Claims (14)
- Einrichtung zur Anzeige der Auslösung eines elektrischen Schutzschalters wie zum Beispiel eines Leistungsschalters mit einem Isolierstoffgehäuse, in dem ein Kontaktpaar aus einem beweglichen und einem feststehenden Kontakt angeordnet ist, wobei der bewegliche Kontakt entweder manuell über einen mechanisch mit einem Tragkörper des beweglichen Kontakts verbundenen Kipphebel, welcher Kipphebel zwischen einer Einschaltstellung und einer Ausschaltstellung der Kontakte verschwenkt werden kann und durch eine Kipphebelfeder in Richtung der Ausschaltstellung beaufschlagt wird, oder automatisch über einen Mechanismus betätigt werden kann, welche Anzeigeeinrichtung- ein bewegliches System (E), das den Tragkörper des genannten beweglichen Kontakts umfasst, der zwischen den beiden genannten Stellungen verdreht werden kann und über ein Übertragungsglied mit dem Kipphebel verbunden ist, derart dass eine lösbare mechanische Verbindung zwischen der Einrichtung und dem Kipphebel gebildet wird,- ein Auslösemittel, das durch einen Auslöser angesteuert wird, um bei Auftreten eines elektrischen Fehlers die Unterbrechung der genannten mechanischen Verbindung und als Folge davon die automatische Auslösung des Mechanismus' (M) sowie die Trennung der Kontakte unabhängig vom Kipphebel zu bewirken, und- ein Anzeigemittel (3) zur Anzeige des Ausgelöstzustands des Leistungsschalters umfasst,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte bewegliche System (E) ein von der Ausschaltgeschwindigkeit der Kontakte (1, 2) abhängiges, veränderliches Profil aufweist, wobei die genannte Geschwindigkeit davon abhängt, ob es sich um eine manuelle Abschaltung oder eine Abschaltung als Folge eines elektrischen Fehlers handelt, und das genannte Profil so ausgebildet ist, dass das genannte System (E) nur bei einer fehlerbedingten automatischen Abschaltung der Kontakte (1, 2) auf das Anzeigemittel (S) wirkt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte bewegliche System (E) eine Übertragungsstange (7) umfasst, die mit einem ihrer Enden am Kipphebel (3) angelenkt ist und über ihr anderes Ende gelenkig mit einem Haken (8) verbunden ist, wobei der genannte Haken (8) seinerseits am Tragkörper (5) des beweglichen Kontakts (2) angelenkt ist, mit dem Auslösemittel (9) zusammenwirkt und ein Betätigungsmittel (12) umfasst, das dazu dient, bei einer fehlerbedingten Abschaltung der Kontakte (1, 2) auf das Anzeigemittel (S) zu wirken.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kipphebel (3) und der Tragkörper (5) des beweglichen Kontakts (2) jeweils durch eine Feder (4, 6) in Richtung der Ausschaltstellung beaufschlagt werden, wobei die Massenträgheit des Kipphebels (3), des Hakens (8) und des Tragkörpers (5) sowie die Rückstellkraft der Federn (4, 6) des Kipphebels (3) bzw. des Tragkörpers (5) so bemessen sind, dass bei einer fehlerbedingten Abschaltung die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Hakens (8) wesentlich größer ist als die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Kipphebels (3).
- Einrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (8) und die genannte Übertragungsstange (7) so ausgelegt sind, dass der Haken (8) bei einer manuellen Abschaltung nicht auf das Anzeigemittel (S) wirkt.
- Einrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragkörper (5) eine Drehscheibe umfasst, an welcher Drehscheibe ein Mittel (13) ausgebildet ist, um das Anzeigemittel (S) in Richtung einer Stellung zu beaufschlagen, in der dieses Mittel einen Einschaltzustand der Kontakte (1, 2) nach einer manuellen Einschaltung anzeigt.
- Einrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anzeigemittel (S) eine mechanische oder elektrische Sichtanzeige umfasst.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anzeigemittel (S) einen Schieber (11) umfasst, der mit einem im Gehäuse (B) ausgebildeten Sichtfenster (O) so zusammenwirkt, dass der Schaltzustand des Schaltgeräts angezeigt wird.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Schieber (11) geradlinig verschiebbar an der Oberseite des Schaltgeräts montiert ist, wobei der Schieber (11) zwei stabile Stellungen einnehmen kann.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Definition der beiden genannten Stellungen durch ein Reibungselement oder durch Federzungen erfolgt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Haken (8) eine Rastnase (12) zur Betätigung des genannten Schiebers (11) umfasst.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Drehscheibe (5) einen Vorsprung (13) umfasst, der dazu dient, mit einem Teil des Schiebers (11) zusammenzuwirken, um den genannten Schieber (11) in eine Stellung zu verbringen, in der er einen Nicht-Ausgelöst-Zustand des Mechanismus' (M) nach manueller Einschaltung des Schaltgeräts anzeigt.
- Einrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Anzeigemittel (S) ein mit Licht- oder Infrarotstrahlung arbeitendes Erfassungsglied umfasst, das eine Sammelanzeige für mehrere nebeneinander montierte Schaltgeräte erlaubt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehscheibe (5) einen gegenüber dem ersten Vorsprung (13) angeordneten zweiten Vorsprung umfasst, welcher zweite Vorsprung mit dem Schieber (11) zusammenwirkt, um durch eine Zwischenstellung des Schiebers (11) eine EIN-/AUS-Stellung anzuzeigen.
- Elektrischer Schutzschalter mit einer Einrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
