Der Sack 16 wird beim Vernähen von einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 17 an der Sackfahne gehalten und zwar unterhalb einer durch die Lage der Nähnadel bestimmten horizontalen Vernählinie 34. Die Vorrichtung 17 umfaßt zwei mehrgliedrige bewegliche Arme 18, 19 mit Klemmitteln, die mittels hier nicht dargestellter Stellzylinder von der Sackfahne 15 weggeschwenkt oder unter Einklemmen der Sackfahne auf gleiche Höhe miteinander in Anlage gebracht werden können. Die Mittel zur Betätigung der mehrgliedrigen Arme sind nicht im einzelnen dargestellt. Die Vorrichtung 17 als Ganzes ist in Richtung der Sackfahne 15 mit dem Sack 16 verfahrbar. Die Arme 18, 19 können hierbei insbesondere mit einem Schlitten verbunden sein, der gleichzeitig den Sack selber trägt und verschiebt, um eine synchrone Bewegung zwischen Sack 16 und Vorrichtung 17 zu gewährleisten.In FIG. 1 a part of a sewing station is shown, wherein a sewing machine 11 can be seen, which is provided with a pivot axis 12 which is held in a pivot bearing 13. The sewing machine 11 is shown in the drawing in its working position. It comprises a portal 14, through which the bag lug 15 of a filled bag 16 can be passed for sewing. In Figur 2 ist die Vorrichtung 17 mit dem Sack 16 ohne die Nähmaschine gezeigt. Hierbei ist besser erkennbar, daß die Arme 18, 19 unterschiedlich gestaltet sind. Der Arm 18 umfaßt zwei Wangen 20, 21, die als Parallelhebel ausgebildet sind und in zwei Paaren von Schwingarmen gelagert sind. Die Wangen 20, 21 tragen zwei Befestigungslaschen 22, 23, an denen unmittelbar eine horizontale Leiste 26 befestigt ist. Die Verbindung der Wangen 20, 21 mit den Befestigungslaschen 22, 23 erfolgt über Federbleche 24, 25, die die Befestigungslaschen 22, 23 und damit die Leiste 26 in ihrer Längsrichtung elastisch an den Wangen 20, 21 halten, die im wesentlichen starr sind. Der zweite Arm 19 weist zwei Wangen 28, 29 auf, die unmittelbar eine Führungsleiste 27 tragen, an der zwei einzelne Stopper axial verstellbar befestigt sind. Die Stopper sind so eingestellt, daß sie die Sackfahne 15 des Sackes 16 auf möglichst großer Länge gegen die Leiste 26 fixieren. Die Arme 18, 19 sind an mehrteiligen Ständern 30, 31 befestigt.In FIG. 2 the device 17 is shown with the bag 16 without the sewing machine. The second arm 19 has two cheeks 28, 29, which directly bear a guide rail 27, are attached to the two individual stoppers axially adjustable. The stoppers are adjusted so that they fix the bag lug 15 of the bag 16 as long as possible against the bar 26. The arms 18, 19 are attached to multi-part uprights 30, 31.

