Such a hardened printed circuit is contacted by another flexible printed circuit, the by means of a spring element through an opening against the plate-like Range of the first circuit is pressed.

A problem of the known fasteners is that their repair or a disassembly is very expensive. Especially in a motor vehicle Built-in fasteners are often in the lines Interior of the motor vehicle installed so that disassembly of the plug with the attached lines in case of repair with high Effort is connected.

It is therefore an object of the present invention, a connecting element to create the type mentioned, which in a simple way completely or partially dismantled and / or exchanged.

This object is solved by the features of claim 1 and in particular in that the housing of the connecting element a Receiving area for a flat conductor, in which a flat conductor releasably attachable in contact with contact elements on the circuit board is.

The connecting element can thus easily with a flat conductor be electrically connected. The circuit board is with the Connecting element releasably connected and can therefore easily if necessary be replaced. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are described in the description, the figures and the subclaims described.

According to a preferred embodiment, the printed circuit board on which the integrated electronic components are mounted between one Carrier element and a plugged onto the support element first Cover plate held. The first cover plate can be the bottom of the Cover the printed circuit board partially or completely. Such an arrangement allows easy mounting of the connecting element according to the invention, wherein the circuit board are easily replaced can.

The support member may be, for example, frame-shaped and a recess exhibit. In this case, the printed circuit board between the support element and the first cover plate plugged onto the carrier element be held that the top of the circuit board with the electronic Components is partially in the recess of the support element and thus is not obscured while another area of the circuit board of the Carrier element is hidden.

The support member may recesses according to a preferred embodiment through which the mounted on the circuit board Contact elements, such as spring contacts, are inserted through can. By inserted through the recess in the support element Contact elements, the circuit board is additionally in position held and prevented slipping thereof. The contact elements can protrude beyond the surface of the support element and are thus accessible from above.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the connecting element a displaceable between two positions second cover plate which is mounted on the support element such that in one of the two positions of the second cover plate, the contact elements are concealed by this second cover plate, while in the other Position the contact elements are openly accessible. In the position in which the contact elements are open, is the connection of a electrical conductor to the contact elements possible. In the other Position, for example, a conductor, in particular a flat conductor, in Contact with the contact elements are held by the cover plate.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the circuit board each at its two ends contact elements. In the two positions the sliding cover plate are each at one end lying contact elements concealed by the cover and at the same time the lying at the other end contact elements open. So can each be at one end of the circuit board leads to the contact elements be connected, while at the other end of the Contact elements are covered.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the second Cover plate on two opposite sides at its the circuit board facing bottom each have a recess. These two Recesses may be in one of the two positions of the second cover plate limit the pickup area for a flat conductor. In one of the both positions of the second cover plate is thus of the recesses on the underside of the cover plate and the support member a receiving space formed, in which a flat conductor arranged and in contact can be attached with the contact elements. In the other Position of the cover plate, the flat conductor is then accessible from above and can be released from the connecting element.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the housing of the connecting element in total of exactly three detachably with each other connected components. This may be, for example, a first cover plate, a carrier element and a displaceable between two positions be second cover plate. The circuit board can with the support element be connected for example via a plug connection. The others Both components can be pushed onto the carrier element. This allows a connection to be released in a simple manner, so that the entire connecting element mounted quickly and without major effort and can be dismantled.

Fig. 1 shows the individual components of a connecting element before Assemble in the manner of an exploded view. A carrier element 10, a first cover plate 12 and a second cover plate 14 form the housing of a connecting element, inside which a Printed circuit board 16 is installed with electronic components.

The carrier element 10 shown in FIG. 1 essentially has a rectangular frame shape, wherein in the middle of the support element 10th a rectangular recess 18 is provided.

On one of the two shorter sides of the frame-shaped carrier element 10, a fastening tongue 20 is formed, which for fastening the Can serve connecting element 10 to other components, as later will be explained with reference to FIG. 4. This fastening tongue 20 has their voltage applied to the support member 10 side in about the same width like this and then tapers trapezoidally from the support member 10th away, where they also have a trapezoidal recess 21 in their middle having. At their remote from the support member 10, tapered The end of the fastening tongue 20 is slightly bent.

At its in Fig. 1 from the top visible side, the support element 10 two parallel extending, longitudinally extending guide webs 22, which as a guide for the second cover plate 14th serve. The guide webs 22 protrude with their long sides each to the Outside edges of the support member 10 beyond this addition.

At the fastening tab 20 opposite narrow side of the Carrier element 10 is a holding profile 30, which extends over the Whole width of the support member 10 extends. The holding profile 30 forms a right angle from the base of the support member 10 projecting Leg, which in turn on its top a parallel to Having the support member 10 extending legs. Overall, that is Holding profile 30 thus L-shaped and forms with the base of the support element 10 a U, whose opening in the direction of the support element 10th shows. At the bottom of the upper leg a locking profile 24 is formed, which locking hook 44, which on the narrow side of the second cover plate 14 are formed, can record.

