Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for opening a container, in particular a beverage container, and a method for fixing an active substance to such a device.
- Known beverage containers for example, consist of a cardboard reinforced metallized plastic film, which is often cuboid for space-saving transport and storage.
- a drinking straw can be used in the simplest case, with which a small separation membrane is pierced, which is formed by the aluminized plastic film.
- Resealable opening devices consist, for example, of a flap closure, which covers an opening, which is closed in the initial state of the beverage container by a film.
- a device for opening a container is known, with a screw on a bottle neck ring collar, through which a tablet holder can be fixed on the bottle opening.
- an actuating element pressure can be exerted on the tablet holder so that a side wall of the tablet holder facing the container contents breaks open and the tablet can be dispensed to the contents of the container.
- the ring collar can be unscrewed and the contents can be removed from the container.
- the actuating means is covered in the initial state inaccessible by a protective cap. In the initial state, the tablet is encapsulated in the tablet holder, in particular sealed liquid-tight.
- the invention has for its object to provide a device for opening a container with which an active ingredient is the content of the container zugebbar, and yet easy and inexpensive to manufacture and assemble and beyond easy and durable to use reliable.
- a method for the arrangement of the active substance is to be provided on such a device.
- the object is in a device for opening a container, in particular a beverage container, with an actuating element, in the actuation of which a solid phase active substance can be added to the contents of the container, achieved in that the active ingredient in the Actuating element and / or a further element of the device is fixed and that upon actuation of the actuating element of the first time the active substance from the actuating element and / or the further element is detachable and thereby the content of the container is zugebbar.
- the active ingredient is originally granular or powdered.
- the staking is preferably carried out by pressing with or without addition of moisture. This results in a compact drug unit on the device, which preferably does not disintegrate when loosening again in the initial state of a granulate or powder, but as a compact unit or at least only in larger fragments the content of the container is zugebbar.
- the addition may be made solely on the basis of weight or by the assistance of appropriate means for propelling or pushing the device.
- the dissolution of the active ingredient in the contents of the container can be accelerated by movement of the container.
- the device according to the invention can both be fixed to the container, for example, be glued, or be detachably screwed onto the container.
- the device is applicable to beverage containers offered under the brand Tetra Pak, in which case the device is preferably adhered to the completely filled and sealed beverage container.
- an opening can be introduced into an outer wall of the container.
- the device may comprise a further element which preferably forms in one piece a separating means for opening the container, in particular for severing a location provided for this purpose on the outer wall of the container Container, which may be formed, for example, only by an aluminum-coated plastic film.
- the active ingredient may be attributed to the contents of the container and / or the introduced opening may serve for the removal of the contents of the container.
- the device has at least one further element, wherein the active substance can be released by a relative movement occurring between the actuating element and the further element when the actuating element is actuated for the first time.
- the active ingredient may be fixed or hooked to an element and abut against the other element due to the relative movement or the entanglement can be released and released upon further relative movement of the first element.
- both the actuating element and the further element move when actuated, in particular there is an opposite rotational movement of these two elements.
- the actuating element is a cap, in particular a screw cap unscrewable from the container or from a further element of the device which can be fixed to the container.
- the container can also be closed again.
- the further element provided with the separating agent can be moved in the direction of the outer wall of the container to be opened and ultimately bring the opening into the container.
- the movement coupling between the actuating element and further element can only consist of the first opening operation and have a freewheel in the closing direction.
- the Coupling be provided only so far when you first press the actuator, as it is necessary for opening the container.
- the further element comprises interlocking means, in which the firmly attached active ingredient is hooked, which is preferably fixed at the same time to the actuating element or at least also hooked. If there is now a relative movement between the actuating element and the further element, a force is exerted on the fixation and / or hooking point between the active substance and the actuating element or the further element, which then leads to a release of the firmly attached active substance from the device.
- the interlocking means can be realized in many different ways, for example by a suitable regular or irregular surface structure, by grooves, openings, webs, elevations, etc., which ensure a movement coupling of the hooked active substance with the element, so that the active ingredient dissolves.
- the active ingredient is fastened to the actuating element and / or the further element of the device free of closure agent, and encapsulation of the active substance relative to the environment takes place only by attaching the device to the container.
- the container is a soft packaging for liquids, and by the active ingredient is added to the contents of the soft packaging, in particular a beverage, for example carbonic acid.
- a beverage for example carbonic acid.
- care must be taken to ensure that sufficient ventilation is ensured, for example by means of a corresponding valve function or a degassing opening of the device according to the invention or a corresponding device on the container.
- the device can also be used in other containers, especially in plastic or glass bottles, tin cans, canisters, barrels and the like, preferably for storing and transporting food, especially drinks.

- granular or powdery active substance is fixed to the actuating element and / or the further element, in particular is pressed under the action of pressure.
- a relatively smooth, in particular fine-pored or closed surface can form on the surface of the firmly-attached active substance, which advantageously reduces the surface area of the active ingredient.
- the active ingredient may also be present in the form of a suitably formed tablet, which is inserted into the device in a pre-assembly and preferably hooked there, that the tablet in a mounting position of the device to the container in which the opening of the device below, remains in the device.
- the active ingredient may be moistened before and / or during the compression.
- a predeterminable amount of water can be injected into the solid substance to be solidified.
- one or more such injection needles can be integrated into the plunger.
- the active ingredient can be moistened by steam, spray mist or the like or the fixing of the active ingredient can take place in correspondingly moist atmospheres.
- the active substance is pressed into the completely assembled device consisting of the actuating element and at least one further element, which device is then fixed to the container, in particular by means of a ringflanschelement is glued to the container.
- advantageously existing opening devices can be designed according to the invention by the above-described attachment of the active ingredient, so that a redesign of opening devices is not absolutely necessary.
- the attachment of the active substance can take place immediately before fixing the device to the container; As a result, even without a separate sealing membrane to meet the packaging of food high hygiene requirements to be met.
- Fig. 1 shows schematically a first embodiment of a device 1 according to the invention for opening a container 2, in particular a beverage container, with an actuating element 3, in the actuation of a present in solid phase active substance 4 to the contents 5 of the container 2 is zugebbar.
- the active ingredient 4 may be bicarbonate which forms carbonic acid when dissolved in the container 2.
