independent of the role of the contact surface and an adapted support of the dispenser box relative to the guide axis or supports.

In addition to an inventive development of the publication DE 101 55 343 A1 known embodiments, the present invention provides a further development of the publications DE 89 02 641 U1 and DE 33 31 171 A1 These publications are embodiments in which a role consumable is mounted on a guide axis relative to a frame, wherein the guide axes occupy a defined desired position relative to the frame or are firmly connected thereto. The roles of this prior art are protected neither during transport nor during the removal of the transport items and thus exposed to the risk of contamination and damage.

The end walls of the transport and dispenser box are preferably at least largely closed in a transport position and have a material weakening, a scoring, a perforation, a fold or a mark, which forms the opening in a dispensing position. The delivery position can be brought about from the transport position by mechanical action on the material weakening, the scoring, the perforation, the fold or the marking, for example by means of the guide axis. The fact that during the transport, the end walls at least are largely closed, soiling and mechanical damage can be avoided, which would occur in the presence of the openings during transport. Only immediately in the motor vehicle workshop, the openings are formed, but which are immediately closed again by the insertion of the guide shaft at least partially. As a result, the weakening of the protective function of the transport and dispenser box in the area of the side surfaces is limited to a minimum.

In a further embodiment of the invention supports are provided in the region of the end walls, against which the roller is rotatably mounted. In this way, the advantages of the invention with the advantages of known embodiments with such supports, for example according to the document DE 102 33 602 A1 the applicant or from the publications US 3,302,781 . DE 101 19 821 A1 . US 3,565,307 and US 5,971,150 get connected. By the guides results in an exact alignment of the role as well as avoidance or reduction of frictional forces between walls of the transport and dispenser box and the role.

According to another proposal of the invention, the openings open into recesses of the supports. The apertures, together with the recesses and the inner surface of a sleeve on which the web is wound in the roll, form a passageway for the guide axis passing longitudinally through the roll. Crossover cross sections from the receiving space to a roller accommodating the interior of the transport and dispenser box are formed only between the supports and the sleeve. In this way, the protection of the role from contamination can be further improved: In addition to a suitable removal opening for the consumables (and possibly further necessary openings), the transport and dispenser box only on the openings in the end walls, which are largely closed by the guide axis. Dirt particles, which nevertheless enter the transport and dispensing box through the gap between openings and guide axis, are separated in the receiving space of the roll, wherein a transfer to the role is only possible through a gap between supports and sleeve. According to the invention thus a "multi-chamber system" is used.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, it is considered that material areas between the contact surface and the surrounding area of the aperture as well as between the contact surface of the transport and dispenser box and the force introduction points are rigid when the consumables are taken off.

According to a development of the device according to the invention, each side leg of the holding device has a plurality of guideways, which enable a support of one or more transport and dispenser boxes in different dispensing positions. In this way, the transport and dispenser can be arranged, for example, at different heights. This can be advantageous for users of different body sizes or for different installation conditions. Alternatively or additionally, the arrangement of several transport and dispenser boxes on the same holding device is possible. Each of the multiple transport and dispenser boxes can be the same transport and dispenser boxes, so that the other transport and dispenser boxes are transport and dispenser boxes for replacement purposes. Likewise, the simultaneous removal of consumables by multiple users can be enabled. Also possible is the arrangement of different transport and dispenser boxes, so that with a device according to the invention different consumables and / or different sizes thereof can be provided.

Preferably, in the holding device two in cross-section L-shaped angle plates are provided. One leg of the angle plate is fixed to a room wall (or to a piece of furniture), while the other leg forms the side leg, which includes the guide track (s). The distance between the two angle plates correlates with the width of the transport and dispenser box to be accommodated, in particular with one small excess to ensure easy movement along the guideways. Alternatively, it is also possible that the holding device is formed with a U-shaped angle plate, wherein the center leg of the U forms the contact surface of the holding device and the side legs of the U include the guideways. The aforementioned angle plates are available as particularly inexpensive semi-finished products.

Advantageous developments emerge from the subclaims, the description and the drawings.

FIGURENBESCHREIBUNGDESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

Fig. 1 shows a transport and dispenser box 1 from a continuous blank 2 made of cardboard, corrugated cardboard u. The transport and dispenser box 1 has a lower bottom wall 3, an upper bottom wall 4, a front wall 5, a rear wall 6 and two end walls 7 and 8. In the upper half of the vertical front wall 5, a detachable perforation strip 9 is cut, which forms after its cutting off an edge-closed slot 10, as shown in Fig. 2.

In the position of use shown in Fig. 2 , the end of a web 11 of several contiguous via perforations consumables 12 can be seen. These consumables 12 may be, for example, seat covers made of plastic film, which, as is generally known, are pulled over the upholstered seats of the motor vehicle during repair and servicing work in order to avoid soiling of the seats. The web 11 has, across the direction of withdrawal, a certain width which, depending on the folding of the web 11, may be between approximately 60 cm and 1 m.

