Selon l'invention, les organes de liaison (14) comportent, en outre, un dispositif de fixation à enclenchement et sont agencés de manière à permettre la mise en place et le retrait des bras (12) du bracelet sur la boîte (10) sans devoir utiliser un outil particulier. <IMAGE>

Description

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de l'horlogerie, et plus particulièrement aux montres-bracelet du type dit « marquise ». De telles montres comprennent une boíte et deux bras rigides montés sur la boíte au moyen d'une articulation. Elles sont généralement destinées aux dames, et se présentent sous forme de bijoux de fantaisie. Leur mise en place et leur retrait se font en écartant les bras et en glissant le poignet dans l'espace ainsi formé.
Le caractère fantaisie de telles montres peut être renforcé en permettant l'utilisation de bracelets interchangeables. La présente invention a pour but de permettre une telle interchangeabilité.
De manière connue, la montre comprend une boíte, un bracelet formé de deux bras rigides et des organes de liaison des bras à la boíte comportant une articulation. Elle est caractérisée en ce que les organes de liaison comportent, en outre, un dispositif de fixation à enclenchement, et sont agencés de manière à permettre la mise en place et le retrait des bras du bracelet sur la boíte sans devoir utiliser un outil particulier.
Avantageusement, la boíte comporte une coiffe amovible munie d'une découpe au travers de laquelle sont engagés les organes de liaison lorsque le bracelet est monté sur la boíte, de manière à retenir ainsi la coiffe sur la boíte.
Dans un mode de réalisation avantageux et simple, le dispositif de fixation comprend un organe femelle, un organe mâle destiné à être engagé dans l'organe femelle et un organe de verrouillage à enclenchement agencé pour maintenir l'organe mâle dans l'organe femelle. Les organes mâle et femelle sont solidaires l'un du bras, l'autre de la boíte.
L'organe mâle comprend un pied et l'organe femelle un logement destiné à recevoir ce pied et défini par une paroi munie d'un trou. L'organe de verrouillage comporte un doigt élastique destiné à être engagé de manière rétractable dans le trou que comporte la paroi du logement.
L'articulation est assurée par un arbre et un palier, l'un solidaire de la boíte, l'autre du bracelet, tournant l'un par rapport à l'autre autour d'un axe orienté selon une direction parallèle à la direction d'engagement de l'organe mâle dans l'organe femelle.
La montre selon l'invention peut comporter, en outre, un organe de positionnement maintenant en place le bras lorsqu'il occupe une position correspondant aux conditions normales de porter.
D'autres avantages et caractéristiques de l'invention ressortiront de la description qui va suivre, faite en regard du dessin annexé, dans lequel :
  • La figure 1 est une vue latérale avec arraché d'une moitié de montre selon l'invention ;
  • La figure 2 est une vue éclatée de cette montre ; et
  • La figure 3 en illustre un détail.
La montre représentée au dessin comporte une boíte 10, deux bras rigides 12 et des organes de liaison 14 reliant chacun un bras 12 à la boíte 10.
La figure 2 montre en éclaté une partie de cette montre, alors que la figure 3 illustre, en coupe, la structure de l'organe de liaison 14 et la manière dont il coopère avec la boíte 10 et un des bras 12.
L'organe de liaison 14 comprend un pied de fixation 16 destiné à être engagé dans la boíte 10 par un mouvement de translation orienté selon un axe A-A et une articulation 18 reliant le pied de fixation 16 au bras 12 et permettant une rotation du bras 12 en référence à la boíte 10 autour de l'axe A-A. La boíte 10 comprend, à chacune de ses extrémités longitudinales, un logement 20 dont la forme est telle qu'il peut recevoir, ajusté librement, l'un des pieds de fixation 16.
La paroi du logement 20 attenante au bras du porteur est percée de part en part d'un trou 22 orienté selon un axe perpendiculaire à l'axe A-A et munie d'une cuvette 23 entourant le trou 22 (figure 3). Le pied 16 porte, logé dans un trou orienté perpendiculairement à l'axe A-A, un verrou 24 comprenant une douille 26, un ressort à boudin 28 disposé dans la douille 26 et un doigt cylindrique 30. Ce dernier comprend une extrémité libre 30a arrondie, une portion cylindrique 30b et une extrémité intérieure 30c qui se trouve dans la douille 26 et en appui contre le ressort 28. Le bord ouvert 26a de la douille 26 est rabattu et le doigt 30 comprend une portée 30d attenante à son extrémité intérieure 30c et agencée de manière à coopérer avec l'extrémité 26a pour former une butée maintenant le doigt 30 dans la douille 26.
La mise en place d'un bras 12 sur la boíte 10 se fait en glissant selon l'axe A-A le pied de fixation 16 à l'intérieur du logement 20, le doigt 30 étant escamoté pour qu'il ne gêne pas l'introduction. Lorsque le pied 16 est en place, le doigt 30 se trouve en regard du trou 22, y pénètre et le ressort 28 se détend. De la sorte, le pied 16, le logement 20 et le doigt 30 forment ensemble un dispositif de fixation à enclenchement qui assure le verrouillage du bras 12 sur la boíte 10, par engagement de la portion cylindrique 30b dans le trou 22.
Pour retirer le bras, il suffit de repousser le doigt 30, par exemple avec un ongle, ce qui est facile à cause de la cuvette 23, et de tirer sur le bras 12. L'extrémité 30a du doigt 30 coopère avec le bord intérieur du trou 22 de telle sorte qu'une traction sur le bras 12 tend à faire pénétrer le doigt 30 dans la douille 26. Le pied 16 peut ainsi glisser contre les parois du logement 20, le doigt 30 étant effacé et le ressort 28 compressé.
De la sorte, le remplacement du bracelet 12 peut être effectué sans qu'il soit nécessaire de disposer d'un outil particulier, autorisant ainsi un changement facile de l'aspect de la montre par l'utilisateur.
L'articulation 18 permet une rotation des bras 12 par rapport à la boíte 10, autour de l'axe A-A. Elle comporte un arbre cylindrique 32, solidaire et disposé dans le prolongement du pied 16, et un palier 34 destiné à être fixé au bras 12, par exemple au moyen d'une vis 36 (figure 3). L'arbre 32 est engagé libre en rotation dans le palier 34 et maintenu axialement au moyen d'une bague 38 chassée à son extrémité libre.
La boíte 10 et les bras 12 sont respectivement munis de doigts 40 et de trous borgnes 42 destinés à définir la position de repos du bras 12. Les trous 42 servent de logement aux doigts 40.
Un ressort à boudin 48 est intercalé entre la bague 38 et le palier 34, de telle sorte que l'arbre 32 peut être déplacé axialement, solidairement avec le pied 16 auquel il est attaché.
De la sorte, pour faire tourner un bras 12, il suffit d'exercer une traction selon l'axe A-A, les doigts 40 sortant des trous 42, puis de le tourner autour de cet axe. Les doigts 40 sont alors en appui contre la paroi de la boíte.
Pour fermer le bracelet, une rotation du bras 12 l'amène en position telle que les doigts 40 retombent dans les trous 42.
Il va de soi que la montre telle que décrite peut faire l'objet de nombreuses variantes sans pour autant sortir du cadre de l'invention. Il est ainsi possible d'utiliser une charnière classique, avec un axe de pivotement perpendiculaire à l'axe A-A, des ressorts assurant le maintien des bras en position fermée.
Le pied et le logement peuvent aussi être respectivement associés à la boíte et au bracelet. Il est également possible que, pour chaque liaison bras-boíte, la boíte et le bras comporte chacun un pied et un logement, le pied de l'un étant logé dans le logement de l'autre. On peut aussi utiliser une structure de type à glissière, par exemple à queue d'aronde.
En variante, la montre peut, en outre, être équipée d'une coiffe entourant la glace et définissant l'aspect extérieur du pourtour du cadran. La coiffe serait alors munie d'une découpe disposée de manière à ce que le pied 16 s'y engage avant d'être introduit dans le logement 20. De la sorte, la coiffe est retenue par les pieds 16 et peut être remplacée en même temps que le bracelet. Une telle solution offre une diversité encore plus grande dans les changements d'aspect de la montre.
Dans une autre variante, les doigts 40 pourraient être remplacés par des billes à ressort de type similaire au verrou 24. La bille doit être dimensionnée de manière à ce qu'elle ne pénètre que partiellement dans le trou borgne, de manière à ce qu'elle s'efface lorsqu'elle est soumise à une force latérale. Avec une telle structure, le ressort 48 peut être supprimé.
Ainsi, grâce aux caractéristiques présentées ci-dessus, il est possible de réaliser une montre susceptible de changer considérablement d'aspect, par des moyens simples et solides.