Fig. 3B) dient. In an area between the holding profile 30 and the recess 18 of the Carrier element 10 are four to the longitudinal sides of the support element 10 parallel slots 26 through which mounted on the circuit board 16 Spring contacts 50 can be inserted through. The slots All have the same dimensions, but they are lightweight added. Each two of the slots 26 are left and right of a mushroom-shaped plug-in element 28, which for fixing a flat conductor 60 (see Fig. 3B) is used.

As shown in particular FIGS. 2A and 2B, the carrier element has 10 also at its upper side (lying down in Fig. 1) at its two Longitudinal guide profiles 34, which for pushing the first Cover plate 12 serve. The guide profiles 34 have an L-shaped Cross-section and are in relation to the base of the support member 10 so arranged to form a cross-sectionally U-shaped boundary, the opening of the U faces outwards.

As shown in FIG. 1, the first cover plate 12 has a rectangular base and forms with its bottom in Fig. 1 side an outer surface the housing of the connecting element. One of the two narrow sides the first cover plate 12 has a protruding strip 36, which at two extending in the longitudinal direction, at the edge of the first Cover plate 12 molded L-shaped profiles 38 adjacent. The two L-profiles 38 form with the base of the first cover plate 12 again a U, whose opening points inwards, and thus correspond with the L-shaped guide profiles 34 on the carrier element 10 (see Fig. 2B). The L-profiles 38 do not extend over the entire length of the first Cover plate 12, but end shortly before the second, in Fig. 1 front Narrow side, whereby on this second narrow side of the first cover plate 12 a transversely to the L-profiles 38 extending recess 42nd is formed, which at the end of the first cover plate 12 of a Cross bar 40 is limited. The recess 42 can with a corresponding thereto Web 32 (see FIGS. 2A and 2B) on the carrier element 10 cooperate, which transverse to the narrow side of the support member 10th runs. When the first cover plate 12, as shown in Fig. 2B, on the support member 10 is pushed, it is by the interaction the L-profiles 38 with the L-shaped guide profiles 34 on the support element 10 linearly guided. At the end of the base of the support element (left in Fig. 2B) locks the bar 36 behind the web 32 and the The web 32 is then in the complementary recess 42nd

As shown in FIG. 1, the circuit board 16 also has a rectangular Base, and is slightly smaller than the first cover plate 12 and as the carrier element 10, but slightly larger than the recess 18 in the Carrier element 10. On the surface of the circuit board 16 are in the middle electronic components 48 attached. On one of the narrow sides of the Printed circuit board 16 are electrical contact surfaces 54, while on the opposite narrow side of the circuit board 16 four identical Spring contacts 50 are mounted, which are parallel to each other but light are offset. The spring contacts 50 are parallel to the longitudinal side of the Printed circuit board 16. Each two of the spring contacts 50 are on the circuit board 16 next to each other, being between the two pairs of Spring contacts 50 is a round opening 52 in the circuit board 16 is located. When mounted in the connecting element circuit board 16 is a on the Top of the support member 10 lying between the slots 26, mushroom-shaped snap element 29 inserted through this opening 52 and then snaps up on its mushroom shape, so that the circuit board 16 is held in the carrier element 10.

The leftmost in Fig. 1 illustrated second cover plate 14 has approximately the same width as the carrier element 10 and the first cover plate 12, However, it is shorter and thus has an almost square overall Shape. On the surface of the second cover plate 14, which is a housing surface of the assembled connecting element forms are parallel formed to the longitudinal sides extending grooves. At the two Longitudinal sides of the second cover plate 14 are each on its underside L-shaped profile 46 is formed, one leg of which is perpendicular to the cover plate 14 stands, so that a U-shaped profile is formed. The open side of the U shows in each case inward, so that the L-profiles 46, the guide webs 22 can engage around on the longitudinal sides of the support member 10. The L-profiles 46 extend only about two thirds of the length of the second Cover plate 14, on the last third of the length of the cover plate 14 is Space for a transversely to the second cover plate 14 extending flat conductor calmly. At this end of the cover plate 14 (right in Fig. 1) four locking hooks 44 are formed, which over the peripheral contour of the cover plate 14 survive and with the locking profile 24 on the holding profile 30th can lock.

Fig. 2A shows the state when inserting the circuit board 16 in the top the carrier element 10. The circuit board 16 is as well as the carrier element 10 turned over in comparison to FIG. 1, so that the electronic Components 48, the spring contacts 50 and the contact surfaces 54 in Direction of the support member 10 show and not seen in Fig. 2A are.

