Claims (24)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Schutz vor Einbruch, mit Mitteln zur kapazitiven Erfassung, für einen Flügel, wie beispielsweise eine Tür, ein Fenster oder einen Fensterladen, die an einer Aufnahmefläche befestigt werden kann, welche in der Nachbarschaft von mindestens einem Abschnitt des Umfangs des Flügels liegt, umfassend
    ein längliches Element (6), das eine Anlagefläche aufweist, die zu der Aufnahmefläche hin gedreht ist;
    Mittel (11), um das längliche Element an der Aufnahmefläche an voneinander beabstandeten Stellen zu halten;
    und Mittel zur kapazitiven Erfassung (24), die zwischen der Aufnahmefläche und der Anlagefläche des länglichen Elementes eingesetzt sind und mindestens einen metallischen Abschnitt, der fest mit dem länglichen Element verbunden ist, und mindestens eine metallische Einlage aufweisen, die fest mit der Aufnahmefläche verbunden ist, die angepasst sind, um Veränderungen der Kapazität zu erfahren, wenn sich der Abstand zwischen der Aufnahmefläche und der Anlagefläche verändert, und um ein entsprechendes Signal auszugeben.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur kapazitiven Erfassung mindestens einen länglichen metallischen Abschnitt des länglichen Elementes und mindestens eine längliche metallische Einlage (25) aufweisen, die in der Nachbarschaft des metallischen Abschnitts platziert ist und an der Aufnahmefläche des Flügels befestigt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine metallische Einlage durch ein erstes Klebeband (26) an der Aufnahmefläche des Flügels befestigt ist und durch ein zweites Klebeband (28) an der Anlagefläche des länglichen Elementes befestigt ist, wobei die Abreißfestigkeit des ersten Klebebandes größer ist als die Abreißfestigkeit des zweiten Klebebandes.
  4. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur kapazitiven Erfassung mindestens zwei längliche metallische Einlagen (31, 32) aufweisen, die einander benachbart platziert sind, und von denen eine an der Aufnahmefläche des Flügels befestigt ist und die andere an der Anlagefläche des länglichen Elementes befestigt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei metallischen Einlagen beabstandet zwischen zwei dergestalt umgeschlagenen isolierenden Streifen angeordnet sind, dass diese Einlagen einander benachbart platziert sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Einlagen breiter ist als die andere.
  7. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die fest mit dem länglichen Element verbundene Einlage breiter ist als diejenige, die an dem Flügel befestigt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine metallische Einlage mindestens ein metallisches Band aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine metallische Einlage mindestens einen metallischen Draht aufweist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das längliche Element rohrförmig ist und dass Mittel zum äußeren Anschluss (35) der Mittel zur kapazitiven Erfassung in dem rohrförmigen länglichen Element verlaufen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum äußeren Anschluss den Flügel durchqueren.
  12. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das längliche Element eine längliche Basis (7), die an dem Flügel gehalten wird, und einen länglichen Deckel (12) aufweist, der an der Basis befestigt ist, wobei die Mittel zum Halten der Basis durch den Deckel verdeckt sind und die Mittel zum Befestigen des Deckels an der Basis verdeckt sind, wenn sich der Flügel in der Schließstellung befindet.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (7) ein Basisprofil mit L-förmigem Querschnitt aufweist, von dem ein erster Schenkel durch beabstandete Schrauben, die ihn durchqueren, an dem Flügel befestigt ist, und der Deckel (12) ein Abdeckprofil aufweist, das sich mit dem Ende des ersten Schenkels im Eingriff befindet und an dem Ende des zweiten Schenkels anliegt, wobei Schrauben den zweiten Schenkel des Basisprofils durchqueren und sich in einem länglichen Spalt des Abdeckprofils im Eingriff befinden.
  14. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden fläche des länglichen Elementes eine Aussparung aufweist, in welcher die Mittel zur kapazitiven Erfassung untergebracht sind.
  15. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das längliche Element an der Aufnahmefläche mittels Federmitteln befestigt ist, die in Richtung der Anlage des länglichen Elementes an der Aufnahmefläche wirken.
  16. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie an einer Anlagefläche des Flügels dergestalt befestigt ist, dass sie in der Nähe von mindestens einem festen Abschnitt angrenzend an diesen Flügel verläuft.
  17. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie an einer Anlagefläche von mindestens einem festen Abschnitt angrenzend an den Flügel dergestalt befestigt ist, dass sie in der Nähe des letzteren verläuft.

  22. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Sperrung einen Schalter zum Unterbrechen der elektrischen Versorgung der Verarbeitungsmittel aufweisen, wenn der Flügel aus seiner Schließstellung um mindestens einen vorbestimmten Abstand entfernt wird.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Sperrung einen Schalter zum Unterbrechen der Leitung aufweisen, die das Alarmsignal ausgibt.
  24. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 20 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verarbeitungsmittel nach einer vorbestimmten Verzögerung, die auf die Deaktivierung der Mittel zur Sperrung folgt, reaktiviert werden.
