Claims (22)

  1. Steife Verpackung für Tabakwaren; die Verpackung (1) weist einen ersten Behälter (3) auf, der ein offenes Ende (4) aufweist und einen Deckel (5), der über ein Scharnier am ersten Behälter (3) angeschlagen und zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung und einer Schließstellung zum Öffnen beziehungsweise Schließen des offenen Endes (4) schwenkbar ist; wenn sich der Deckel (5) in der Schließstellung befindet, hat der erste Behälter (3) im Wesentlichen die Form eines Parallelepipeds und weist je eine obere und eine untere, Endwand (7, 8) und eine Seitenfläche auf, die mit den Endwänden (7, 8) verbunden ist und je eine vordere und eine hintere, größere Seitenwand (10, 11), zwei kleinere Seitenwände (9), vier Längskanten (12), jeweils definiert zwischen einer größeren Seitenwand (10; 11) und einer kleineren Seitenwand (9), und acht Querkanten (13), jeweils definiert zwischen einer Endwand (7; 8) und einer Seitenwand (9; 10; 11) auf; der Deckel (5) ist angeschlagen entlang einem Scharnier (6), das in der hinteren größeren Seitenwand (11) gebildet ist und im Wesentlichen parallel zu den Längskanten (12) verläuft, wobei der Deckel (5) einen Teil der Endwände (7, 8), einen Teil der größeren Seitenwände (10, 11) und eine kleinere Seitenwand (9) umfasst; und die Verpackung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie einen zweiten Behälter (14) zur Aufnahme der Tabakwaren (2) aufweist und verschiebbar im ersten Behälter (3) angeordnet ist, um in Bezug auf den ersten Behälter (3) zwischen einer Einschubstellung, in der der zweite Behälter (14) völlig in den ersten Behälter (3) eingeschoben ist, und einer Auszugstellung, in der ein Teil des zweiten Behälters (14) aus dem ersten Behälter 3(3) herausgezogen ist und am offenen Ende (4) des ersten Behälters (3) vorsteht, verschoben werden zu können.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Schließstellung des Deckels (5) zumindest an der vorderen größeren Seitenwand (10) eine Kante (31) des Deckels (5) von einer Kante (32) des ersten Behälters (3) gelöst wird, um den darunter liegenden zweiten Behälter (14) teilweise freizulegen.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang der vorderen größeren Seitenwand (10) des ersten Behälters (3) die Kante (31) des Deckels (5) parallel zur Kante (32) des ersten Behälters(3) ist, so dass der Abstand zwischen der Kante (31) und dem Deckel (5) und der Kante (32) des ersten Behälters (3) konstant ist.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang der vorderen größeren Seitenwand (10) des ersten Behälters (3) der Abstand zwischen der Kante (31) und dem Deckel (5) und der Kante (32) des ersten Behälters (3) variiert.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Schließstellung des Deckels (5) an den Endwänden (7m 8) die Kante (31) des Deckels (5) im Wesentlichen mit der Kante (32) des ersten Behälters (3) in Kontakt ist.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kante (31) des Deckels (5) und die Kante (32) des ersten Behälters (3) durch eine gerade Linie definiert sind.
  7. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kante (31) des Deckels (5) und die Kante (32) des ersten Behälters (3) durch eine gewinkelte Linie definiert sind.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kante (31) des Deckels (5) und die Kante (32) des ersten Behälters (3) durch eine gekrümmte Linie definiert sind.
  9. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Behälter (14) im Wesentlichen die Form eines Parallelepipeds hat und je eine obere und eine untere Endwand (15, 16) und eine durch die Endwände (15, 16) verbundene Seitenfläche sowie je eine vordere und eine hintere größere Seitenwand (17), zwei kleinere Seitenwände (18), vier jeweils durch eine größere Seitenwand (17) und zwei kleinere Seitenwände (18) definierte Längskanten (19), acht jeweils zwischen einer Endwand (15; 16) und einer Seitenwand (17; 18) definierte Querkanten (20) aufweist; wobei die obere Endwand (15) des zweiten Behälters (14) einen offenen Teil (21) aufweist, durch den die Tabakwaren (2) aus dem zweiten Behälter (14) herausgezogen werden, wenn sich der zweite Behälter (14) in der Auszugstellung befindet.
  10. Verpackung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanten (19) des zweiten Behälters (14) als gerundete Kanten ausgeführt sind.
  11. Verpackung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanten (12) des ersten Behälters (3) als quadratische Kanten ausgeführt sind.
  12. Verpackung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanten (12) des ersten Behälters (3) als gerundete Kanten ausgeführt sind.
