Definitions
- the invention relates to a winding machine, with a pivotally mounted in the machine frame turning arm for at least two winding shafts.
- Such as Wendewickler (eg US 5 417 382 A ) winding machines are used in the manufacture of plastic films to continuously wind films.
- To safely insert a new web start of the web in an empty turret winder it is common in practice to introduce the web by hand into the machine and hang up on a winding shaft. This process is necessary when the machine is started or after a tear in the web.
- z. B. from the stretching machine the new beginning are transported by a group of rollers to the winder and there to an empty tube, which is arranged on a winding shaft, or directly applied to a winding shaft.
- the web is fed to the winder mostly from top to bottom running.
- the known machines are the winding shafts but stored laterally in the manner in the machine housing, that the operator can not lead the fauxgeknäulten web start laterally, but it must take at least one other operator fauxgeknäulten the web start and pull under the first winding shaft.
- this person since the other operator must go under the rotating winding shaft, this person may endanger it.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to improve a winding machine in such a way that an easier insertion of the web is made possible in the machine.
- the turning arm of the winding machine is pivotally mounted on a support arm which is attached to an inwardly extending support of the machine frame hanging down and ends at a distance from the ground, so that between the support arm with the thereto fixed turning arm and the bottom forms an open area.
- the webs may for example consist of films, whereby plastic, paper and aluminum foils can be processed. Combinations of these materials are also conceivable.
- the näulte web start is coming from the roll group of the winding machine coming from the operator manually under the first winding shaft on the second winding shaft or a separately mounted auxiliary winder and can then be wound up provisionally.
- the operator can now according to the invention move past the lateral turning arm for the winding shafts and pull the goods strand under the first winding shaft, without letting go of the strand of goods.
- Another advantage that results from the inventive storage for the turning arm is that the turning arm and the storage for the winding shaft can be easily maintained because the accessibility was much easier.
- the advantages of the invention are primarily in nonstop turret winder, whose axial length of the winding shaft is at least 4 meters, as at these latitudes the guiding of the material web under the first winding shaft is made possible only by a second operator.
- a preferred axial length of the winding shaft is between 7 and 10 meters.
- FIG. 1 the side view is shown on the winding station 1 a winding machine.
- the web 2 passes over a group of rollers 3, along the first winding shaft 4 and a deflection roller 5 to the second winding shaft 6 at the rear end of the machine.
- the winding shafts 4, 6 are pivotally mounted in a turning arm 7 and a turning plate 8.
- the insert 8 includes the motors for the pivoting operation and the separate drives 9, 10 for the winding shafts 4, 6.
- the turning arm 7 is in the machine frame 11 via a support 12 and on a support arm 13 hanging attached.
- the machine frame 11 and the carrier 12 located thereon is formed in such a way that the area 14 between the machine frame 11 and the turning arm 7 for an operator 15 is accessible.
- the embodiment shows a cross-sectionally C-shaped machine frame 11, including the carrier 12.
- the machine frame 11 in a different manner, such as with an R-shaped cross section.
- the short arm of the r would form the carrier 12, on which then the support arm 13 is mounted.
- the machine frame 11 is integrally formed and includes the carrier 12 and the support arm thirteenth
- Essential to the invention is that an area 16 below the support arm and the turning arm 7 attached thereto remains open, that is, the end of the support arm 13 is not enough zoom up to the hall floor or the lower end of the machine frame. Through this open area 16, the operator 15 is then able, during the insertion of the web 2, manually pull the fauxgeknäulten web start and to attach to the second winding shaft 6 or a corresponding auxiliary winding, not shown, without a second operator must intervene.
- the web 2 is pulled by the operator 15 manually after a break during production or the insertion of a new parent roll by the system. During manual pulling the web start is rotated by the operator 15, for better gripping or entangled, so the web 2 is initially uneven.
- the operator 15 carries the entangled web start of the web 2 over the roll group 3 and then under the first winding roll 4 away and then puts the entangled web start ultimately to the second winding shaft 6 at.
- the second winding shaft 6 After placing the entangled web start on the second winding shaft 6 or an empty tube not shown thereon, is on the drive 9 in the receptacle 8 the second winding shaft 6 is driven and the winding shaft 6 then alternatively pulls the web 2 as long as through the machine until the web 2 lies flat and in full width on the first winding shaft. After this insertion of the web 2, the automatic application system of the machine can attach the web 2 to the first winding shaft 4 and the web 2 can be wound up.
- the carrier 13 is arranged as part of the machine frame 11 at a height such that the operator 15 can pass under the carrier.
- this preferred embodiment is shown.
- the operator 15 can pass through the machine frame 11, so that it passes laterally on the winding shafts 4, 6. If the operator 15 now holds the tangled web beginning of the material web 2 in his hands, he can pass it through the open region 16 below the support arm 13 and the turning arm 7.
- the structure of a winding machine in the form described here is particularly suitable for winding shafts 4, 6 with an axial length of more than 4 meters and preferably for winding shafts 4, 6 with an axial length of 7 to 10 meters.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a winding machine, with a pivotally mounted in the machine frame turning arm for at least two winding shafts.
To retract the web start is geknäult together, which is detected on one side of the machine and pulled manually through the machine. In order not to wrap the zusammengeknäulten web start on the new empty tube of the first winding shaft, either with an auxiliary winder, which is located behind the machine, worked or it is wound on the second winding shaft of the machine, which is located at the rear end of the machine. The retraction is completed when the web is in full width and just. Thereafter, the automatic application system of the machine can create the web to the first inner winding shaft or an empty tube located there and the web can be wound up.
The web is fed to the winder mostly from top to bottom running. This means that the described zusammengeknäulte web start must be brought from above under the first winding shaft. In the known machines are the winding shafts but stored laterally in the manner in the machine housing, that the operator can not lead the zusammengeknäulten web start laterally, but it must take at least one other operator zusammengeknäulten the web start and pull under the first winding shaft. However, since the other operator must go under the rotating winding shaft, this person may endanger it.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to improve a winding machine in such a way that an easier insertion of the web is made possible in the machine.
This object is achieved in that the turning arm of the winding machine is pivotally mounted on a support arm which is attached to an inwardly extending support of the machine frame hanging down and ends at a distance from the ground, so that between the support arm with the thereto fixed turning arm and the bottom forms an open area.
Due to the construction of the turning winder according to the invention, the operator is now able to guide the material web in the area of the turret winder alone and without danger. The webs may for example consist of films, whereby plastic, paper and aluminum foils can be processed. Combinations of these materials are also conceivable. The geknäulte web start is coming from the roll group of the winding machine coming from the operator manually under the first winding shaft on the second winding shaft or a separately mounted auxiliary winder and can then be wound up provisionally. In this case, the operator can now according to the invention move past the lateral turning arm for the winding shafts and pull the goods strand under the first winding shaft, without letting go of the strand of goods. Another advantage that results from the inventive storage for the turning arm, is that the turning arm and the storage for the winding shaft can be easily maintained because the accessibility was much easier.
The advantages of the invention are primarily in nonstop turret winder, whose axial length of the winding shaft is at least 4 meters, as at these latitudes the guiding of the material web under the first winding shaft is made possible only by a second operator. A preferred axial length of the winding shaft is between 7 and 10 meters.
- FIG. 1
- the side view of a winding machine with a pivotable turning arm for two winding shafts,
- FIG. 2
- a front view, against the web running direction, on the winding shafts and their attachment in the machine frame.
In
Essential to the invention is that an
The
In
The structure of a winding machine in the form described here is particularly suitable for winding
