The invention relates to a method for fixing a textile fabric on a holder in which the fabric by means of a curable by UV radiation Adhesive is connected to the bracket by applied to the holder an adhesive application and then cured by means of at least one UV lamp device becomes. The invention further relates to a Device for fastening a textile fabric on a holder by means of one by UV radiation curable adhesive, with at least one UV lamp device, which hung on a guide device is.
To make a screen printing form are several steps required. First, a screen printed fabric over a Stretched screen frame. For this purpose, the screen frame Clamping on, as for example from DE 195 43 235 A1, EP 0 925 195 B1 and DE 196 46 987 A1 are known. After clamping it will be Screen printing fabric glued to the screen printing frame. For this is applied to the screen printing fabric in the area of the screen printing frame applied an adhesive and through the screen printing fabric pushed through to the screen frame. After curing of the adhesive is the screen printed fabric with a water-soluble, photosensitive emulsion - also template material called - coated. The coating is then followed by a print image Exposed copy template. As a result, the exposed harden Areas off. The unexposed areas remain water-soluble and then washed out. hereby The screen printing stencil is created with the screen printing fabric as a template carrier.
ULLMANN'S ENCYCLOPEDIA OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMISTRY, 2003, 6. In the prior art it is known for the attachment of the screen printing fabric on the screen printing frame in addition to conventional Adhesives also curable by UV radiation Adhesives (see ULLMANN'S ENCYCLOPEDIA OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMISTRY, 2003, 6th edition, volume 1, pages 411 and 412) use. After application, the adhesive is applied by means of UV flash illuminated and thus hardened. The advantages a UV-curable adhesive are that no Solvent emissions incurred and the adhesive also is solvent resistant without painting.
The device for carrying out this method has a hood covering the tenter, inside a UV exposure bar is arranged which is extends across the width of the tenter and over this Beam shines. It is transverse to the screen frame movable to its longitudinal axis. For hardening the adhesive spreads and illuminates the UV lamp device the entire surface of the screen printed fabric.
A disadvantage of this type of curing of the adhesive, that the screen printing fabric strip-shaped and over its entire Width is heated and it thus warping the Screen printing fabric comes with the result that it becomes uneven.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a method of the type mentioned above, with a warping of textile fabrics such as screen printing fabrics or the like. And thus the formation of bumps is avoided. A second task is to design a device with which the procedure can be exercised.
The first part of the task according to the invention solved that the UV radiation of the UV lamp device concentrated on the application of adhesive while along the adhesive application is moved. Basic idea of the invention So it is, the UV radiation only act there to leave where it is needed, namely in the area adhesive application, and then along the UV radiation to move the adhesive application. This leaves the Heating the textile fabric to this area limited. The remaining areas remain at ambient temperature. In this way it is avoided that the textile fabric warps and unevenness occurs.
The concentration of UV rays must, according to the doctrine of Invention is not limited to the adhesive application, but can also capture adjacent areas to possibly also hardened there adhesive to harden. It is essential that the screen printing fabric otherwise largely from exposure to UV radiation is kept free.
The inventive method is not only for the attachment from screen-printed fabrics to screen printing frames, but can be used universally for attaching textiles Fabrics are applied to brackets. An alternative Scope is e.g. the attachment of a Filter cloth on a filter, for example, in Shape of a filter frame.
For curing the adhesive application, a single Single beam suffice. However, there is also the possibility the UV radiation of the UV lamp device to assemble several individual beams. Unless the individual rays focused on a common center be, this leads to an increase in the energy density and thus to accelerate the curing of the adhesive. However, there is also the possibility of the individual beams next to each other or partially overlapping to impinge on the adhesive application to a larger area of adhesive application at the same time to be exposed to UV radiation.
The UV light device should expediently move parallel to the sheet, so that in the process the UV lamp device the distance to the screen frame remains essentially the same. To one as possible To achieve high energy density, the UV radiation should be essentially perpendicular to the adhesive application be directed.
Suitable adhesives are acrylic esters or combinations of acrylates with aliphatic or aromatic epoxy resins, Urethanes, polyesters or polyethers and combinations of hydroxyl-containing polymers with cycloaliphatic Epoxides. The curing mechanism can both be radical as well as cationic nature. The UV radiation should be within a wavelength range from 250 to 445 nm.
In a further embodiment of the invention is provided that the adhesive by means of an adhesive applicator, which is moved along the holder, applied before it is cured by means of the UV lamp device becomes. Such glue applicators are related with the gluing of screen printing fabrics to screen printing frames known. For this purpose, an adhesive nozzle to a Order carriage attached to a carrier in the X direction is movable, the carrier itself in the Y direction is guided. By the combination according to the invention can the adhesive application and its curing in two consecutive steps as far as possible done automatically.
The second part of the object is achieved by solved a device in which the UV lamp device has at least one UV spot radiator. Under a spotlight in this sense is such To understand UV lamp, in which the UV radiation on the intended intended adhesive application concentrated is, the irradiated area so not essential larger than the glue application. Because of this limitation the UV radiation becomes the textile fabric, for example, the screen printing fabric, with UV radiation where it is applied, where the attachment with the adhesive should be done. A distortion of the fabric is thereby avoided.
The guide device of the device according to the invention should be designed such that the UV lamp device is movable in an X-Y plane of movement, wherein the X and Y directions of movement are preferably perpendicular to stand by each other. This can be achieved, for example be that the guide means a carrier which is movable in an X direction and at the one carrying the UV lamp device lamp carriage is mounted, which is displaceable on the carrier in the Y direction is guided. The carrier is expediently designed as a portal with lateral gantry stands, stored on parallel guide rails are.
The UV lighting device can use multiple UV spotlights have, in a common light fixture are suspended to either increase the energy density or a larger contiguous area with UV radiation to act on. It should be the UV spotlights in a plane parallel to the plane of motion grouped next to each other and each to the movement plane parallel axes suspended pivotally be. Preferably, the UV spotlights on a Circle be arranged and the pivot axes on tangents run to this circle or parallel to it. To this Way, the area to be irradiated according to the respective requirements are set. That's it appropriate if the pivot axes with an adjustment that they share in theirs Inclination are adjustable so that they each have the same angle to the perpendicular to the plane of motion taking.
Particularly preferred is a device in which the UV lamp device with at least one adhesive applicator connected so that by means of the device both the adhesive applied and subsequently can be cured. Unless the UV lamp device has several UV spotlights, is the adhesive applicator expediently arranged between the UV spotlights.
The device according to the invention can be designed in this way be that they are compatible with the supporting device for the holder, on which the textile fabric are attached should, can be combined. Such a support device However, it may also be part of this device, wherein the UV lamp device relative to the support device is expediently movable equidistantly.
The movement of the UV lamp device is advantageously carried out via electric motor drives. These drives should be controllable via a control device be so that the process of UV irradiation largely, if not fully automatic.
As UV spotlights, those known in the art may be used Lamps, such as mercury vapor lamps, but also xenon and hydrogen lamps are used. Especially favorable is the use of light-emitting diodes as the radiation source, which emit UV light as they are relative cold and also not visible light in the wavelength range emit from 395 nm.
It is understood that the device according to the invention not just a UV light fixture with one or more UV spotlights may have, but that too several such lighting devices may be provided can be used to cure the adhesive and - if several Adhesive applicator are present - the Order to perform quickly.