  13. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Behälter (14) geformt ist aus je einem flachen Rohling (23), der zwei Gruppen (24) von Längsrillenlinien (25) und eine Anzahl von Querrillenlinien (26) aufweist, welche zwischen den zwei Gruppen (24) von Längsrillenlinien (25) eine erste, einen Teil der oberen Endwand (15) bildende Tafel (15'), eine zweite, eine größere Seitenwand (17) bildende Tafel (17'), eine dritte, die untere Bodenwand (16) bildende Tafel (16'), eine vierte, die andere größere Seitenwand (17) bildende Tafel (17") und eine fünfte, einen Teil der oberen Endwand (15) bildende Tafel (15") definieren; wobei die zweite Tafel (17') zwei erste Flügel (18') aufweist, die zwischen den gegenüber liegenden Seiten der zweiten Tafel (17') angeordnet sind, durch die zwei Gruppen (24) von Längsrillenlinien (25) von der zweiten Tafel (17') getrennt sind und die jeweiligen Bereiche der kleineren Seitenwände (18) bilden; wobei die vierte Tafel (17'') zwei zweite Flügel (18'') aufweist, die zwischen den gegenüber liegenden Seiten der vierten Tafel (17") angeordnet sind, durch die zwei Gruppen (24) von Längsrillenlinien (25) von der vierten Tafel (17") getrennt sind und die jeweiligen Bereiche der kleineren Seitenwände (18) bilden; wobei jede Gruppe (24) der Längsrillenlinien (25) eine Anzahl von Längsrillenlinien (25) aufweist.
  14. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Behälter (3) geformt ist aus je einem flachen Rohling (27), der zwei Längsrillenlinien (28) und eine Anzahl von Querrillenlinien (29) aufweist, welche zwischen den zwei Längsrillenlinien (28) eine erste, einen Teil der vorderen größeren Seitenwand (10) bildende Tafel (10'), eine zweite, eine kleinere Seitenwand (9) bildende Tafel (9'), eine dritte, die hintere größere Seitenwand (11) bildende Tafel (11'), eine vierte, die andere kleinere Seitenwand (9) bildende Tafel (9") und eine fünfte, den Rest der vorderen größeren Seitenwand (10) bildenden Tafel (10'') definieren; wobei die erste, dritte und fünfte Tafel (10', 11', 10'') jeweils Paare von Flügeln (7', 8') aufweisen, die auf den gegenüber liegenden Seiten der ersten/dritten/fünften Tafel (10', 11', 10'') angeordnet sind, durch die Längsrillenlinien (28) von ersten/dritten/fünften Tafel (10', 11', 10") getrennt sind und die Endwände (7, 8) bilden; wobei jeder Flügel (7', 8') der dritten Tafel (11') zwei Flügel (9''') aufweist, die an den gegenüber liegenden Ende des Flügels (7', 8') angeordnet sind, durch die Querrillenlinien (29) voneinander getrennt sind und die jeweiligen inneren Bereiche der kleineren Seitenwände (9) bilden
  15. Verpackung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Kante (12; 13; 19; 20) von mindestens einem der Behälter (3; 14) als nichtquadratische Kante ausgeführt ist.
  16. Verpackung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Kante (12; 13; 19; 20) von mindestens einem der Behälter (3; 14) als gerundete, nichtquadratische Kante ausgeführt ist.
  17. Verpackung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Kante (12; 13; 19; 20) von mindestens einem der Behälter (3; 14) als abgefaste, nichtquadratische Kante ausgeführt ist.
  18. Verpackung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Seitenwand (9; 10; 11; 17; 18) von mindestens einem Behälter (3; 14) ein nach außen gerichtetes, konvexes Profil aufweist, entlang einer scharfen Längskante (12; 19) mit mindestens einer zugeordneten Seitenwand (9; 10; 11; 17; 18) verbunden ist und die Seitenwand (9; 10; 11; 17; 18) in einem im Wesentlichen stumpfen, von zwei Flächen begrenzten Winkel schneidet.
  19. Verpackung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Seitenwand (9; 10; 11; 17; 18) von mindestens einem Behälter (3; 14) ein nach außen gerichtetes, konvexes Profil aufweist, entlang einer scharfen Längskante (13; 20) mit mindestens einer zugeordneten Endwand (7; 8; 15; 16) verbunden ist und die Endwand 7; 8; 15; 16) in einem im Wesentlichen stumpfen, von zwei Flächen begrenzten Winkel schneidet.
  20. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kleinere Seitenwand (9) des ersten Behälters (3) auf der dem Deckel (5) gegenüber liegenden Seite mindestens ein Durchgangsloch (22) aufweist, das so bemessen ist, dass es das Einführung eines Fingers eines Anwenders gestattet.
  21. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Anschlagmittel zur Begrenzung der Verschiebbarkeit des zweiten Behälters (14) im Verhältnis zum ersten Behälter (3) aufweist, um ein Loslösen des zweiten Behälter (14) vom ersten Behälter (3) zu verhindern.
  22. Verpackung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagmittel mindestens eine erste, an einer jeweils größeren Seitenwand (17) des zweiten Behälters (13) am zweiten Behälter (14) nach außen vorstehende Zunge und eine zweite, an einer jeweils größeren Seitenwand (10; 11) des ersten Behälters (3) am ersten Behälter (3) nach innen vorstehende und in der Nähe des offenen Endes (4) des ersten Behälters (3) angeordnete Zunge aufweisen; wobei die erste und zweite Zunge so angeordnet ist, dass die erste Zunge mit der zweiten Zungen in Eingriff kommt, wenn der zweite Behälter (14) aus dem ersten Behälter (3) geschoben wird.
