Definitions
- the invention relates to a fire protection door leaf having a door leaf frame construction and a glazing inserted therein.
- the invention relates to a system and a method for producing such fire protection door leaves and provided with such a fire door leaf fire door.
- Fire doors are part of the fire protection, the provision of which is often prescribed by building regulations, especially in public buildings. Fire protection closures are standardized in Germany and in Europe, inter alia, by DIN 4102 and EN 1634. They require a construction supervisory approval. In order to obtain such approval, fire door designs are being tested in a fire test. Depending on whether the doors withstand at least 15, 30, 60 or 90 minutes of one-sided fire under DIN conditions (DIN 4102 Part 5), they are referred to as T15, T30, T60 or T90 fire doors.
- a specific type of fire doors in the form of sheet steel doors are standardized by the DIN 18082. For steel sheet doors that are manufactured according to this standard, you do not need to carry out a separate fire test. These DIN sheet steel doors are characterized by a particularly cost-effective manufacturing process.
- the door leaves of these fire barriers according to DIN 18082 are formed from a box plate and a cover plate, which enclose a cavity filled with insulating material.
- the fire door leaves according to DIN 18082 are produced in various thicknesses in industrial mass production depending on other requirements.
- the fire protection door leaf comprises a door leaf frame construction with a door leaf cutout and two panes formed as fire protection panes. In order to obtain a flush surface between the door leaf frame construction and the panes, spacers are interposed between the panes. In addition, a sealing material made of rubber is inserted between the panes and the door leaf cutout. To fix the discs in the door leaf cutout they are glued by means of an adhesive.
- a fire-retardant door having a corresponding fire-retardant door leaf with glazing incorporated therein used in elevator construction.
- the door leaf has a cover plate and a box plate, wherein the two sheets are connected to each other for fixing by means of U-shaped sheet metal webs.
- the glazing comprises two wire mirrors, which are not designed as fire-protection panes and which are inserted flush with the door panels, wherein the glasses are held in place by webs. Between the two glasses runs for the purpose of fire protection, a perforated plate, which is connected to the webs. The task of the perforated plate in case of fire is to prevent an advance of the fire.
- a fire door in the form of a sheet metal door leaf frame construction with window and glazing out.
- the fire door comprises a cover plate and a box plate.
- the glazing has only a single fire screen that is substantially thinner than the thickness of the sheet metal door leaf frame construction.
- the glazing is fixed by means of a profile on the door leaf frame construction. The glazing is inserted into the cutout such that a shoulder exists between a surface of the door leaf frame structure and a surface of the glazing.
- the object of the invention is to provide a glazed fire door with the features of the preamble of claim 1, which can be made more easily industrially.
- the glazing in the case of a fire protection door leaf with a door leaf frame construction and a glazing inserted therein, has at least one fire protection pane and one further pane.
- These two discs are spaced apart by a spacer means, that they are approximately flush with the broad side surfaces of the door leaf frame construction or that the respective opposite broad sides of the two panes are arranged at least in the vicinity of the broad side surfaces of the door leaf frame structures.
- This can be vitrified differently thick door leaf frame structures, each with a same pair of glass panes with the same, visually appealing broadside view. You have to provide only a suitable spacer device.
- the glass panes Even with different door panel thicknesses, the glass panes always close with the door leaf frame construction, so that despite the intended glazing, a uniform door leaf body is produced without any gradations on the door leaf wide surfaces or at least without visually particularly striking gradations on these wide surfaces.
- a measure of about 5 mm for a step is still to be regarded as visually hardly noticeable and thus still substantially flush. But it also depends on the overall relative dimensions; For small thin, smooth door leaves, smaller gradations will be more noticeable than for thick, thick door leaves with structured surfaces. More generally, the invention aims at a substantially constant visual impression of the broadside surfaces also of different thickness glazed fire doors.
- the invention is particularly suitable for the glazing of fire protection steel sheet doors manufactured according to DIN 18082 with box panel and cover sheet.
- the door leaf frame construction is preferably formed by a sheet metal fire protection door leaf construction. This further preferably has a box plate and a cover plate and a filling therebetween. The Box sheet and the cover plate then form the respective broad sides of the door leaf frame construction.
