Claims (13)
- Spinnvorrichtung, die vorgesehen ist, insbesondere aus Glas bestehende Filamente abzugeben und welche eine Spinndüse (13) umfasst, ab welcher die Filamente gezogen werden und welche von mindestens einem elektrischen Versorgungssystem beheizt wird, das wenigstens einen elektrischen Anschluss (6, 7, 8), eine elektrische Stromschiene (9) sowie mindestens eine elektrische Anschlusseinrichtung (3), die einen elektrischen Anschluss (6, 7, 8) mit der elektrischen Stromschiene (9) verbindet, umfasst, wobei die Einrichtung (3) einen mit dem elektrischen Anschluss verbundenen Anschlussschuh (4) umfasst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Anschlusseinrichtung (3) auch ein elektrisches Verbindungsstück (5) enthält, das keine Schutzhülle hat und von einem flexiblen Körper (50), der in der Lage ist, sich zu verformen, einem Ende (51), das an den Schuh (4) angeschlossen ist, und einem gegenüberliegenden freien Ende (52), das an die Stromschiene (9) angeschlossen ist, gebildet wird, wobei der Anschluss (6, 7, 8) einen Verbindungsteil (61) enthält, der mit dem Anschlussstück (4) zusammenwirkt, und die Stromschiene (9) eine Kontaktfläche (90) umfasst, an welche das freie Ende (52) des Verbindungsstücks (5) angesetzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Körper (50) des Verbindungsstücks (5) von einem Verbund aus übereinander geschichteten Blechen gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Körper (50) des Verbindungsstücks (5) von einer Litze gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (5) aus Kupfer und/oder Aluminium besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (5) mit einer Oxidationsschutzbeschichtung überzogen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende (51) des Verbindungsstücks, das mit dem Schuh (4) verbunden ist, an diesem durch ein mechanisches Haltemittel (53) wie eine Lötverbindung oder Verschraubung befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende (52) des Verbindungsstücks, das dem mit dem Schuh (4) verbundenen (51) gegenüberliegt, von einem starren Anschlussbereich gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigung der Anschlusseinrichtung (3) an dem Anschluss durch Verschrauben des Teils (61) mit dem Anschlussschuh (4) und die Befestigung der Anschlusseinrichtung (3) an der Stromschiene (9) durch gegenseitig zusammenwirkende Befestigungsmittel (54, 91) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegenseitig zusammenwirkenden Befestigungsmittel (54, 91) aus vorstehenden Elementen und Öffnungen bestehen, welche dafür vorgesehen sind, dass in sie die vorstehenden Elemente eingreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegenseitig zusammenwirkenden Befestigungsmittel (54, 91) geeignet sind, die Positionierung des Anschlusses des freien Endes (52) des elektrischen Verbindungsstücks (5) an die Stromschiene (9) unabhängig von der Lage der Anschlüsse der Spinndüse einzustellen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stromschiene (9) eine derart geeignete Geometrie aufweist, dass über ihre Kontaktfläche (90) mehrere freie Enden (52) von jeweiligen Anschlusseinrichtungen (3), die jeweils mit einer Vielzahl von Anschlüssen (6, 7, 8) verbunden sind, in Berührung gebracht werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Verbindungsteil (61) eines Anschlusses (6, 7, 8) in einem Schlitz (43) des Anschlussschuhs (4) befindet, wobei der Teil (61) eine Aussparung (62) enthält, durch welche eine Befestigungsschraube (44) geht und deren Form angepasst ist, um die Befestigungsposition einstellen zu können.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschluss oder die Anschlüsse (6, 7, 8) eines elektrischen Versorgungssystems mit einer Seitenwand (13a) der Spinndüse (13) fest verbunden sind, während die Stromschiene (9) des elektrischen Versorgungssystems an einer Wand (P), die den Vorrichtungsbereich der Spinndüse begrenzt, befestigt ist.
