Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, daß im Verlauf einer Umdrehung des Drehzylinders jedes bewegbare Klemmelement jeweils einmal mit den beiden benachbart angeordneten Widerlagern klemmend zusammenwirkt. Durch diese Maßnahme wird im Vergleich mit der bekannten Vorrichtung nach der FR 2 656 994 A1, ausgehend von einer Umdrehung des Drehzylinders und einer gleichen Anzahl an schwenkbar gelagerten Klemmelementen, die Anzahl der an der Hautoberfläche wirksam werdenden Klemmbereiche verdoppelt, wenn man davon absieht, daß lediglich die äußeren Stirnseitenflächen der an der jeweiligen Stirnseite des Drehzylinders angeordneten bewegbaren Klemmelemente keine Klemmfunktion ausüben können.
