Claims (16)
- Kehrvorrichtung (100), dazu bestimmt über eine Oberfläche geschoben zu werden, um sie zu reinigen, enthaltend ein Paar Flansche (160), die gelenkig an der Vorrichtung montiert sind und zwischen welchen eine sich drehende Reinigungsbürste (130) montiert ist, die geeignet ist, mittels eines Hydraulikmotors (140) in Drehung versetzt zu werden, wobei die Flansche (160) mittels mindestens einem Hydraulikzylinder (170) bewegt werden, der fähig ist, die Position der sich drehenden Bürste (130) relativ zu der Vorrichtung zu verändern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslasskreis des Hydraulikmotors (140) jeweils mit den vor- und nachgeschalteten Kammern des oder jedes Hydraulikzylinders (170) so verbunden ist, dass der oder jeder Hydraulikzylinder (170) die sich drehende Bürste auf der zu reinigenden Oberfläche aufsetzen kann, indem er auf sie in einem bestimmten Druck- (R) Bereich (G) eine Kraft von konstanter Intensität ausübt, die im Einlasskreis des Hydraulikmotors (140) gemessen wird.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Verteiler (T2) an den Einspeisekreis der nachgeschalteten Kammer des oder jedes Hydraulikzylinders (170) angeschlossen ist, wobei der Verteiler (T2) mit einem vorgeschalteten Stellglied (P) zum Regeln des Fluiddruckschwellenwerts ausgestattet ist, das so mit dem Einlasskreis des Hydraulikmotors (140) verbunden ist, dass die Erhöhung des Drucks im Einlasskreis des Hydraulikmotors (140) über den festgelegten Schwellenwert hinaus die Regelung des Verteilers (T2) betätigen kann, damit die nachgeschaltete Kammer des oder jedes Hydraulikzylinders (170) mit dem Einlasskreis des Hydraulikmotors verbunden werden kann, um die sich drehende Bürste (130) wieder anzuheben.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Reglereinrichtung auf dem vorgeschalteten Stellglied (P) vorgesehen ist, um den Druckschwellenwert zu modifizieren, der sein Auslösen herbeiführt.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit dem Auslösen des vorgeschalteten Stellglieds (P) ein Alarm verbunden ist.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteiler (T2) ein Proportionalverteiler ist.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einem Befehlsgeber ausgestattet ist, der sich in der Kabine ihres Betätigungsgeräts befindet und der es gestattet, auf den Betriebsdruck des oder jedes Hydraulikzylinders (170) einzuwirken.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Teile (A) und (B) umfasst, die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Teil (A) die sich drehende Bürste (130) enthält und der Teil (B) eine Einrichtung zum Aufsammeln von Schmutz (150) enthält, wobei ein Betätigungsmittel (120) vorgesehen ist, um den Teil (A) relativ zum Teil (B) zwischen einer Arbeitsstellung der Kehrvorrichtung (100), in der die sich drehende Bürste (130) fähig ist, den Schmutz in die Sammeleinrichtung (150) zu schleudern, und einer Öffnungsstellung der Maschine zu verschieben, die das Leeren der Sammeleinrichtung (150) gestattet.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer Torsionsbegrenzungseinrichtung (200) ausgestattet ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, den Winkelversatz zwischen den zwei Flanschen (160) während des Betriebs der Kehrvorrichtung (100) zu begrenzen.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Torsionsbegrenzungseinrichtung (200) aus einem Paar von Zahnrädern (210) besteht, die jeweils in Verzahungen (212) eingreifen, die an den Kanten der Flansche (160) ausgeführt sind und die mittels einer Torsionswelle miteinander verbunden sind.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit Transportorganen (122) ausgestattet ist, die dazu bestimmt sind, einem auf dem Boden selbstfahrenden Gerät zu gestatten, sie zu schieben, zu ziehen oder hochzuheben.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich drehende Bürste (130) mit einer hohlen Nabe (132) ausgestattet ist, die an ihren Enden an den Flanschen (160) mittels Platten (180, 180') befestigt ist.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hohle Nabe (132) innen und an einem Ende mit einer Welle (184) ausgestattet ist, die von einem Lagermittel (R) gehalten wird, das in einer Muffe (182) einer Platte (180) montiert ist, wobei ihr anderes Ende mit einer Mitnehmermuffe (186) ausgestattet ist, in der eine Keilwelle des Hydraulikmotors (140) montiert ist, der in einer Muffe (182') der anderen Platte (180') befestigt ist, um die drehbare Bürste (130) in Drehung zu versetzen, wobei die Welle (184) die hohle Nabe (132) durchquert, damit ihr anderes Ende in der Mitnehmermuffe (186) gehalten werden kann.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erster Abstreifer (230) zwischen der sich drehenden Bürste (130) und der Sammeleinrichtung (150) montiert ist, um die Abtrennung des auf der sich drehenden Bürste (130) zurückgehaltenen Schmutzes zu verbessern, um dessen Auswerfen in die Sammeleinrichtung (150) zu gestatten.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Abstreifer (230) aus einer rechteckigen Klinge gebildet wird, die zwischen einem Paar von Platten befestigt ist und deren eine Kante so positioniert werden kann, dass sie die Borsten der sich drehenden Bürste (130) tangential berührt.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweiter Abstreifer (240) im Inneren der Kehrvorrichtung (100) angeordnet ist, um die automatische Reinigung der sich drehenden Bürste (130) zu gestatten, wenn die Kehrvorrichtung (100) vom Gerät hochgehoben wird und die sich drehende Bürste (100) durch ihren Antriebsmotor (140) in Drehung versetzt wird.
- Kehrvorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit mindestens einer zusätzlichen Bürste (250) ausgestattet ist.
