Claims (10)

  1. Mobile Vorrichtung zur Erfassung der Geschwindigkeit und zur Identifizierung von Landfahrzeugen, welche aus einem Wagen (1) besteht, auf dem eine Kamera (103) und eine Geschwindigkeitserfassungseinrichtung (101) angeordnet sind, und welche ferner elektronische Steuerungsschaltungen zum Erfassen der von der Erfassungseinrichtung (101) gemessenen Geschwindigkeit eines Fahrzeugs (3) und, wenn diese Geschwindigkeit einen vorgegebenen Schwellwert übersteigt, zum Auslösen der Kamera (103) zum Aufnehmen eines Bildes des Fahrzeugs (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie des weiteren Verarbeitungseinrichtungen (104) zum Extrahieren und Erkennen des amtlichen Kennzeichens des Fahrzeugs (3) aus dem von der Kamera (103) aufgenommenen Bild aufweist, sowie dadurch, daß die Kamera (103) und die Geschwindigkeitserfassungseinrichtung (101) auf einem Träger (100) montiert sind, der sich von einer Basis (130) aus vertikal erstreckt und die Stabilität der Gesamtanordnung bewirkt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Träger (100) einen unteren Teil (100a) aufweist, der an der Basis (130) befestigt ist, sowie einen oberen Teil (100b), der mittels Verschwenkeinrichtungen (120) so mit dem unteren Teil (100a) verbunden ist, daß er um ca. 180° um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbar ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Kamera (103) und die Geschwindigkeitserfassungseinrichtung (101) an dem oberen Teil (100b) des Trägers (100) befestigt sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Träger (100) ein Mast ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Träger (100) eine Höhe von zwischen 2 m und 3 m besitzt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Basis (130) Versorgungsbatterien enthält.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Basis (130) Rollen (134) zum Erleichtern des Transports des Wagens (1) aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Träger (100) Verschwenkeinrichtungen aufweist, die ein Verschwenken um ca. 90° um eine horizontale Achse bezogen auf die Basis (130) ermöglichen, so daß er in einer horizontalen Position angeordnet werden kann.
  9. Mobiles System zur Erfassung der Geschwindigkeit und zur Identifizierung von Landfahrzeugen, welches eine Anzeige ihrer Geschwindigkeit und ihres amtlichen Kennzeichens ermöglicht, mit einer mobilen Vorrichtung (1) zur Erfassung der Geschwindigkeit und zur Identifizierung von Landfahrzeugen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, und mindestens einer veränderlichen Nachrichtentafel (2), wobei:
    die mobile Vorrichtung (1) zur Erfassung der Geschwindigkeit und zur Identifizierung von Landfahrzeugen und mindestens eine veränderliche Nachrichtentafel (2) am Rand einer Straße angeordnet sind;
    mindestens eine veränderliche Nachrichtentafel (2) in Fahrtrichtung nach der mobilen Vorrichtung (1) zur Erfassung der Geschwindigkeit und zur Identifizierung von Landfahrzeugen angeordnet ist und derart ausgerichtet ist, daß sie von der Straße aus gut sichtbar ist;
    mindestens eine veränderliche Nachrichtentafel (2) von der mobilen Vorrichtung (1) zur Erfassung der Geschwindigkeit und zur Identifizierung von Landfahrzeugen die Geschwindigkeit und das amtliche Kennzeichen eines Fahrzeugs (3) empfängt, das mit einer über einem vorausgehend definierten Schwellwert liegenden Geschwindigkeit fährt, und diese so anzeigt, daß sie für den Fahrer des Fahrzeugs (3) lesbar sind.
  10. Mobiles System zur Erfassung der Geschwindigkeit und zur Identifizierung von Landfahrzeugen nach Anspruch 9, wobei mindestens eine veränderliche Nachrichtentafel (2) auf einem Anhänger (20) angeordnet ist, der dazu ausgerüstet ist, die mobile Vorrichtung (1) zur Erfassung der Geschwindigkeit und zur Identifizierung von Landfahrzeugen aufnehmen und auch transportieren zu können.
