Abstract
Description
- le support comporte une partie inférieure fixée à la base et une partie supérieure connectée à ladite partie inférieure par des moyens de pivotement de manière à pouvoir pivoter d'environ 180° autour d'un axe horizontal, ce qui permet de replier le dispositif pour en réduire l'encombrement lors de son transport et de son entreposage;
- la caméra et le détecteur de vitesse sont fixés à la partie supérieure du support ;
- le support est un mât ;
- le support a une hauteur comprise entre 2 m et 3m, de préférence d'environ 2,50 m, car le présent inventeur s'est rendu compte que, sur un chantier, il est avantageux de placer la caméra et le détecteur de vitesse à une hauteur relativement élevée ; le support étant pliable, l'encombrement du dispositif lors de son transport et de son entreposage reste réduit;
- la base contient des batteries d'alimentation, ce qui rend le dispositif autonome du point de vue énergétique ; accessoirement, les batteries peuvent avoir une fonction de lest ;
- la base comporte des roulettes pour faciliter le transport du chariot ; et
- le support comporte des moyens de pivotement permettant un pivotement d'environ 90° autour d'un axe horizontal par rapport à la base, de manière à se disposer en position horizontale pour réduire ultérieurement l'encombrement du dispositif.
D'autres caractéristiques, détails et avantages de l'invention ressortiront à la lecture de la description faite en référence aux dessins annexés donnés à titre d'exemple et dans lesquels :
- un ordinateur embarqué qui reçoit la valeur de la vitesse mesurée par le radar 101, la compare à un seuil prédéterminé et, si elle dépasse ce seuil, déclenche la caméra 103 et le flash 102, acquiert une image d'une voiture en excès de vitesse et, par l'intermédiaire des moyens (logiciels) d'élaboration 104 en extrait le numéro de plaque du véhicule ;
- un modem et un transmetteur radio ou GSM, pour transmettre la vitesse et le numéro de plaque de la voiture en excès de vitesse au panneau 2 ; et
- éventuellement d'autres circuits auxiliaires, tels qu'un stabilisateur de la tension d'alimentation de l'ordinateur embarqué, du modem, du transmetteur, du radar 101, du flash 102 et de la caméra 103 (12 V continu, en général) et une alarme pour prévenir des actes de vandalisme.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif mobile de détection de vitesse et d'identification de véhicules terrestres constitué par un chariot (1) sur lequel sont disposés une caméra (103) et un détecteur de vitesse (101), comprenant aussi des circuits électroniques de contrôle pour acquérir la vitesse d'un véhicule (3) mesurée par le détecteur (101) et, si cette vitesse dépasse un seuil prédéfini, déclencher la caméra (103) pour acquérir une image dudit véhicule (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également des moyens d'élaboration (104) pour extraire et reconnaítre le numéro d'immatriculation du véhicule (3) de l'image acquise par la caméra (103), et en ce que la caméra (103) et le détecteur de vitesse (101) sont montés sur un support (100) s'étendant verticalement à partir d'une base (130) qui assure la stabilité de l'ensemble.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le support (100) comporte une partie inférieure (100a) fixée à la base (130) et une partie supérieure (100b) connectée à ladite partie inférieure (100a) par des moyens de pivotement (120), de manière à pouvoir pivoter d'environ 180° autour d'un axe horizontal.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la caméra (103) et le détecteur de vitesse (101) sont fixés à la partie supérieure (100b) du support (100).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le support (100) est un mât.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le support (100) a une hauteur comprise entre 2 m et 3 m.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la base (130) contient des batteries d'alimentation.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la base (130) comporte des roulettes (134) pour faciliter le transport du chariot (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le support (100) comporte des moyens de pivotement permettant un pivotement d'environ 90° autour d'un axe horizontal par rapport à la base (130), de manière à se disposer en position horizontale.
- Système mobile de détection de vitesse et d'identification de véhicules terrestres permettant l'affichage de leur vitesse et de leur numéro d'immatriculation, comportant un dispositif mobile de détection de vitesse et d'identification de véhicules terrestres (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et au moins un panneau à message variable (2), dans lequel :le dispositif mobile de détection de vitesse et d'identification de véhicules terrestres (1) et au moins un panneau à message variable (2) sont disposés au bord d'une route ;au moins un panneau à message variable (2) est disposé en aval, dans le sens de la circulation, par rapport au dispositif mobile de détection de vitesse et d'identification de véhicules terrestres (1), et il est orienté de façon à être facilement visible depuis la route ;au moins un panneau à message variable (2) reçoit du dispositif mobile de détection de vitesse et d'identification de véhicules terrestres (1) la vitesse et le numéro d'immatriculation d'un véhicule (3) qui roule à une vitesse supérieure à un seuil prédéfini et les affiche d'une manière lisible pour le conducteur dudit véhicule (3).
- Système mobile de détection de vitesse et d'identification de véhicules terrestres selon la revendication 9, dans lequel au moins un panneau à message variable (2) est placé sur une remorque (20) équipée pour pouvoir contenir et transporter également le dispositif mobile de détection de vitesse et d'identification de véhicules terrestres (1).