Claims (6)

  1. Montre comportant une boíte (10), un bracelet formé de deux bras (12) rigides et des organes de liaison (14) des bras à la boíte, lesquels comportent une articulation (18), caractérisée en ce que lesdits organes de liaison (14) comprennent, en outre, un dispositif de fixation à enclenchement et sont agencés de manière à permettre la mise en place et le retrait des bras (12) du bracelet sur la boíte (10) sans devoir utiliser un outil particulier.
  2. Montre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que sa boíte comporte une coiffe amovible munie d'une découpe au travers de laquelle sont engagés les organes de liaison (14) lorsque le bracelet est monté sur la boíte, de manière à retenir ainsi la coiffe sur la boíte.
  3. Montre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de fixation comprend un organe femelle (20), un organe mâle (16) destiné à être engagé dans l'organe femelle et un organe de verrouillage (22, 30) à enclenchement agencé pour maintenir l'organe mâle (16) dans l'organe femelle (20), lesdits organes mâle (16) et femelle (20) étant solidaires l'un du bras (12), l'autre de la boíte (10).
  4. Montre selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'organe mâle comprend un pied (16) et l'organe femelle un logement (20) destiné à recevoir ledit pied (16), défini par une paroi munie d'un trou (22), et en ce que l'organe de verrouillage comporte un doigt (30) élastique destiné à être engagé de manière rétractable dans ledit trou (22).
  5. Montre selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite articulation est assurée par un arbre (32) et un palier (34), relié l'un à la boíte (10), l'autre au bracelet (12), tournant l'un par rapport à l'autre autour d'un axe (A-A) orienté selon une direction parallèle à la direction d'engagement de l'organe mâle (16) dans l'organe femelle (20).
  6. Montre selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, en outre un organe de positionnement (40, 42) maintenant en place le bras (12) lorsqu'il occupe une position correspondant aux conditions normales de porter.
