In Fig. 2 und 3 ist jeweils der obere Teil eines Epilationsgerätes dargestellt, wobei in dieser praxisnahen Ausführungsform die Betätigungselemente und Lagerstellen der Epilationswalze durch ein Gehäuse 15 verdeckt sind. Der untere Teil dieses Gehäuses, in welchem der Antrieb, die Energieversorgung sowie die Schalter zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Epilationsgerätes angeordnet sind, sind der Übersichtlichkeit wegen zeichnerisch nicht dargestellt. Am Gehäuse 15 sind im Bereich unterhalb der Epilationswalze 1 zwei knopfartige Befestigungselemente 16 angeordnet. Diese Befestigungselemente 16 sind seitlich voneinander beabstandet und befinden sich sowohl auf der in Fig. 2 dargestellten Vorder-, als auch auf der Rückseite des Gehäuses 15. Ihr seitlicher Abstand entspricht etwa der Epilationsbreite 20 des Epilationskopfes 1 , die wiederum durch den Abstand der beiden äußeren Klemmelemente 6 entlang der Drehachse des Epilationskopfes bestimmt ist. Die kreisförmigen Bewegungsbahnen der Klemmelemente 6 während der Rotation des Epilationskopfes verlaufen in einer Ebene, die senkrecht zur Drehachse des Epilationskopfes liegt. Im Bereich der schmalen Endseiten 25 weist die Abdeckvorrichtung 22 jeweils zwei Ausnehmungen 26 zum Verrasten mit den Befestigungselementen 16 auf. Dadurch kann die Abdeckvorrichtung als vom Benutzer bei Bedarf aufsetz- bzw. abnehmbares Aufsatzteil ausgeführt werden, dessen Montage keinerlei Aufwand bedeutet. Durch die entsprechende Anordnung bzw. Beabstandung der Abdeckstreifen 23 werden zwar eine bestimmte Anzahl - in diesem Fall sind es sechs von zehn - Bewegungsbahnen der Klemmelemente 6 deaktiviert, die Epilationsbreite 20 bleibt jedoch erhalten.FIG. 4 shows a representation of the covering device 22, which is designed as a curved thin-walled film and has a row of spaced-apart covering strips 23 with openings 24 arranged in between in their central region. Dies erleichtert die Befestigung der Abdeckvorrichtung 22 am Epilationsgerät. Der Befestigungsrahmen 27 kann jedoch auch als gewölbter zweidimensionaler Rahmen ausgeführt werden, der die Außenkontur des Epilationskopfes 1 nachbildet und dann auch die langen Endseiten der Abdeckvorrichtung 22 umfaßt. Die Abdeckstreifen 23 können auch schräg zu den Bewegungsbahnen der Klemmelemente verlaufen, so daß sie diese im Bereich derjenigen Stelle kreuzen, an denen die Schließbewegung gesteuert durch die Nockenelemente 8 erfolgt. Die schräge Ausbildung der Abdeckstreifen erhöht die Stabilität der gesamten Abdeckvorrichtung 22, die dann besonders dünnwandig ausgeführt werden kann. Claims

Patentansprüche: claims:
1. Vorrichtung an einem Epilationsgerät mit einem antreibbaren Epilationskopf 1 mit mehreren an dessen Arbeitsfläche verteilt angeordneten Klemmelementen (6), die sich bei angetriebenem Epilationskopf (1) auf Bewegungsbahnen bewegen, und mit Betätigungselementen (9) um die Klemmelemente (6) im Bereich einer Zupfzone in Klemmkontakt zueinander zu bringen und sie anschließend wieder von einem dazu trennen, um Haare zwischen den Klemmelementen einzuklemmen und auszupfen, sowie mit wenigstens einem Steuerelement (8) zur Ansteuerung der Betätigungselemente (9), wobei durch die Vorrichtung mindestens ein Klemmelement (6) abdeckbar und somit außerstande zu setzen ist, Haare einzuklemmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Vorrichtung (22) mindestens eine der Bewegungsbahnen der Klemmelemente (6) zumindest teilweise derart abdeckbar ist, daß das Einklemmen von Haaren verhindert ist, wobei diese Bewegungsbahn zwischen zwei weiteren Bewegungsbahnen liegt, die im Bereich der Zupfzone freiliegen und deren zugeordnete Paare von Klemmelementen (6) in der Lage sind, Haare einzuklemmen.1.Device on an epilation device with a drivable epilation head 1 with a plurality of clamping elements (6) arranged on its working surface, which move on movement paths when the epilation head (1) is driven, and with actuating elements (9) around the clamping elements (6) in the area of a Bring plucking zone into clamping contact with one another and then separate them from one another in order to pinch and pluck hair between the clamping elements, and with at least one control element (8) for controlling the actuating elements (9), with at least one clamping element (6) through the device.