- To produce this door leaf can be z.
- corresponding fire doors according to DIN 18082 produce and then cut out to form a glazing cutout center and stiffen the thus cut door leaf body by means of the spacer device and then insert the two panes.
- a fire protection pane When glazing only a fire protection pane is preferably used, so that the overall construction is inexpensive.
- Such fire protection panels are available on the market as F15 discs, F-30 discs or also with correspondingly higher fire protection requirements. They consist of several layers of transparent material, especially glass, with usually clear fire-resistant cooling materials in between. Since in the glazing according to the invention a further pane is used, the fire protection door leaf according to the invention can also fulfill an overall higher fire protection classification in one embodiment with a fire protection pane with a lower fire classification. For example, you can make a T30 door leaf when using a F15 disc.
- this additional disc does not fulfill a fire protection function. It is preferable to perform this only as so-called G-glass.
- Preferred materials for this purpose are simple float glass, or more preferably safety glass, such as toughened safety glass (ESG), laminated safety glass (VSG), etc.
- ESG toughened safety glass
- VSG laminated safety glass
- insulating glass or toughened glass or other tempered glass can also be used.
- ornamental glasses which give the door a correspondingly higher-quality appearance or reduce the transparency while still allowing light through, can be used. The invention thus makes it possible to To meet very different visual impressions of the glazing and very different functions of the glazing without great fire protection effort, simply by using a corresponding functional glass for the other disc.
- the spacer device preferably has a spacer strip arranged between the panes of a fire protection material.
- the spacer device especially when using a sheet metal frame construction to stiffen the door leaf frame construction, which is mechanically weakened by the window opening relative to the original DIN door leaves accordingly.
- the use of corresponding stiffening elements in or on the spacer means between the broad sides forming sheets is preferred.
- the spacer strip consists of a fire-resistant cooling fire protection material, such partial stiffeners can be used without adverse effects for the fire protection function of the door leaf.
- the thermal bridges formed by extending in the direction of thickness metal bridges could otherwise direct the hot temperature in the event of fire through the thickness of the door leaf.
- the fire protection material of the cover strip gives off, for example, moisture whose evaporation contributes to the cooling of the metal bridges in case of fire. Or it generally has a material that changes its state of aggregation in case of fire, wherein the energy required for the state change of the penetrating fire heat is withdrawn. This keeps the side away from the fire cooler.
- the fire protection conditions which according to the relevant standards also provide certain temperature limits on the side facing away from the fire, can be met.
- the spacer device Since it is possible to see through the two panes the part of the spacer device arranged between the panes, it is preferably designed as a spacer strip (and not interrupted, for example, in the form of spacer blocks). At least the visible surface the spacer strip is more preferably optically tempered. For this purpose, it is clad, for example, with a panel or veneered. Or it is coated or painted with a visually appealing material.
- the spacer device In order to keep the panes in place, the spacer device according to the invention has a profile strip device comprising the panes on the outside.
- the profile strip device further preferably has a profile strip for stiffening the door leaf frame construction.
- the profile strip device preferably has two legs for gripping around the outer surface of the two panes, which are spaced apart by means of a spacer which is joined between them, preferably the spacer strip mentioned above.
- the distance between the legs further preferably corresponds substantially to the thickness of the door leaf frame construction.
- the profile strip device preferably has a web between the legs.
- the web is preferably formed as part of a profile of a profile strip.
- the profile strip is preferably formed of metal and further preferably formed of sheet steel, which, for. B. in a profiling machine, has been correspondingly cold formed.
- the bridge can be broken through with through holes.
- the passage openings are preferably transverse to the thickness direction elongated slots extending the door leaf formed, which reduces the temperature contributing to the cross-sectional area without affecting the rigidity over charge.
- the latter is further preferably provided on at least one side with a fire protection material which cools in the event of fire. This may be, for example, the fire protection material of the spacer.
- a fire protection material which cools in the event of fire.
- the bridge can also be provided on its entire extent in the thickness direction on one side or on both sides with fire protection material.
- the web is formed of a poorly heat-conductive material.