Fig. 3 illustrates the formation of the blank 2 of the transport and dispenser box 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 based on a settlement of a portion of this blank in the plane. It can be seen how the two walls 5 and 6 are articulated on the lower bottom wall 3 via fold lines. These walls 5 and 6 have laterally connecting flaps 13 and 14, which are connected in the erected state with the corresponding elements of the blank 2. On the rear wall 6, the upper bottom wall 4 is articulated via a further folding line, which in turn is equipped with a hinged flap 15 pivotally hinged by a folding line.

Since the walls 3, 4, 5, 6 have the same height, it can be seen that the cross section of the blank 2 of the transport and dispenser box 1 is square in the erected state. At the lower bottom wall 3, the end walls 7 and 8 are articulated on both sides by fold lines. At each end wall 7 and 8, a support wall 16 is hinged on a further fold line, which carries a cutout 17 which forms a support 18. In addition, the support wall 16 has an extension 19 on the outside. In association with this, the lower bottom wall 3 has a punched-out 20, in which the extension 19 is latched in the erected state, so that the end wall 7 and the support wall 16 are fixed in a parallel position at the end to the transport and dispenser box 1.

Fig. 4 shows a single plate-shaped support wall 24, for example in the form of a square simple or double corrugated paperboard section, the center carries an opening 23, so that ever such a support wall 24 when inserting the roller 21 is pushed onto the ends of the sleeve 22 and the so formed unit in the erected transport and dispenser box 1 can be drained. It is understood that in connection with the support walls 24, the end walls 7 and 8, the openings 23 do not have, if the already described centering effect is intended. Such centering is particularly advantageous if the flexible consumables have led to different winding diameters during winding. If a particularly small winding diameter is formed, the sleeve 22 would not be aligned with the wound web 11 in the transport and dispenser box 1 with the position of the openings 23, so that the insertion of the guide shaft 32 could be hindered. However, it is also possible to additionally arrange perforations 23 in the end walls 7 and 8 in order to increase the width of the respective support of the sleeve 22 in the lateral supports 18. The use of such separate support walls 24, which in the erected blank 2 can also be fixed, provides the advantage that can be dispensed with the blank 2 on the use of double-walled corrugated and single-walled corrugated board is sufficient because an additional stiffening is achieved anyway by the inserted support walls 24 anyway. The support walls may also have a cutout in a shape, as shown in FIG. 3 can be seen.

The end walls 7, 8 each have centered and mutually aligned openings 30. Instead of the openings 30 and markings 31 may be provided. Other alternatives are obvious to the person skilled in the art and can consist of material weakenings, scratches, perforations or folds, in the place of which a user can make the opening 30 in the end walls 7, 8. For double walls by means of the end wall 7 and the support wall 16 and a support wall 24, the openings 30 or the markings 31 are provided in the outer wall.

With reference to FIGS. 5 and 7 , it can be seen that inside the transport and dispenser box 1, the web 11 wound up into a roll 21 on a sleeve 22 is accommodated. Fig. 7 shows that the sleeve 22 has a greater width than the web 11 and thus the roller 21, so that the sleeve 22 projects on both sides relative to the roller 21 and so a free suspension of the roller 21 by means of the sleeve 22 in the two-sided Auflagerern 18 allows. The roller 21 is shown in Figs. 5 and 7 so that it is freely rotatably suspended in the supports 18. The roller 21 has at least after acceptance of some consumables 12 of the web 11 no contact with the inside of the bottom walls 3 and 4 and the walls 5 and 6. Since the end walls 7 and 8 in conjunction with the support walls 16 also has a centering effect on the sleeve 22nd exercise, it is also ensured that frictional contact with the material of the web 11 and the roller 21 is also prevented with respect to the support walls 16. As a result, when the front end of the web 11 is pulled off, the roller 21 can be rotated very easily through the closed-edge slot 10. 2 and 5 show the roller 21 in such a storage in the transport and dispenser box 1, that an upper trigger is guaranteed. In relation to this, the perforation strip 9 and the edge-closed slot 10 are arranged in the middle region of the upper half of the front wall 5. FIG. 5 shows that the web 11 is pulled off tangentially at the top, so that the end of the web 11 guided out at the slot 10 is deflected approximately by 90 °. If the train 11 then is still designed so that it has a comparatively smooth outside and inside a comparatively rough surface, the rough surface is used meaningfully by placing on the lower edge of the slot 10 when severing the individual perforations when removing a consumable 12 of the web 11.

