Description

Elektrische Steckverbindung, insbesondere für ein Fahrzeug mit einer Electrical connector, in particular for a vehicle with a
The invention relates to an electrical plug connection, in particular for establishing an electrical connection between a sliding door and a door frame of a vehicle.
In order to establish an electrical connection between a sliding door and a door frame of a vehicle, contact pins are often used which, when the sliding door closes, abut against essentially flat contact surfaces of associated contact elements. Such an electrical connection is described, for example, in US Pat. No. 5,248,259. The contact pins are axially movable there and are elastically preloaded against the connection direction by a spring. In practice, however, it has been shown that such connections do not always ensure a reliable electrical connection, since the contact pins or the contact surfaces assigned to them sometimes become dirty.
In contrast, DE 43 31 280 C1 describes an already improved electrical connection for a vehicle with a sliding door, which has two connecting parts which can be brought into engagement alternately. The first connecting part is designed as a plug with a rounded plug head, which essentially has the shape of a truncated pyramid and on which spring contact strips are provided which are adapted to the contour of the plug head. The second connecting part is designed as a socket and has a recess which essentially receives the plug head of the first connecting part in a form-fitting manner. The inner walls of the recess thus run obliquely downward in a funnel shape at an angle of inclination corresponding to the angle of inclination of the side faces of the truncated pyramid-shaped plug head. Each of the inner surfaces of the recess has a vertically running, slot-shaped depression in which an approximately J-shaped spring contact strip is arranged. When the connecting parts are in engagement, the spring contact strips of the plug head rest against the spring contact strips of the recess, with the J-shaped leg of the spring contact strips of the recess being spring-loaded by the plug head and its spring contact strips. When inserting the plug head into the recess of the socket, there is thus a grinding movement between the mutually assigned spring contact strips. However, since the spring contact strips of the connector rest unprotected on the outer surface of the plug head, with this known electrical connection there is a risk of bending or kinking spring contact strips of the plug head if relatively large positional tolerances when closing the sliding door between the plug and the socket have to be compensated and the free ends of the spring contact strips of the Push the plug against the projections of the socket.
Damit beim Schließen der Schiebetür eventuelle Lagetoleranzen ausgeglichen werden und zugleich eine hohe Kontaktsicherheit erreicht wird, ist der Stecker mit mindestens einem gegenüber seinen Kontaktelementen vorstehenden Zentrierdorn und die Buchse mit einer mit dem Zentrierdorn zusammenwirkenden Zentrierausnehmung versehen.DE 199 23 705 A1 relates to an electrical plug connection, in particular for establishing an electrical connection between a sliding door and a door frame of a vehicle, with two connecting parts engaged when the sliding door is closed, one of which is designed as a plug and the other connecting part as a socket , wherein the plug and the socket have mutually associated electrically conductive contact elements, and wherein when the plug and socket are engaged, the contact elements of the plug grind against the contact elements of the socket assigned to them. So that any positional tolerances are compensated for when the sliding door is closed and at the same time a high degree of contact reliability is achieved, the plug is provided with at least one centering mandrel protruding from its contact elements and the socket is provided with a centering recess which interacts with the centering mandrel.
The invention has for its object to provide an electrical connector, which is particularly suitable as an electrical connection between a sliding door and a door frame of a vehicle, so that any vibrations that occur are compensated for while the sliding door is closed and at the same time a high level of contact reliability is achieved. This object is achieved by the features of the invention specified in the claims. Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
The electrical plug connection according to the invention, in particular for establishing an electrical connection between a sliding door and a door frame of a vehicle, with two engaged connecting parts, of which one connecting part has a plug and a first housing and another connecting part has a socket and a second housing characterized in that the plug and / or the socket are slidably mounted relative to the respective housing. This has the advantage that the housing is connected to the door, the contacts are decoupled from the movements of the sliding door and tolerance compensation is achieved with static and dynamic loads.
The plug and / or the socket is preferably mounted two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally with respect to the respective housing, so that one can react variably to the vibrations. In combination, one speaks of a floating bearing. This improves the tolerance compensation.
Furthermore, the floating mounting of the plug and / or socket is carried out by spring elements which are fastened in a spring holder and are guided via spring guides, so that the relative movements between the contact elements of the plug and socket are reduced and thus the wear of the contact elements is reduced and their service life is increased becomes.
Furthermore, the spring guides are designed as pots and / or as cones, so that a targeted guidance of the spring elements is achieved.
The support surface against which the spring elements press is preferably beveled at an angle of 10 ° to 80 ° in order to ensure better centering of the plug head in the plug housing. The best results were obtained at an angle of 45 °.
In addition, the plug and / or socket are constructed as independent, unitary units, which simplifies assembly and replacement.
Furthermore, a seal prevents moisture from getting into the vehicle interior.
Furthermore, the housing of the plug and / or socket are designed such that no moisture can penetrate into the interior of the housing. The design is such that the housing is glued and / or welded so that no moisture or water can penetrate into the interior.
Coupling elements are advantageously applied to the contact elements of the plug and / or socket in order to change the contact resistance as a result counteracting contact elements of the same material rubbing against each other and thus being able to transmit low control currents in the milliampere range.
