Claims (6)
- Dispositif de dosage pour peintures en dispersion, par lequel une peinture en dispersion est réalisée à partir de plusieurs composants de couleurs aqueux dans la combinaison souhaitée, comportant un récipient mélangeur (1) et un réservoir (2, 3) pour chaque composant de couleur, chaque réservoir (2, 3) étant relié via une conduite d'alimentation (11, 12) à une tête mélangeuse (15) dans la région d'amenée vers le récipient mélangeur (1), chaque conduite d'alimentation (11, 12) présentant une soupape de dosage (16, 17) dans la région d'amenée et les soupapes de dosage (16, 17) étant reliées à un dispositif de commande (22) pour commander le dosage des composants de couleurs selon la composition souhaitée, caractérisé en ce que les réservoirs (2, 3) pour les composants de couleurs aqueux sont formés, pour protéger d'infections microbiennes, par des sacs étanches à l'eau avec un volume de remplissage de 200 I à 1500 I, dont le volume intérieur se contracte au vidage de manière correspondante au volume du contenu, les sacs étant placés respectivement sur une palette (4, 5) qui est pourvue d'un montant (6, 7) auquel est suspendu le sac respectif, les conduites d'alimentation (11, 12) étant raccordées à la région inférieure du sac respectif et une pompe d'alimentation (14, 15) étant prévue dans chaque conduite d'alimentation (11, 12).
- Dispositif de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une balance (18) pour peser le récipient mélangeur (1).
- Dispositif de dosage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un vibrateur (19) est agencé à côté de la balance (18).
- Dispositif de dosage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (22) est pourvu d'une imprimante (25) pour une étiquette à appliquer sur le récipient mélangeur (1).
- Dispositif de dosage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'imprimante (25) imprime sur l'étiquette les données destinées au décompte à la caisse.
- Utilisation du dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, pour réaliser et fournir à des clients finaux des peintures en dispersion aqueuses.
