Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a foil bag made of a two- or multi-layer composite film with a Griffausstanzung, wherein the composite foil of at least consists of two laminated by laminating and wherein the bag inside Film of Kaschierverbundes a sealable plastic film with good Stretching properties is. The term "foil bag" should both open pockets as well as circumferentially closed product packaging fall. The latter can be provided with tearing aids and reclosures.
For film bags, especially those for product packaging, composite films are used used, one side of which is sealable and the other side characterized by good optical properties and is printable. Often are in practice two-ply Kaschierverbundfolien of polyethylene and Polyester, in particular polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and three-ply Laminated laminated films with a bag-side polyethylene film, a outside film made of polyester and an application-specific specified medium film used. The grip strength of the made of composite films Film bags often do not meet the requirements in practice, because the film section above the Griffausstanzung tears under the weight of the packing or filling sometimes.
The invention is based on the object, the tensile strength of the composite film to improve in the field of grip punching.
The object is in a foil bag with the above-described Features solved according to the invention that the film surface of the composite film Has functional areas in which the bond strength between the bag-inside sealable plastic film and the adjacent thereto Film of laminating is smaller than in the functional areas surrounding area, and that the grip hole is at least partially in is arranged in these functional areas.
The invention is based on the observation that the tear strength of the composite film smaller than the tear strength of the laminating compound used sealable plastic film. A firmly laminated on the sealable plastic film Film hinders the stretching of the sealable film and prevents at a tensile load a uniform force in this film. Around To remedy this, are inventively by functional areas zones held within the composite foil, in which the sealable plastic film and the laminated film are not connected to each other or the Bond strength between the layers is at least so far reduced, that the films are under tensile stress in a localized area separating and stretching the sealable film in this area thereby not or only slightly hampered. It becomes one on the functional areas limited local delamination of the film layers under tensile load in Purchase taken to the introduction of force into the sealable plastic film below To ensure load.
In the context of the invention it is that the Griffausstanzung completely within the described functional areas is arranged. This can happen that the layers of the composite film in the handling of the film bag on the circumference of the Griffausstanzung from each other. This affects Although not the function, but can be optical point of view be perceived as disturbing. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention the functional areas described are sections of the handle punching assigned to the composite film when carrying the filled Foil bag preferably tear. These are sections in which the Force application when carrying the foil bag is preferred and the largest Tensile stresses occur. The sections depend on the shape of the Griffausstanzung and can be calculated or less orienting Determine attempts. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention the handle punching formed as a straight or arcuate cutting line, wherein the ends of the cut line are each within an associated functional area are arranged and wherein a middle section of the cutting line in a surrounding the functional areas of the film surface of the composite film is introduced, the bond strength is greater than in the functional areas. When carrying the foil bag under load are in this preferred Embodiment of the invention only small-scale detachments each at the ends Griffausstanzung possible, the optically not and only slightly in appearance to step.
For optical reasons, composite films are preferred in which also in the functional areas of the bag inside sealable plastic film with the adjacent film is connected, but with the proviso that the bond strength here is lower than in the area surrounding the functional area Area. This can be achieved by various technical measures. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the laminating composite in the functional areas a contact surface with a pattern of well-adherent and badly adherent zones. Due to the area share of bad Adhesive zones, the bond strength is changeable. The area share of poorly adhering film, based on the area of the functional area is preferably more than 20%. The pattern described may be consist of parallel or intersecting lines or of a pattern with a cellular structure are formed. Within the scope of the invention it is also that the sealable plastic film with the adjacent foil in the Functional areas punctiform firmly connected to each other, so the good adhesive zones of the pattern consist of punctiform surfaces.
To create zones that have a low bond strength between the can have sealable plastic film and the adjacent film, the Skilled in several technical measures, individually or can be realized in combination. A preferred embodiment of The invention provides that the sealable plastic film of Kaschierverbundes outside the functional areas one by surface treatment has modified surface on which the adjacent layer of the Kaschierverbundes firmly adheres, and that at the surface sections, which the Functional areas form, no surface treatment was done or this there was weaker and / or this on small patches, the within the functional areas form a pattern has been limited. Surface treatments which influence the adhesive properties of the film surface, include, for example, a treatment of the surface with a Gas flame in excess of oxygen or an oxidizing surface treatment by corona discharges. Here is the slide by a Arc area led, in which numerous small discharges for tiny Scars on the plastic surface while taking care of the physical and change the chemical properties of the surface. One more way to reduce the bond strength in the functional areas is that between the sealable plastic film and the adjacent thereto Foil of Kaschierverbundes an intermediate layer is arranged, the Adhesion to the adjacent foil is less than the adhesion between the Layers of Kaschierverbundes. The intermediate layer is on the functional areas limited and consists for example of a Dehäsivlack.
Within the scope of the teaching according to the invention, composite films are used which consist of at least two sheets bonded together surface, wherein the bag inside film a sealable plastic film with good elongation properties is. The sealable plastic film may be a monofilm or a coextruded film. Preferred are films of polyethylene or polymers with comparable elongation and sealing properties. The teaching of the invention is particularly advantageous in the Use of composite films comprising a laminate of a polyethylene film as a bag inside sealable plastic film and a comparison rigid and brittle film, in particular of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or an oriented polypropylene. The bag outside Film of Kaschierverbundes example, with a counter pressure be printed on the inner surface.
