Claims (15)
- Elektrischer Winkelstecker mit einem ersten (7) und einem zweiten zylindrischen Hohlkörper (6), die aneinander befestigt sind und einen Winkel bilden, wobei ein Ende (2) des ersten Körpers (7), das von einem Deckel (3) verschlossen wird, in einem Ende (1) des zweiten Körpers (6) so angeordnet ist, dass ein durchgehender Durchgang zwischen den freien Enden (8, 12) der beiden Körper (6, 7) definiert wird, wobei der erste Körper (7) einen entfernbaren Kontaktblock (5, 11) aufweist; wobei der elektrische Stecker dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass er außerdem einen koaxialen zylindrischen Käfig (4) aufweist, der so im ersten Körper (7) angeordnet ist, dass er den entfernbaren Kontaktblock (5, 11) in Stellung hält, wobei der Käfig (4) außerdem eine Aussparung (23) aufweist, die auf seiner Längswand ausgebildet ist, deren Länge kürzer ist als die Länge des zylindrischen Käfigs, und die auf der Seite des freien Endes (12) des zweiten zylindrischen Körpers (6) angeordnet ist.
- Elektrischer Stecker nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Aussparung (23) sich über etwa 180° um die Hauptachse des Käfigs (4) erstreckt.
- Elektrischer Stecker nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Aussparung (23) geringfügig kürzer ist als die Länge des Käfigs (4).
- Elektrischer Stecker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, der elastische Mittel (18, 21) aufweist, die zu dem Ende des Käfigs (4) hin, das sich auf der Seite des Deckels (3) befindet, oder zwischen dem Ende und dem Deckel (3) angeordnet sind, wobei die Mittel (18, 21) so ausgebildet sind, dass sie einen elastischen Kontakt zwischen dem Käfig (4) und dem Deckel (3) gewährleisten.
- Elektrischer Stecker nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Käfig (4) gemäß der Hauptachse des Käfigs (4) ein elastisch gemachtes Ende (14) aufweist.
- Elektrischer Stecker nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Ende (14) hohl und kegelförmig ist und radiale Schlitze (19) aufweist, die sich ausgehend von der Spitze des Kegels erstrecken.
- Elektrischer Stecker nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Ende (14) massiv ist und einen Schlitz (20) aufweist, der gemäß einer Ebene lotrecht zur Hauptachse des Käfigs (4) ausgebildet ist; wobei der Bereich des Käfigs (4) zwischen dem Schlitz (20) und dem Deckel (3) in etwa die Form einer Scheibe (21) hat, wobei die Scheibe (21) eine Ausstülpung (22) aufweist, die zur Außenseite des Käfigs (4) in Richtung des Deckels (3) gerichtet ist.
- Elektrischer Stecker nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Käfigs (4) geringfügig größer ist als der verfügbare Raum, was beim Verschließen des Verbinders durch den Deckel (3) zu einem Zusammendrücken des Käfigs (4) führt.
- Elektrischer Stecker nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel zwischen dem Ende und dem Deckel (3) angeordnet sind.
- Elektrischer Stecker nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel aus einem Bauteil aus Elastomermaterial bestehen, zum Beispiel einer Dichtung vom Typ O-Ring.
- Elektrischer Stecker nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel aus einer Feder bestehen.
- Elektrischer Stecker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (23) ausreichend große Abmessungen aufweist, um dem Käfig (4) eine Elastizität zu verleihen.
- Elektrischer Stecker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das im zweiten Körper (6) angeordnete Ende des ersten Körpers (7) von einer Dichtung (16) vom Typ O-Ring umgeben ist.
- Elektrischer Stecker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, der eine Dichtung vom Typ O-Ring (17) aufweist, die sich zwischen dem ersten Körper (7) und dem zweiten Körper (6) befindet, wobei die Dichtung (17) im Inneren des zweiten Körpers (6) so angeordnet ist, dass sie ebenfalls einen optimalen elektrischen Kontakt zwischen den Körpern (6, 7) gewährleistet.
- Zylindrischer Käfig (4) für einen elektrischer Winkelstecker, wie er im Anspruch 1 definiert ist, wobei der Käfig (4) ausgelegt ist, um im ersten Körper (7) eines Winkelsteckers so angeordnet zu werden, dass er den entfernbaren Kontaktblock (5, 11) des Winkelsteckers in Stellung hält; wobei der Käfig (4) außerdem eine Aussparung (23) aufweist, die auf seiner Längswand ausgebildet ist, deren Länge kürzer ist als die Länge des zylindrischen Käfigs, und die ausgelegt ist, um auf der Seite des freien Endes (12) des zweiten zylindrischen Körpers (6) des Winkelsteckers angeordnet zu werden.
