Claims (9)
- Sammelschienenanordnung mita) einer aus einem Isolierstoff bestehenden Gehäuseanordnung (1), in der eine Sammelschienenbaugruppe (2) angeordnet ist, welche zumindest in einer Reihe hintereinander liegende Klemmfederanschlüsse (9) sowie vorzugsweise sich an die Klemmfederanschlüsse (9) in derselben Reihe anschließende Schraubanschlüsse (8) aufweist,b) wobei die Sammelschienenbaugruppe (2) eine Stromsammelschiene (13) aufweist, die im Bereich der Klemmfederanschlüsse (9) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt hat und die mit Durchbrüchen (17) zum Einführen von Leitern versehen ist, undc) wobei im Bereich jeden Durchbruchs (17) bzw. im Bereich jeden Klemmfederanschlusses (9) in der Sammelschiene (13) eine Klemmfedern (20) angeordnet ist,
gekennzeichnet durchd) eine in die u-förmige Stromsammelschiene (13) eingesetzte Leiste (22), die derart ausgestaltet ist, dass sie den Innenraum der Stromsammelschiene in Klemmkammern (23) unterteilt, wobei jedem Klemmfederanschluss (9) eine der Klemmkammern (23) zugeordnet ist. - Sammelschienenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (20) an wenigstens einer ihrer Längsaußenseiten (25) mit mehreren Wandabschnitten (26) versehen ist, welche die Klemmkammern (23) seitlich begrenzen.
- Sammelschienenanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Wandabschnitte (26) dem Abstandraster der Klemmfederanschlüsse (9) entspricht und dass die Wandabschnitte (26) derart ausgebildet und angeordnet
- sind, dass in jeder der Klemmkammern (23) jeweils eine der Klemmfedern 20 aufgenommen und fixiert ist.
- Sammelschienenanordnung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (22) in ihrem Bereich zwischen den Wandabschnitten (26) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie für die Klemmfedern (20) einen den Öffnungsweg begrenzenden Anschlag ausbildet.
- Sammelschienenanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontur der Leiste (20) zumindest im Bereich der Klemmkammern (23) korrespondierend zur Kontur der Klemmfedern (20) ausgebildet und ausgerichtet ist.
- Sammelschienenanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (20) derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Klemmkammern (23) jeweils eine sich von der Einführöffnung (6, 7) fort verjüngende Formgebung haben.
- Sammelschienenanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmfederanschlüsse (9) als werkzeuglos beschaltbare Direktsteckanschlüsse ausgebildet sind.
- Sammelschienenanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Deckel (4) im Grundgehäuse (3) bis zur Sammelschienenbaugruppe (2) erstreckt und diese in dem Grundgehäuse (3) festlegt.
