Abstract
Description
In beiden Fällen muß
Usually closures, in particular folding closures of watches with fixed band links or soft bands have a makeshift device for adjusting the circumference of different wrists. For bracelets with fixed links these can be locked at different holes of the closure by means of spring bar. For bracelets with soft bands, use the existing holes in the bracelet material to attach. In both cases, to adjust the clock from the wrist must be stored to then adjust the scope using tools using the procedures described above.
In addition, the prior art includes a design patented in 1912 under no. 267359, which makes it possible to wind a flexible, chain-shaped part of a bracelet with individual fixed links on a drum by means of a wind device, thus causing a shortening of the bracelet.
A similar more recent design has been published as utility model in 2001 under the number DE 200 20 360. With this invention, a soft tape, or a cord wound within a housing to also cause a change in the bracelet cross-section.
The problem of a closure with length adjustment is the combination the systems closing the bracelet and length change of the circumference, the must work independently of each other. In particular, the once set The circumference should not change by opening or closing the bracelet. Also, it is advantageous and practical if the scope is not limited to stowed state, but also on the arm fitting can be changed.
The greatest advantage of the present invention is the compactness of a closure, which allows a length adjustment regardless of the opening mechanism of the bracelet.
The invention is also not limited to a type of bracelet, but can be combined with all current, soft and strong bracelets.
Hauptanspruch 1, sowie Nebenanspruch 2.It is therefore sought patent protection for an invention described as in
This invention is predestined for a commercial application especially in the In view of mass production. The closure shown with Length adjustment consists of a total of only 13 components, while a simple folding closure already consists of at least 7 components. It is therefore without further possible, parts made of all common materials such as metals and precious metals, Plastic or ceramic, each substance-specific by suitable methods manufacture.
Faltelement. In Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, an embodiment is shown. In these illustrations, the bracelet is closed and the change in length is set to the minimum. The closure (2) is arranged in the middle of a watch band (3) consisting of fixed and individually assembled links. The closure is limited at the top by the adjustment ring (1).
Fig. 3 shows in vertical section further on the opposite side of the adjusting ring, the folding element (4) with a clamping device for locking the bracelet in this state.
Fig. 4 shows the bottom view of the embodiment with the clearly visible folding element.
In Fig. 5, Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the closure described above is shown, but with a set to the maximum length change.
Visible are in side and side view, as well as the bottom view, the two opposing carriages (5), which are mounted torsionally rigid sliding within the closure.
A carriage is connected directly to the connecting member of the bracelet, while the opposite slide is pivotally connected to the folding element. The folding element is articulated on its other side even with a specially shaped connecting member of the bracelet.
The Fig. 8, Fig 9 and Fig. 10 show the bracelet in the open state with a medium setting of the change in length.
The soffit in fig. 10 shows in particular the mounting of the carriage in rails (8), and the drive carriage via the adjusting ring by a gear (7), which transmits its torque via a toothing (6) on the carriage.
A detent shown in the main claim prevents the independent rotation of the adjusting ring and thus the change in the circumference.