- the profile strip device is preferably constructed of a plurality of interconnectable parts, wherein a first part has a first of the legs and a second part of the second leg.
- the parts are preferably releasably connected to each other, for example screwed together.
- a Z-profile strip is preferably used as a stiffening profile strip.
- the Z-profile strip preferably forms the first of the several parts of the profile strip device and thus has the first of the outside of the discs detecting thighs.
- the second leg is then preferably formed by a substantially flat bar formed.
- the flat strip further preferably has a plurality of projections. These can, for example, engage in correspondingly notched recesses on a profile flange of the Z-profile which protrudes on the side opposite the first leg and are detachably fastened there.
- a cover strip For covering the spacer means and / or joints, which are formed between the broad sides of the door leaf frame construction and the outside broad sides of the glazing, a cover strip, more preferably at least one cover strip per glazing edge region is preferably provided.
- the cover strip (s) is / are more preferably invisibly attached from the outside. This can be done by clipping or sticking.
- a Aufklippsen could be realized by means provided on the back of the cover strip projections which engage behind openings on the door panels or the like.
- the invention also provides a system for producing a glazed fire door with one of several possible thicknesses and substantially flush glazing.
- the system according to the invention provides an assortment of differently thicker door leaf frame constructions and an assortment of spacer devices corresponding to the thickness of the door leaf frame constructions in accordance with the invention. It then suffices to provide or to provide two panes of translucent material which are at least partially designed in fire protection design and which can be used in all door leaf frame constructions of different thicknesses.
- the door leaves with different thicknesses can be made, for example, on parallel production lines, more or less parallel or simultaneously and cut out in one or more subsequent glazing station (s) and glazed by means of the spacer means.
- a production line is first used to make a door leaf frame structure having a first thickness and then glazing this door leaf frame construction of the first thickness. If a different door leaf thickness is then to be produced, the production line is set up accordingly, in which case, after the manufacture of the door leaf frame construction with the second thickness, glazing takes place. The steps can therefore take place simultaneously or sequentially for different thicknesses.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a fire protection door leaf having a door leaf frame construction and a glazing inserted therein. In addition, the invention relates to a system and a method for producing such fire protection door leaves and provided with such a fire door leaf fire door.
Fire doors are part of the fire protection, the provision of which is often prescribed by building regulations, especially in public buildings. A specific type of fire doors in the form of sheet steel doors are standardized by the DIN 18082. For steel sheet doors that are manufactured according to this standard, you do not need to carry out a separate fire test. These DIN sheet steel doors are characterized by a particularly cost-effective manufacturing process. The door leaves of these fire barriers according to DIN 18082 are formed from a box plate and a cover plate, which enclose a cavity filled with insulating material.
There are also fireproof glazings and glazed fire doors on the market. The door leaves of such glazed fire doors have a door leaf frame and held therein a fire panel as a door leaf filling. Such glazed fire doors require a separate approval. The known glazed fire doors are usually built very expensive and optically high quality and correspondingly expensive.
While the aforementioned relatively inexpensive DIN sheet steel doors are usually used in functional areas, such as basements or production rooms of commercial enterprises, glazed fire doors usually find in higher quality objects such. As office or hotel buildings use.
In particular, the fire door leaves according to DIN 18082 are produced in various thicknesses in industrial mass production depending on other requirements.

The object of the invention is to provide a glazed fire door with the features of the preamble of claim 1, which can be made more easily industrially.
This object is achieved by a fire door with the features of appended claim 1.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims.
According to the invention, in the case of a fire protection door leaf with a door leaf frame construction and a glazing inserted therein, the glazing has at least one fire protection pane and one further pane. These two discs are spaced apart by a spacer means, that they are approximately flush with the broad side surfaces of the door leaf frame construction or that the respective opposite broad sides of the two panes are arranged at least in the vicinity of the broad side surfaces of the door leaf frame structures. This can be vitrified differently thick door leaf frame structures, each with a same pair of glass panes with the same, visually appealing broadside view. You have to provide only a suitable spacer device. Even with different door panel thicknesses, the glass panes always close with the door leaf frame construction, so that despite the intended glazing, a uniform door leaf body is produced without any gradations on the door leaf wide surfaces or at least without visually particularly striking gradations on these wide surfaces. A measure of about 5 mm for a step is still to be regarded as visually hardly noticeable and thus still substantially flush.
