Claims (8)

  1. Machine pour préparer des crèmes, du type des machines qui réalisent automatiquement un dosage précis du contenu de diverses cartouches, comprenant un batteur (10) ayant un bras de batteur (14), un bras de centrage (11), un ensemble double de tambours rotatifs (12) pour monter les cartouches, un ensemble double de broches (8) pour presser sur les cartouches, des pinces (9) pour fermer les buses des cartouches, un moniteur (1) et un clavier (2), caractérisée en ce que la machine est pourvue d'une imprimante d'étiquettes adhésives (3), une imprimante de cartes (4), un ensemble de cartes d'entrée, de sortie et de télécommande (5), une unité de commande (6) au moyen d'un contrôle logique programmable ou un microprocesseur, dans laquelle pour une commande et un pilotage amélioré de la machine, chaque broche est pourvue d'un codeur (8.8) et un ensemble double de capteurs à effet de Hall, un pour la position inférieure et un pour la position supérieure, le bras de centrage est pourvu de trois capteurs à effet de Hall, chaque tambour rotatif est pourvu d'un codeur et un capteur de position à effet de Hall de position zéro, chacun des actionneurs (14) de pinces a deux capteurs à effet de Hall pour savoir si les pinces sont ouvertes ou fermées, le batteur est pourvu d'un codeur (10.2) et le bras de batteur est pourvu de deux capteurs à effet de Hall.
  2. Machine pour préparer des crèmes, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque pince (9) a deux bras (9.1) articulés sur une fourche (5.2) qui est connectée à la plaque inférieure de chaque tambour rotatif (12) par une plaque de support (9.4). Ces pinces (9) sont maintenues dans la position fermée par l'action d'un ressort (9.5) maintenu à l'extrémité de chacun des bras de la pince par un reteneur (9.6). Dans l'espace entre les deux bras (9.1) de la pince (9) est logée une came (9.3) qui est à la verticale dans la position fermée de la pince. À son autre extrémité la came (9.3) est connectée à une tête motrice de came (9.7). La pince (9) est ouverte et fermée par la tête motrice (9.7) par l'intermédiaire d'un actionneur (14) (figure 7).
  3. Machine pour préparer des crèmes, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la broche (8) a un motoréducteur (8.1) disposé sur un support (8.2) dont la position est connue par un codeur (8.8). À l'extrémité du motoréducteur (8.1) se trouve une pièce d'accouplement (8.2) entre le motoréducteur (8.1) et la broche (8.4). Sur cette broche (8.4) se déplace une bague coulissante (8.7) à l'intérieur d'un tube poussoir (8.6) supporté par un support (8.7).
  4. Machine pour préparer des crèmes, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le batteur (10) a un motoréducteur (10.1) disposé sur un support, commandé à l'aide d'un codeur (10.2). À l'extrémité du motoréducteur (10.1) se trouve une pièce d'accouplement (10.3) à l'arbre de batteur, qui à son tour est connecté à un ensemble d'engrenages (.10.4) et (10.5). À l'extrémité de ceux-ci se trouve une pièce (10.6) pour supporter la spatule, de manière que cette pièce ait une double rotation ; autour d'elle-même et autour du centre. La pièce de support est située à l'intérieur d'une cloche de centrage (10.7).
  5. Machine pour préparer des crèmes, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bras de centrage de bol (11) a une plaque principale (11.1) unie à une autre plaque (11.2), à l'extrémité de laquelle est mis en place l'anneau de bras (11.3) et sur celui-ci l'anneau de centrage (11.4). Ce bras de centrage (11) est entraîné par un moteur (11.6) monté sur un support (11.5) et uni à la plaque (11.1) par un arbre d'embrayage (11.6) pourvu d'un ressort (11.7). Pour coopérer au positionnement dudit bras de centrage, trois capteurs à effet de Hall sont disposés et utilisés pour positionner le bras de centrage (11) soit au centre, pour battre, soit sous chaque tambour rotatif (12).
  6. Machine pour préparer des crèmes, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le tambour rotatif (12) a un arbre principal (12.1) sur lequel est disposé un support intérieur de cartouches (12.2), une plaque de support extérieur de cartouches (12.3) et finalement une plaque de positionnement de cartouches (12.4). Entre les plaques (12.4) et (12.5) est mis en place un nombre de séparateurs (12.5). Les tambours (12) sont entraînés par un moteur (12.8), supportés par un support (12.6), et par un engrenage (12.7) transmettant le mouvement à la plaque de tambour. Le moteur (12.8) est commandé par l'action d'un codeur (12.9).
  7. Machine pour préparer des crèmes, selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'un actionneur (14) est disposé sur les tambours rotatifs, chargé d'agir sur les pinces (9), cet actionneur étant pourvu d'un motoréducteur (14.1) disposé sur un support (14). Connectée à ce motoréducteur se trouve une fourche (14.3) qui fait tourner la tête (9.7) des pinces (9). Cet actionneur fonctionne à l'aide de deux capteurs à effet de Hall (14.4) qui indiquent la position ouverte ou fermée des pinces (9).
  8. Machine pour préparer des crèmes, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble du bras de batteur (13), qui comprend une plaque supérieure (13.1) et une plaque inférieure (13.2) sur laquelle se trouve une broche (13.3) qui au moyen de la pièce (13.6) lève et baisse le bras. La broche (13.3) est tournée par un moteur (13.5) maintenu par la pièce (13.4). Le mouvement du bras de batteur (13) est limité par l'action de deux capteurs à effets de Hall.