1 weist vier Einzelhalter 2, 3, 4, 5 auf, die
im Winkel von 90° zueinander angeordnet sind. Sie weisen
kreisrunde Öffnungen 6, 7, 8, 9 auf, in denen UV-Leuchten
eingebaut werden können. The illustrated in Figures 1 and 2 UV lamp device
1 has four
Die Einzelhalter 2, 3, 4, 5 sind in einem Rahmen 10 um
horizontale Schwenkachsen 11, 12, 13, 14 entsprechend den
Doppelpfeilen A (Figur 1) verschwenkbar gelagert. Die
Schwenkachsen 11, 12, 13, 14 verlaufen tangential zu einem
Kreis, der durch die Mittelpunkte der Öffnungen 7, 8,
9 der Einzelhalter 2, 3, 4, 5 gehen. Die Schwenkachsen
11, 12, 13, 14 werden an dem Rahmen 10 von Lagerblechen
15 und Lagerschrauben 15a gebildet.The
The
The adjusting
32, 33, 34, 35 fest verbunden. An der Platte 29 ist ein
rohrartiger Aufnahmearm 36 befestigt, der mit einem Führungsstück
37 verbunden ist, über den die UV-Leuchteneinrichtung
1 mit einer sich aus Figur 5 ergebenden Führungseinrichtung
verbindbar ist.The
An den Querstreben 21, 22 ist eine Klebstoffauftragseinrichtung
38 über eine Halterung 39 befestigt. Untenseitig
At the cross struts 21, 22 is an
gespannten Siebdruckgewebe 43. Das Siebdruckgewebe 43 ist
mittels eines UV-härtbaren Klebstoffs an der Oberfläche
des Siebdruckrahmens 42 befestigt. Der Klebstoff ist zuvor
mittels der Klebstoffauftragseinrichtung 38 in einem
ersten Arbeitsgang im wesentlichen streifenförmig auf das
über den Siebdruckrahmen 42 gespannten Siebdruckgewebe 43
im Bereich des Siebdruckrahmens 42 aufgetragen worden.
Durch die Kapillarwirkung durchdringt der Klebstoff das
Siebdruckgewebe 43 bis zu dem Siebdruckrahmen 42. In einem
zweiten Arbeitsgang wird der Klebstoff mittels UV-Strahlung
von den vier UV-Leuchten ausgehärtet. Die UV-Leuchten
erzeugen auf dem Siebdruckgewebe 43 punktartige
Strahlungsflächen 44, die sich gegenseitig überschneiden
und seitlich etwas über den Siebdruckrahmen 42 überstehen.
Durch die schräge Bestrahlung wird auch Klebstoff,
der seitlich am Siebdruckrahmen 42 heruntergelaufen ist,
mit ausgehärtet.The
In Figure 4, the UV lamp device 1 is in the
From Figure 5 it can be seen that the UV lamp device

UV-Strahlung beaufschlagt. The inclined in contrast to the illustration of Figure 4

As can also be seen from Figure 5, go from
the UV lights 45, 46