The distance between the parallel L-shaped guide profiles 34, which is located on the top of the support member 10 corresponds to the width the circuit board 16, so that the circuit board 16 between these guide profiles 34 can be used. A lateral slippage of the circuit board 16 is prevented on the one hand by the guide profiles 34. on the other hand the circuit board 16 is additionally from the snap element 29, which is inserted through the opening 52 in the circuit board 16, held. In this position, the circuit board 16 then extend the spring contacts 50 through the corresponding slots 26 in the support element 10th

As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the printed circuit board 16 is above the rectangular one Recess 18 in the support member 10 and is thus at its top only partially covered by the carrier element 10. especially the Contact surfaces 54 are through the recess 18 from the top of the Carrier element 10 accessible.

In this position, the circuit board 16, as shown in Fig. 2B, now from the first cover plate 12 are additionally secured. This is the first cover plate 12 from the narrow side of the support member 10 on the Top of the support member 10 pushed, where they with their L-profiles 38 in the corresponding guide profiles 34 of the support element 10th running. The recess 42 on the narrow side of the first cover plate 12th corresponds as already explained above with the web 32, which at the left narrow side of the support member 10 is formed. With the help of Strip 36, which bounds the recess 42 of the first cover plate 12, can the cover plate 12 is locked on the top of the support member 10 become. The printed circuit board 16 is then between the carrier element 10 and the first cover plate 12 is held.

3A - 3C overhead second cover plate 14 as explained above is attached to the support member 10. Along the L-profiles 46, with the corresponding guide webs 22 in engagement are, the cover plate 14 is linearly displaceable.

Die mögliche Verschiebestrecke für die zweite Abdeckplatte 14 wird an der rechten Seite von dem Halteprofil 30 des Trägerelements 10 begrenztIn Fig. 3A, the second cover plate 14 is up to the on the fastening tongue 20 adjacent end of the guide webs 22 pushed. By the slots 26 in the support member 10 inserted spring contacts 50 are in accessible from above. Between the spring contacts 50 is the plug-in element 28 recognizable. The possible shift distance for the second cover plate 14 is on the right side of the holding profile 30th limited the support member 10

In Fig. 3B, a flat conductor 60 is parallel to the holding profile 30 in contact with the spring contacts 50 on the support member 10 in a certain Mounting area attached. The plug element 28 is connected by a Hole in the flat conductor 60 inserted and can this by its mushroom shape fix and in particular secure against longitudinal slipping. The width of the flat conductor 60 corresponds to the width of the receiving area, which between the right end of the second cover plate 14 and the Holding profile 30 of the support member 10 is formed. The flat conductor 60 is located on one side partially under the horizontal leg, the holding profile 30 is formed and is thereby held by this.

Finally, FIG. 3C shows the connecting element according to the invention the attached flat conductor 60. The flat conductor 60 is located in the same position as in Fig. 3B, however, was compared to Fig. 3B now the second cover plate 14 is moved to the holding profile 30. The latching hooks 44 on the narrow side of the cover plate 14 are in latched to the locking profile 24 on the support section 30 of the support member 10. The receiving area in which the flat conductor 60 runs is thus at the in the Fig. 3C overhead page through the second cover plate 14 and on the left in Fig. 3C of the formed on the second cover plate 14 L-profiles 46 limited.

Since the latching hooks 44 on the right narrow side of the second cover plate 14 are latched to the locking profile 24 on the retaining section 30, which is second cover plate 14 secured. The contact surfaces 54 on the circuit board 16 are now through the cavity 18 in the support member 10 from above accessible because the second cover plate 14 has been moved to the right and the cavity 18 is no longer completely obscured. The contact surfaces 54 can thus be contacted by spring contacts or the like be as shown in Fig. 4. By simply moving the second Cover plate 14, the flat conductor 60 can be released again, which allows easy disassembly of the connecting element.

Die zweite Abdeckplatte 14 verdeckt den Flachleiter 60 und gibt dafür die Kontaktflächen 54 frei, welche in Fig. 4 unten liegen.4 shows a connecting element which is connected to a flat conductor 60 is connected, and a connection part 62, with which the connecting element can be connected. The flat conductor 60 is exactly as in Fig. 3C in the receiving area between the support member 10 with its holding profile 30 and the displaceable second cover plate 14th held. The second cover plate 14 covers the flat conductor 60 and gives for the contact surfaces 54 free, which lie in Fig. 4 below.

The connection part 62 has guide profiles 64 on its upper side, which correspond to the outer contour of the L-profiles 46. The connecting element can be pushed onto the connector 62, wherein the L-profiles 46 then run in the guide profiles 64. On the connection part 62 are spring contacts 66, which are the contact surfaces 54 can contact. A detent 68 on the top of the connector 62 locked in the recess 21 in the fastening tongue 20, so that the connecting member held on the connecting part 62 is, wherein the spring contacts 66 in this position then the contact surfaces 54 contact.
