Claims (10)
- Applikationskopf (1) zur Abgabe eines Applikationsmediums, insbesondere zur Erzeugung einer Flüssigfolie, mita) einem Materialanschluss (15) zur Zuführung des Applikationsmediums,b) einer Austrittsöffnung (24) zur Abgabe des Applikationsmediums sowiec) einer Kammer (17, 21), in die der Materialanschluss (15) einmündet und aus der die Austrittsöffnung (24) ausmündet,
gekennzeichnet durchd) mehrere Austrittsöffnungen (24), die zur flächigen Abgabe des Applikationsmediums aus der Kammer (17, 21) ausmünden. - Applikationskopf (1) nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen modularen Aufbau aus mehreren Modulen (2-5).
- Applikationskopf (1) nach Anspruch 2, gdadurch gkennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Module (2-5) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
- Applikationskopf (1) nach einem Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnungen (24) in einem lösbar montierten und auswechselbaren Modul (5) angeordnet sind.
- Applikationskopf (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Materialanschluss (15) und der Austrittsöffnung (24) mehrere Kammern (17, 21) und/oder mehrere Module (2-5) in Strömungsrichtung hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Applikationskopf (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Module (2, 3) jeweils eine der Kammern bilden oder enthalten.
- Applikationskopf (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Module (2-5) jeweils plattenförmig sind.
- Applikationskopf (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnungen (24) einen unterschiedlichen Durchgangsquerschnitt aufweisen.
- Applikationseinrichtung, insbesondere Applikationsroboter, mit einem Applikationskopf (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Verwendung eines Applikationskopfs (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 zur Erzeugung einer Flüssigfolie.
