Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Befestigungsplatte, die in einem Stück eine Basisplatte und einen rohrförmigen Körper aufweist, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - Ausschneiden einer Blechausschnitts derart, dass er einen zentralen Bereich (11) von allgemein rechteckiger Form definiert, der von zwei Seitenbereichen flankiert wird, die einen "mittleren" Flügel (12, 13) aufweisen, der seitlich von einer Klappe (16, 17) eingefasst wird, die selbst auf der Seite des zentralen Bereichs (11) von einem Schlitz (16A, 17A) eingefasst wird, wobei jede Klappe (16, 17) auf ihrer freien Seite lotrecht zum Schlitz (16A, 17A) mit mindestens einer Zunge (22, 23) versehen ist, die ausgelegt ist, um in eine rechteckige Öffnung (24, 25) des anderen Flügels (13, 12) einzudringen;
    - Falten jeder Klappe (16, 17) um eine Faltlinie (18, 19) lotrecht zum Schlitz (16A, 17A), bis sie lotrecht zum benachbarten Flügel (12, 13) liegt; und
    - Falten jedes mit seiner Klappe (16, 17) versehenen Flügels (12, 13) um eine Faltlinie (14, 15), die parallel zum Schlitz (16A, 17A) und zwischen dem Schlitz (16A, 17A) und dem zentralen Bereich (11) angeordnet ist, bis die Flügel (12, 13) lotrecht zum zentralen Bereich (11) liegen, wobei die Zunge (22, 23) sich am Ende des Faltvorgangs in die rechteckige Öffnung (24, 25) einfügt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Flügel (12, 13) zwischen der Klappe (16, 17) und einer Stütze (26, 27) angeordnet ist, die den Flügel (12, 13) und den zentralen Bereich (11) verlängert und gleichzeitig mit dem mit seiner Klappe (16, 17) versehenen Flügel (12, 13) um die gleiche Faltlinie (14, 15) gefaltet wird, so dass sie ebenfalls lotrecht zum zentralen Bereich (11) zu liegen kommt.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Klappe (16, 17) mit zwei Zungen (22, 23) und jeder Flügel (12, 13) mit zwei rechteckigen Öffnungen (24, 25) versehen ist.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Klappe (16, 17) mit mindestens einem Loch (28, 29) versehen ist, wobei das Loch (28) einer Klappe (16) sich nach dem letzten Falten rechtwinklig vor dem Loch (29) der anderen Klappe (17) befindet.
  5. Blechausschnitt zur Herstellung einer Befestigungsplatte, der einen zentralen Bereich (11) von allgemein rechteckiger Form flankiert von zwei seitlichen Bereichen aufweist, die einen "mittleren" Flügel (12, 13) aufweisen, der seitlich von einer Klappe (16, 17) eingefasst wird, die selbst auf der Seite des zentralen Bereichs (11) von einem Schlitz (16A, 17A) eingefasst wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Klappe (16, 17) auf ihrer freien Seite lotrecht zum Schlitz (16A, 17A) mit mindestens einer Zunge (22, 23) versehen ist, die ausgelegt ist, um in eine rechteckige Öffnung (24, 25) des anderen Flügels (13, 12) einzudringen.
  6. Befestigungsplatte, die eine Basisplatte von allgemein rechteckiger Form flankiert von zwei Seitenbereichen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Seitenbereiche einerseits einen "mittleren" Flügel (12, 13) und andererseits eine Klappe (16, 17) aufweist, dass jeder mittlere Flügel (12, 13) sich lotrecht zum zentralen Bereich (11) erstreckt und mit diesem über eine erste Faltlinie verbunden ist, dass jede Klappe (16, 17) um eine Faltlinie lotrecht zur entsprechenden ersten Faltlinie des Flügels (12, 13) gefaltet ist, dass jede Klappe (16, 17) mit mindestens einer Zunge (22, 23) versehen ist, die ins Innere einer rechteckigen Öffnung (24, 25) des anderen Flügels (13, 12) eindringt, und dass die mittleren Flügel (12, 13) und die Klappen (16, 17) einen zylindrischen Körper bilden.
  7. Befestigungsplatte nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittleren Flügel (12, 13) zueinander parallel und lotrecht zur Basisplatte sind, die Klappen (16, 17) parallel zueinander und lotrecht sowohl zur Basisplatte als auch zu den mittleren Flügeln (12, 13) sind, die Öffnungen (24, 25) aufweisen, in die sich Zungen (22, 23) eingefügt haben, die am Ende der Klappen (16, 17) vorgesehen sind.
  8. Befestigungsplatte mit einer Basisplatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen zylindrischen Körper aufweist, und dass die Basisplatte (11) und der zylindrische Körper aus einem Stück sind, wobei der zylindrische Körper zwei gegenüberliegende Wände, "mittlere" Flügel (12, 13) genannt, in einer 90°-Verlängerung der Basisplatte (11) und zwei weitere gegenüberliegende Wände, Klappen (16, 17) genannt, in einer 90°-Verlängerung der mittleren Flügel (12, 13) aufweist, die mindestens eine Öffnung (24, 25) aufweisen, in die sich eine Zunge (22, 23) eingefügt hat, die am Ende der Klappen (16, 17) vorgesehen ist.
  9. Befestigungsplatte nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder mittlere Flügel (12, 13) zwei Öffnungen (24, 25) aufweist, in die sich zwei Zungen (22, 23) eingefügt haben, die am Ende jeder Klappe (16, 17) vorgesehen sind.
  10. Befestigungsplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Stütze (26, 27) jeden der Flügel (12, 13) und die Basisplatte (11) verlängert.
  11. Befestigungsplatte nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütze (26, 27) dreieckig ist.
  12. Befestigungsplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zentrale Bereich (11) mit mindestens einer zum Beispiel länglichen Öffnung (20, 21) versehen ist.
  13. Befestigungsplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einander gegenüber liegende Löcher (28, 29) in zwei gegenüberliegenden Wänden (12, 13 - 16, 17) des zylindrischen Körpers vorgesehen sind.
