Claims (11)
- Vanne de remplissage pour le soutirage de liquides vers des récipients, tels que des bouteilles, des boîtes ou éléments similaires, comportant un conduit de liquide (5) apte à être fermé et une barrière aux gaz (7) associée à ce dernier,
caractérisée en ce que
la barrière aux gaz (7) est réalisée sous la forme d'un élément d'écoulement (8) coopérant avec le conduit de liquide (5), l'élément d'écoulement comportant plusieurs éléments en formes de en forme de nervures (17) qui sont orientés vers l'axe de l'élément d'écoulement, de telle sorte qu'entre les éléments en forme de nervures se forment des conduits en forme de fente, dénommés ci-après conduits en fente (9, 12). - Vanne de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments (17) en forme de nervures sont fixés ou reliés avec une première arête, l'arête de fixation, à la paroi intérieure (10) de l'ouverture d'écoulement (11), et comportent une arête libre, qui est située en regard de la première arête, à savoir l'arête de fixation.
- Vanne de remplissage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les éléments (17) en forme de nervures sont disposés parallèlement entre eux.
- Vanne de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments (17) en forme de nervures forment des groupes, lesdits groupes se caractérisant par le fait que les éléments (17) en forme de nervures d'un groupe sont perpendiculaires aux éléments en forme de nervures du groupe directement adjacent.
- Vanne de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un espace ouvert vers tous les conduits en fente (9, 12) est formé en regard des arêtes libres des éléments (17) en forme de nervures.
- Vanne de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments (17) en forme de nervures, au niveau de l'origine (18) supérieure, par référence au sens d'écoulement, comportent au moins partiellement une pente (19).
- Vanne de remplissage selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la pente (19) des éléments (17) en forme de nervures part de la paroi périphérique intérieure (10) de l'ouverture d'écoulement (11).
- Vanne de remplissage selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que la pente (19) dans la direction axiale correspond sensiblement à la moitié de la longueur des éléments (17) en forme de nervures.
- Vanne de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que tous les éléments (17) en forme de nervures comportent des pentes (19) identiques ou différentes.
- Vanne de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les pentes (19) identiques ou différentes sont réalisées sous forme d'arrondis ou de paraboles.
- Vanne de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisée en ce que les éléments (17) en forme de nervures dans leur ensemble forment une structure en forme d'entonnoir.
