Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a busbar arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a busbar arrangement is known from the generic DE 201 05 501 U1.
  • a metallic busbar is arranged in an insulating material, which in a row after another initially has some screw connections for conductors and then a plurality of clamping spring connections, so that conductors of various types and diameters of the most diverse diameter can be attached to a single busbar in a simple manner.
  • this structural design is given a very slim design that can be used even in confined spaces.
  • the advantageous series arrangement of the screw and clamping spring connections an individual adaptation to the requirements.
  • GB-A-2 230 389 A shows a connecting device for conductors which has compression spring connections for clamping the conductor ends.
  • the invention provides a busbar assembly having a housing assembly consisting of an insulating material, in which a busbar assembly is arranged, wherein in the busbar in the U-shaped portion of a bar is inserted, which is designed such that it the interior of the busbar (in u -shaped area) divided into clamping chambers, each clamping spring terminal is associated with one of the clamping chambers. Due to the structurally simple and inexpensive realized subdivision into defined terminal chambers a particularly secure connection of the clamping spring terminals is also possible with very thin conductors.
  • the clamping spring terminals are designed as tool-free connectable and detachable with a tool direct plug-in connections.
  • the subdivision into the clamping chambers is realized in a simple manner in that the strip is provided on at least one of its longitudinal outer sides with a plurality of wall sections which laterally delimit the clamping chambers, wherein the distance of the wall sections corresponds to the spacing grid of the clamping spring connections and wherein the wall sections are formed and are arranged, that in each of the clamping chambers each one of the clamping springs is received and fixed.
  • the strip is formed in its region between the wall sections such that they provide a clamping for the clamping springs forms the opening stroke limiting stop, which further increases the reliability of the arrangement in a simple manner.
  • the contour of the strip is particularly advantageously formed and aligned at least in the region of the clamping chambers corresponding to the contour of the clamping springs.
  • busbar arrangement which has a housing arrangement 1 consisting of an insulating material and a metallic busbar subassembly 2 arranged therein.
  • the housing assembly 1 has a cross-sectionally U-shaped base housing 3 and a latching and fixable therein from above cover 4 on.
  • the base housing 3 is provided on one of its longitudinal sides 5 with in-line Einfiihrö Stamm 6, 7 for (not shown here) conductor, of which he The larger diameter holes 6 for inserting conductors into the screw terminals 8 of the bus bar assembly 2 and the smaller diameter second openings 7 for inserting correspondingly thinner conductors into the clamping spring terminals 9 of the bus bar assembly 2 (FIG. 3).
  • each Einzhoukragen 12 are formed in the region of each insertion openings 6, 7 for the ladder, which protrude from the longitudinal side in the region of each insertion opening 6, 7 to the outside and thus facilitate the insertion of the conductor.
  • the cover 4 which is offset by 90 ° to the longitudinal side 5 with the insertion openings 6, 7 for the conductor, respectively corresponding, preferably funnel-like openings 10, 1 are formed, of which some first openings 10 for inserting a screwdriver for actuating the screw terminals and a few further openings 11 for insertion of an actuating tool for opening the clamping spring terminals 9 are used.
  • the cover 4 extends in the base housing 2 at least in the area of the funnel-like openings 10, 11 to the busbar assembly 2 and sets them in the base housing 3.
  • busbar assembly 2 The structure of the busbar assembly 2 is best understood from the interaction of FIGS. 3 to 5.
  • the busbar assembly initially consists of the actual busbar 13, the structure of which corresponds largely to the structure of the busbar of the generic state of the art here.
  • the screw terminals 8 and the clamping spring terminals 9 are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the busbar 13 with the aim that each of the lead entries of the screw and clamping spring terminals 8, 9 can be made from a single direction, as well as the actuators for Clamping screws 15 and clamping springs 20, for example. At an angle of 90 ° to the conductor entries.
  • the screw terminals 8 are again formed in the manner of the generic state of the art, s.h. the busbar is bent in this area in cross section to a simple 90 ° angle, each in each terminal cage 14 with clamping screw 15 of the screw 8 a contact tab 16 of the busbar 2 protrudes.
  • the power bus bar 13 again in turn has a U-shaped cross-section, wherein on the middle leg 16 of the U-shaped busbar respective openings 17 are formed for insertion of the conductors, which are aligned with the openings 6, 7 in the main body.
  • an insertion tongue 18 is bent out of the material of the busbar 2, which facilitates the insertion of the conductors.
  • longitudinal leg slots 19 are also formed, which serve to push through the tip of a screwdriver for actuating clamping springs 20, which are each associated with each nip or each terminal spring terminal 9.
  • Each breakthrough 17 is assigned one of the clamping springs 20 (FIG. 1, FIG. 5).
  • the clamping springs 20 are substantially L-shaped and lie in the U-shaped region of the busbar 13 (see in particular Fig. 1), wherein the longitudinal leg 21 of the clamping springs 20 is formed bent and the actual clamping leg or a spring tongue for pressing the conductor to the busbar 13 is formed.
  • the clamping spring terminals 9 of the busbar 13 are prism-shaped in the conductor connection area, in order to center and position the conductors automatically in the nip during connection.
  • a bar 22nd (Fig. 1, Fig. 4) used, which is here provided on both longitudinal outer sides 24 or at least on its the conductor to be inserted facing side with a plurality of wall portions 26 whose distance corresponds to the pitch of the clamping spring terminals 9 and which are formed and arranged such that the interior of the busbar in the u-shaped region or in the region of the clamping spring terminals 9 is subdivided into defined clamping chambers 23, in each of which one of the clamping springs 20 is received and fixed.
  • the clamping spring terminals 9 with the clamping springs 20 can optionally be connected without tools by inserting the ladder or with the aid of an actuating tool. The disconnection takes place with the aid of the actuating tool.
  • the strip 22 is formed in the region between the wall sections in such a way that it forms a defined suspension travel limit for the clamping springs 20, so that overstretching or damaging of the clamping springs 20, in particular when opening to remove the conductors, is avoided.
  • the contour of the strip 22 - which preferably consists of insulating material - is designed and aligned in such a way to the contour of the clamping springs 20 that it forms an optimal contact contour for the clamping spring 20 and from the insertion opening 6, 7 further tapered clamping chamber.
