Description
- d'un moteur électrique comprenant un stator (non représenté) et un rotor en forme de culasse 1, entourant au moins partiellement le stator, solidaire d'un axe 2 tournant dans des paliers 3 ménagés dans le stator ;
- et d'une hélice 4 comportant un bol central 5 auquel sont fixées des pales 6.
- une parfaite réversibilité du montage du groupe moto-ventilateur ;
- une rapidité de ce même montage, au moins dans les cas où aucun outil n'est nécessaire à cet effet ;
- surtout, la possibilité de calculer au plus juste les dimensions des différentes pièces, puisque ces dimensions demeurent inchangées tout au long du montage et de la vie du groupe moto-ventilateur ; on n'a pas à tenir compte, en particulier, des incertitudes sur les dimensions définitives de rivets ou d'autres moyens de fixation de dimensions aléatoires ; on peut ainsi en toute sécurité minimiser les dimensions de l'ensemble, en particulier dans la direction axiale.
Claims (6)
- Groupe moto-ventilateur pour radiateur de circuit de refroidissement d'un véhicule, comprenant un stator, un rotor (1) en forme de culasse entourant au moins partiellement le stator et pourvu d'un axe (2), une hélice (4) pourvue de pales (6) solidaires d'un bol central (5) et des moyens de solidarisation directe du bol (5) au rotor (1), caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de solidarisation sont d'un type conservant une intégrité dimensionnelle entre un état avant assemblage du groupe moto-ventilateur et un état après assemblage du groupe moto-ventilateur.
- Groupe moto-ventilateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de solidarisation autorisent un démontage non destructif de l'hélice (4).
- Groupe moto-ventilateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de solidarisation comportent des ergots (9) ménagés sur l'une des pièces choisie parmi le rotor (1) et le bol (5) de l'hélice (4) et des logements (10) correspondants ménagés sur l'autre desdites pièces, et un clip élastique (11) monté sur l'axe (2) du rotor (1) poussant le bol (5) de l'hélice (4) contre le rotor (1).
- Groupe moto-ventilateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de solidarisation comportent des vis.
- Groupe moto-ventilateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de solidarisation comportent des boulons.
- Groupe moto-ventilateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de solidarisation comportent une baïonnette.