Furthermore, the coupling elements consist, in particular, of a silver alloy, since this leads to the lubrication of the contact pairing. This makes it possible to make more than 150,000 contact closings without wearing out the contact elements.
Furthermore, contact pins can be inserted via a bore in the contact elements of the plug and / or socket, which are spring-loaded. These pins can be replaced after they are completely worn out.
The contact pins advantageously consist of a copper alloy which is coated with a silver alloy or the contact pins are made entirely of a silver alloy, since this serves to lubricate the contact pairing.
In addition, in this embodiment of the contact pairing, the spring contact element can be made of plastic, which leads to a reduction in material costs or brings advantages in terms of production technology.

The electrical plug connection shown in FIGS. 1-5 consists of two connecting parts 1, 20, the first connecting part 1 being designed as a plug 2 and the second connecting part 20 as a socket 21.
Fig. 1-4 zeigen das Verbindungsteil 1 aus unterschiedlichen Ansichten. The same designations indicate the same function. The connecting part 1 has a plug 2, which is constructed as a unit and consists of a plug head 3, a plug guide 4 and a contact connection 5.
Fig. 5). The plug head 3 has two centering mandrels 7 projecting to the same extent, between which six contact elements 6 are attached. The contact elements 6 are essentially J-shaped. The centering pins 7 protrude from the contact elements 6 in the insertion direction, so that the contact elements 6 can only get into the socket 21 when the centering pins 7 have already been inserted into the centering recesses 27 provided in the socket 21 (see FIG. 5). It is thus ensured at the socket 21 that the connector 2 is guided before its contact elements 6 come into contact with the coupling elements 29 of the socket 21.
The contact elements 6 are each embedded with a section in a support surface 10 of the plug 2 which is widened relative to the centering mandrels 7 and protrude from the rear of the support surface 10 in order to form plug contacts which extend into the contact connection 5. Adjustment elements 8, for example screws, are integrated in the support surface 10. To assemble the electrical plug connection (see FIG. 5), the connecting part 20 is connected to the door frame (not shown) by means of the mounting holes 34 by means of screws (not shown). The sliding door (not shown) with the connecting part 1 is closed, so that the plug 2 is inserted into the socket 21. Subsequently, the connecting part 1 is firmly connected to the sliding door (not shown) by means of the mounting holes 9 by means of screws (not shown) and the adjusting elements 8 are removed.
Zwischen der unteren Gehäuseplatte 14 und dem Kontaktanschluß 5 befindet sich eine Dichtung 19.Furthermore, the connecting part 1 has a housing 11, consisting of an upper housing plate 12, a housing body 13 and a lower housing plate 14. In the upper housing plate 12 there are triangular recesses 39 (cf. FIG. 4). Moisture / water which has penetrated into the housing can flow off again via the recesses 39. The plug 2 can be moved relative to the housing H via the spring elements 15. The housing body 13 is arranged between the upper housing plate 12 and the lower housing plate 14. In the top Housing plate 12 are mounting holes 9, which serve to receive screws or the like. Preferably, the mounting holes 9 could also be aligned oval in the longitudinal and / or transverse direction in order to create degrees of freedom of assembly. The connection between the housing body 13 and the lower housing plate 14 is established via the fastening elements 18. A seal 19 is located between the lower housing plate 14 and the contact connection 5.
The socket 21 has two centering recesses 27 which interact with the two centering mandrels 7 of the plug 2 and which are connected to one another by a longitudinal slot 26 for receiving the plug head 3.
Furthermore, the connecting part 20 has a housing 22, consisting of an upper housing plate 23, a housing body 24 and a contact connection 25. The housing body 24 is arranged between the upper housing plate 23 and the contact connection 25. In the upper housing plate 23 there are mounting holes 34 which serve to receive screws or the like. The mounting bores 34 could also preferably be oval in the longitudinal and / or transverse direction in order to create degrees of freedom of assembly.
As can be seen in FIG. 6, spring contact strips 28 are arranged in the socket 21, the spring contact strips 28 interacting with the associated contact elements 6 of the plug 2. The spring contact strips 28 are each embedded in an end section 30 in the socket 2 and form plug contacts 32 which are inserted into a holder 35 of the socket 21, while the angled, other end section 31 projects with play into a recess (not shown) in the socket 21 , The spring contact strips 28 have coupling elements 29, preferably made of a silver alloy. The spring contact strips 28 are elastically prestressed by means of spring elements 33.
If the plug 2 is now inserted into the socket 21 in order to establish an electrical connection, the centering mandrels 7 first come into the centering recesses 27 of the socket 21 which cooperate therewith, if the centering mandrels 7 have a certain length in the centering recesses 27 of the socket 21 are introduced, the contact elements 6 of the plug 2 touch the two opposite groups of the spring contact strips 28. With further penetration of the Plug 2 in the socket 21, the mutually opposite spring contact strips 28 with the coupling elements 29 in sliding contact with the associated contact elements 6 of the plug 2 are pressed apart, the angled end portions 31 in the socket 21 moving outwards. At the same time, the spring elements 33 are also pressed outwards.
Fig. 7 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform des Federkontaktelementes 28. Fig. 5-6). FIG. 7 shows a further embodiment of the spring contact element 28.