The invention is particularly suitable for the glazing of fire protection steel sheet doors manufactured according to DIN 18082 with box panel and cover sheet. By applying the invention for glazing such door leaves produced according to DIN, a particularly cost-effective fire-resistant door leaf is created with visually appealing glazing. Thus, the door leaf frame construction is preferably formed by a sheet metal fire protection door leaf construction. This further preferably has a box plate and a cover plate and a filling therebetween. The Box sheet and the cover plate then form the respective broad sides of the door leaf frame construction. To produce this door leaf can be z. B. corresponding fire doors according to DIN 18082 produce and then cut out to form a glazing cutout center and stiffen the thus cut door leaf body by means of the spacer device and then insert the two panes. Alternatively, it would be possible to connect a correspondingly cut-out box plate and cover plate, possibly with insertion of the spacer device, to the door leaf frame construction.
When glazing only a fire protection pane is preferably used, so that the overall construction is inexpensive. Such fire protection panels are available on the market as F15 discs, F-30 discs or also with correspondingly higher fire protection requirements.
Accordingly, this additional disc does not fulfill a fire protection function. It is preferable to perform this only as so-called G-glass. Preferred materials for this purpose are simple float glass, or more preferably safety glass, such as toughened safety glass (ESG), laminated safety glass (VSG), etc. Depending on requirements, insulating glass or toughened glass or other tempered glass can also be used. Even ornamental glasses, which give the door a correspondingly higher-quality appearance or reduce the transparency while still allowing light through, can be used. The invention thus makes it possible to To meet very different visual impressions of the glazing and very different functions of the glazing without great fire protection effort, simply by using a corresponding functional glass for the other disc.
The spacer device preferably has a spacer strip arranged between the panes of a fire protection material. Preferably, the spacer device - especially when using a sheet metal frame construction to stiffen the door leaf frame construction, which is mechanically weakened by the window opening relative to the original DIN door leaves accordingly. Accordingly, the use of corresponding stiffening elements in or on the spacer means between the broad sides forming sheets is preferred. Now, if the spacer strip consists of a fire-resistant cooling fire protection material, such partial stiffeners can be used without adverse effects for the fire protection function of the door leaf. The thermal bridges formed by extending in the direction of thickness metal bridges could otherwise direct the hot temperature in the event of fire through the thickness of the door leaf. The fire protection material of the cover strip gives off, for example, moisture whose evaporation contributes to the cooling of the metal bridges in case of fire. Or it generally has a material that changes its state of aggregation in case of fire, wherein the energy required for the state change of the penetrating fire heat is withdrawn. This keeps the side away from the fire cooler. Thus, the fire protection conditions, which according to the relevant standards also provide certain temperature limits on the side facing away from the fire, can be met.
Since it is possible to see through the two panes the part of the spacer device arranged between the panes, it is preferably designed as a spacer strip (and not interrupted, for example, in the form of spacer blocks). At least the visible surface the spacer strip is more preferably optically tempered. For this purpose, it is clad, for example, with a panel or veneered. Or it is coated or painted with a visually appealing material.
- Aufrechterhalten eines Abstandes zwischen den Scheiben und damit Anpassen der Verglasung an die Dicke der Türblatt-Rahmenkonstruktion;
- Versteifen der Türblatt-Rahmenkonstruktion;
- Einfassen und Halten der Glasscheiben nach Art einer Glasleiste.
- Maintaining a spacing between the panes and thereby adjusting the glazing to the thickness of the door leaf frame construction;
- Stiffening the door leaf frame construction;
- Enclose and hold the glass panes in the manner of a glass strip.
In order to keep the panes in place, the spacer device according to the invention has a profile strip device comprising the panes on the outside.
