Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Siloauslaufverteiler der unter einem Schüttgutsilo angeordnet ist und das abfließende Schüttgut an bis zu vier Abnehmer aufteilt. Dazu wird unter dem Schüttgutsilo eine Einlauföffnung (1) angebracht, die nach unten mindestens 2 trichterförmige ineinander mündende Rohrstümpfe (6, 7) aufweist, die an ihrem unteren Ende mindestens zwei kleinere kreisförmige Auslauföffnungen (2) besitzt. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrstümpfe (6, 7; 8, 9) so ineinander münden, dass zur Vertikalen keine Ansetzwinkel (16) auftreten, die mehr als 30° betragen. Dabei sind die Rohrstümpfe (6, 7; 8, 9) rosettenförmig zueinander angeordnet und münden so ineinander, dass die Summe der Auslassquerschnittsflächen in axialer Richtung in jeder Querschnittsebene zwischen den Einlass- (1) und Auslassöffnungen (2) etwa konstant bleibt. Dabei sind die Auslassquerschnitte und der Einlassquerschnitt auf eine maximal zulässige Schüttgutgeschwindigkeit vmax bemessen, die einen gleichmäßigen gravimetrischen Massenfluss im Auslaufverteiler gewährleisten und so Brückenbildungen oder ein pulsierendes Auslaufverhalten verhindern.
