Abstract

Four clamping bows (1-4) are hinged to one another in pairs by means of a hinge element (5). The ends, lying opposite the hinge element (5), of the clamping bows (1-4) can be clamped together by means of a quick-acting closure (6). Two clamping bows (1, 2 and 3, 4) in each case form together a clamping ring, which is closed in the working position, the rings engaging behind the flanges of the vessels to be clamped. Using a holding rod (7) the clamp can be fastened in a corresponding holding device. <IMAGE>

   Zum Gebrauch wird die Spannklammer zuerst geöffnet (Fig. 3) und die Distanz zwischen den beiden Spannbögen je eines Paares auf die Abmessung der Flanschen der zu verbindenden Gefässe eingestellt. Dann wird die Spannklammer um die   Gefässflanschen    gelegt und mittels des Schnellverschlusses zunächst lose geschlossen und dann durch Drehen des Griffrades fest angezogen (Fig. 1). Zum Öffnen der Spannklammer wird umgekehrt verfahren.

PATENTANSPRÜCHE 1. Spannklammer, insbesondere für Reaktionsgefässe, mit zwei zueinander parallelen, aus je zwei halbkreisförmigen Spannbögen bestehenden, öffen- bzw. schliessbaren Spannringen, deren gegenseitiger Abstand verstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbögen paarweise an ihrem einen Ende gelenkig und an ihrem anderen Ende mittels eines Schnellverschlusses miteinander verbunden sind.