The profile strip device further preferably has a profile strip for stiffening the door leaf frame construction. In order to fulfill the glazing bar function, the profile strip device preferably has two legs for gripping around the outer surface of the two panes, which are spaced apart by means of a spacer which is joined between them, preferably the spacer strip mentioned above. The distance between the legs further preferably corresponds substantially to the thickness of the door leaf frame construction. To determine the leg distance, the profile strip device preferably has a web between the legs. The web is preferably formed as part of a profile of a profile strip. The profile strip is preferably formed of metal and further preferably formed of sheet steel, which, for. B. in a profiling machine, has been correspondingly cold formed. In order to minimize the heat conducted through the bridge in case of fire, the bridge can be broken through with through holes. The passage openings are preferably transverse to the thickness direction elongated slots extending the door leaf formed, which reduces the temperature contributing to the cross-sectional area without affecting the rigidity over charge. To further minimize the heat provided by the bridge in the event of fire, the latter is further preferably provided on at least one side with a fire protection material which cools in the event of fire. This may be, for example, the fire protection material of the spacer. There are also fire protection panels that emit moisture in the event of fire at their faces and thus also contribute to its cooling when it rests on the bridge. The bridge can also be provided on its entire extent in the thickness direction on one side or on both sides with fire protection material. Alternatively, but currently less preferred, because more expensive and expensive in the design and manufacture, the web is formed of a poorly heat-conductive material.
To facilitate the insertion or replacement of the discs, the profile strip device is preferably constructed of a plurality of interconnectable parts, wherein a first part has a first of the legs and a second part of the second leg. The parts are preferably releasably connected to each other, for example screwed together.
As a stiffening profile strip a Z-profile strip is preferably used. Such a shape can be easily profiled from steel sheet. The Z-profile strip preferably forms the first of the several parts of the profile strip device and thus has the first of the outside of the discs detecting thighs. The second leg is then preferably formed by a substantially flat bar formed. For screwing the flat strip to the Z-profile strip, the flat strip further preferably has a plurality of projections. These can, for example, engage in correspondingly notched recesses on a profile flange of the Z-profile which protrudes on the side opposite the first leg and are detachably fastened there.
For covering the spacer means and / or joints, which are formed between the broad sides of the door leaf frame construction and the outside broad sides of the glazing, a cover strip, more preferably at least one cover strip per glazing edge region is preferably provided. The cover strip (s) is / are more preferably invisibly attached from the outside. This can be done by clipping or sticking. A Aufklippsen could be realized by means provided on the back of the cover strip projections which engage behind openings on the door panels or the like.
The invention also provides a system for producing a glazed fire door with one of several possible thicknesses and substantially flush glazing. For the production of such door leaves, the system according to the invention provides an assortment of differently thicker door leaf frame constructions and an assortment of spacer devices corresponding to the thickness of the door leaf frame constructions in accordance with the invention. It then suffices to provide or to provide two panes of translucent material which are at least partially designed in fire protection design and which can be used in all door leaf frame constructions of different thicknesses.
With the fire protection door leaf according to the invention, it is possible to construct a fire protection door which withstands one-sided fire exposure for at least 15, preferably at least 30 minutes.
- Producing the door leaf frame constructions in different thicknesses,
- Providing the appropriate to the thicknesses of the door leaf frame structures spacer means in inventive design and
- flush mounting each of a same pair of glass sheets by means of the appropriate spacers in the different thickness door leaf frame constructions.
The door leaves with different thicknesses can be made, for example, on parallel production lines, more or less parallel or simultaneously and cut out in one or more subsequent glazing station (s) and glazed by means of the spacer means. Alternatively, a production line is first used to make a door leaf frame structure having a first thickness and then glazing this door leaf frame construction of the first thickness. If a different door leaf thickness is then to be produced, the production line is set up accordingly, in which case, after the manufacture of the door leaf frame construction with the second thickness, glazing takes place. The steps can therefore take place simultaneously or sequentially for different thicknesses.

The door

Corresponding, not shown here fire doors without glazing are often in the illustrated manner with the different thicknesses a, b, c produced.
The
For each of the possible thicknesses a, b, c there is a correspondingly formed spacer device 17 (not explicitly shown), which holds the
The

As a fire protection material for the

First, a solid material door leaf having a certain thickness a is provided. Then, the

Broad side surfaces 22, 23 of the door