In Figur 3 ist der Arm 19 als Einzelheit dargestellt. Es sind die beiden Wangen 20, 21, die beiden Befestigungslaschen 22, 23 sowie die Federbleche 24, 25 mit ihren Verschraubungen deutlich erkennbar. Es ist darauf hinzuweisen, daß die Verschraubungen an den Wangen 20, 21 am äußersten Ende angebracht sind, während die Verschraubungen an den Befestigungslaschen 22, 23 mit Abstand zum freien Ende angeordnet sind. Der axiale Abstand zwischen den Wangen 20, 21 ist größer als der axiale Abstand zwischen den Befestigungslaschen 22, 23, wobei die Federbleche 24, 25 S-förmig verkröpft sind. Dies hat zur Folge, daß ein Auslenken der Leiste 26 in ihrer Längsrichtung in die eine oder andere Richtung jeweils gegen die Rückstellkraft der Federbleche solange erfolgen kann, bis die in Bewegungsrichtung vordere der Befestigungslaschen flächig an ihrem Federblech anliegt. Der Federweg der Leiste 26 ist damit mit einfachen Mitteln begrenzt. Die Leiste 26 kann ein Gummi-MetallElement sein.In FIG. 3 the arm 19 is shown as a detail. In Figur 4 ist der Arm 19 mit seinen Einzelheiten gezeigt. Hierbei ist an den Wangen 28, 29 unmittelbar eine Stange 27 fest angeordnet, auf der die konischen Stopper 32, 33 in Richtung der Stange 27 horizontal verstellbar angeordnet sind. Wie bereits vorher beschrieben, können durch Schwenken der Arme die Stopper 32, 33 in Anlage mit der zuvor genannten Leiste gebracht werden. Die Bewegung der federnd gelagerten Leiste können die Stopper im wesentlichen durch ihre elastische Ausbildung als konisches Gummielement nachvollziehen. Das gleiche gilt für die zwischen den Stoppern und der Leiste eingeklemmte Sackfahne.In FIG. 4 the arm 19 is shown with its details. In Figur 5 ist das vordere Ende des Arms 18 gezeigt, wobei Teile der nicht näher bezeichneten Schwingarme sowie die Wangen 20, 21 erkennbar sind. Weiterhin ist die Leiste 26 mit den daran befestigten Befestigungslaschen 22, 23 sowie die Federbleche 24, 25 erkennbar. Es ist deutlich, daß der Abstand der Wangen 20, 21 in Längsrichtung der Leiste größer ist als der Abstand der Befestigungslaschen 22, 23. Die Federbleche sind mit ersten Schraubengruppen 36, 37 bereits fest an den Wangen 20, 21 angeschraubt. Dagegen sind zweite Schraubengruppen 38, 39 noch nicht fest mit den Befestigungslaschen 22, 23 verschraubt. Die Federbleche 24, 25 sind daher noch in einer ebenen Ausgangsform und haben einen Abstand gegenüber den Befestigungslaschen 22, 23. Bei einem Anziehen der Schraubengruppen 38, 39 verkröpfen sich die Federbleche symmetrisch zueinander in S-Form. Bei Schwingungen der Leiste 36 in Längsrichtung ist infolge dessen der Weg dadurch begrenzt, daß sich eine der Befestigungslaschen 22, 23 flächig an das entsprechende in seine ebene Ausgangsform zurückfedernde Federblech anlegt. An die aus Metall bestehende Leiste 26 ist eine Gummilippe 35 angeschraubt.In FIG. 5 the front end of the arm 18 is shown, wherein parts of the unspecified oscillating arms and the cheeks 20, 21 can be seen. When tightening the screw groups 38, 39, the spring plates verkröpfen symmetrical to each other in S-shape. As a result, in vibrations of the strip 36 in the longitudinal direction, the path is limited by the fact that one of the fastening tabs 22, 23 applies in a planar manner to the corresponding spring plate which springs back into its flat initial shape. At the existing metal strip 26, a rubber lip 35 is screwed.

Claims (5)

  1. A method of handling an upstanding filled bag with a closed bag flap while the bag flap is being sewn up in a sewing station, wherein the bag flap (15), when passing through the sewing station is held so as to be clamped in underneath a sewing line in clamping means (26, 32, 33) which can be guided along underneath a sewing position and which are arranged at two pivotable arms (18, 19),
    characterised in
    that when passing through the sewing station, the clamping means (26, 32, 33) of the bag flap (15) are elastically resiliently held in the passing-through direction at at least one of the arms (18).
  2. A device for handling an upstanding bag with a closed bag flap while the bag flap is being sewn up in a sewing station, comprising two pivotable arms (18, 19) with clamping means (26, 32, 33) which are able to fix the closed bag flap (15) underneath a sewing line, and comprising feeding means for the arms (18, 19) by means of which the clamping means (26, 32, 33) can be guided along underneath a sewing position,
    characterised in
    that in the working direction of the sewing machine, the clamping means are resiliently arranged at at least one of the arms (18) in the feeding and sewing-up direction.
  3. A device according to claim 2,
    characterised in
    that the clamping means comprise a strip (26) at one of the arms (18) and two stoppers (32, 33) at the other one of the arms (19), which strip (26) and stoppers (32, 33) can be made to contact one another for the purpose of clamping in the closed bag flap at its ends.
  4. A device according to claim 3,
    that one of the arms (28) comprises two cheeks (20, 21) and that the clamping means, more particularly the strip (26), are held by two fixing brackets (22, 23) and
    that the cheeks (20, 21) and the fixing brackets (22, 23) are connected in pairs by means of spring plates (24, 25).
  5. A device according to claim 4,
    characterised in
    that the distances between the cheeks (20, 21) and the fixing brackets (22, 23) deviate slightly from one another and
    that the spring plates (24, 25) are crimped in an S-like way in opposite directions relative to one another.