The described free suspension or free rotation of the sleeve 22 in the supports 18 can not only be achieved if a few consumables 12 are already separated from the web 11. The same may also be the case when a complete roll 21 is stored in such a transport and dispenser box 1 and handled during transport. However, it is certainly not harmful to choose the dimensions between the diameter of the roller 21 and the square cross-sectional interior of the transport and dispenser box 1 so that the roller 21 initially has elastic contact with the inner walls of the box, this contact is lost as soon as a few consumables 12 are removed, whereby the diameter of the roller 21 is reduced. Such rollers 21 may have up to 500 or more consumables hanging over separable perforations, depending on the wall thickness of the consumable or any longitudinal folds, so that it can be seen that the freely rotatable mounting of the roller 21 is reached at the latest after a few consumables less 12.

Fig. 6 illustrates a relative position in comparison to Fig. 5, in which the roller 21 is stored reversed in the transport and dispenser box 1, ie with lower trigger. Here, the slot 10 is arranged in the lower region of half the height of the front wall 5 in order to ensure a tangential trigger in connection with a deflection of the web 11 by about 90 ° when passing through the slot 10.

The formation of the supports 18 can not be achieved only by separate support walls 16, as shown in FIG. 3.

Für den Fall, dass anstelle der Durchbrechungen 30 Markierungen 31, Perforationen oder Falze vorgesehen sind, ergibt dies einen besseren Transportschutz, erfordert jedoch für die Schaffung der Durchbrechungen 30 ein Durchstoßen der Stirnwandungen 7, 8. 7 , a guide shaft 32 is passed through the apertures 30 of the transport and dispenser box 1 and through the sleeve 22, so that the end portions of the guide shaft 32, which guide elements 33 form, protrude from the transport and dispenser box 1 to the outside. Between the guide shaft 32 and the inner diameter of the sleeve 22 game is provided so that the guide axis 32nd can easily be inserted when hanging up the transport and dispenser box 1. In the event that instead of the openings 30 marks 31, perforations or folds are provided, this results in a better transport protection, but requires for the creation of the openings 30 piercing the end walls 7, the eighth

According to the embodiment shown in Fig. 8 , the transport and dispenser box 1 has bearings 18 a, which are each formed by a molded part 34 made of plastic, which are adjacent to the end wall 7, 8 arranged and optionally attached. Each molding 34 has a hollow cylindrical inwardly oriented extension 35. The extensions 35 extend into the interior of the sleeve 22 and guide the roller 21. In the suspended state, the extensions 35 are supported by the guide shaft 32.

FIGS. 8 and 9 show a first embodiment of a holding device 36. This has two angle plates 37, 38, each with a base leg 39 and a side leg 40. The angle plates 37, 38 have an L-shaped cross-section, wherein the angle plates are screwed in vertical and parallel orientation in the base leg 39 with an approximately vertical wall and between the parallel side legs 40, the transport and dispenser box (s) 1 record. In each case a guide slot 41 is introduced into the side legs 40 at the same height from the side remote from the base leg 39, which forms an acute angle α with the vertical in the plane of the side leg (plane yz, FIG. 9). The angle α is preferably between 30 ° and 60 °, in particular between 40 ° and 50 °. The lower boundary of the guide slot 41 forms a guide track 42 for the guide shaft 32.

To suspend the transport and dispenser box 1 on the holding device 36, the guide elements 33 of the guide shaft 32 are inserted into the guide slots 41 of the angle plates 37, 38 and move along the guideways 42 obliquely downwards. On the side facing away from the transport and dispenser box 1, the guide axis 32 has stops 43 which limit a lateral displacement of the guide axis 32 by a displacement of the transport and dispenser box 1 or the guide axis 32 in the direction of the axis x. The stops 43 are formed as projections of the guide shaft 32. But they can also be designed as a separate plugged or screwed parts.

Due to the weight of the transport and dispenser box 1 or by additional forces of the user, this is so far along the guide track 42 moves until the rear wall 6 of the transport and dispenser box 1 comes to rest on a wall 44, of a room wall or a Cabinet is provided.

According to the embodiment shown in FIG. 9 , the holding device 36 is used for three transport and dispensing boxes 1 of different lengths and / or cross sections. According to the cross section, the guide elements 33 of the different transport and dispenser boxes 1 enter the respective guide slots 41 to different degrees. The holding device 36 has in this case in each case via pairs of guide slots 41, which are arranged at different heights.

An alternative embodiment of the holding device 36 is shown in FIG . The holding device 36 is formed in horizontal section approximately U-shaped. It has a continuous center leg 45, by means of which an attachment of the holding device 36 relative to the environment, and two side legs 40, which each have at least one guide slot 41. The center leg 45 has a contact surface 46, on which in the suspended position a contact surface 47 of the transport and dispenser box 1 is supported against rotation.
