Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines lackierten metallischen Bauteils auf Basis von verzinktem Stahl, wobei man a) Bleche aus verzinktem Stahl, die eine Beschichtung auf Basis organischer Polymere tragen, schneidet und/oder stanzt und/oder umformt und zu dem Bauteil zusammenfügt, wobei Bereiche der Metalloberfläche entstehen, die nicht von der Beschichtung auf Basis organischer Polymere bedeckt sind; b) das zusammengefügte Bauteil reinigt, c) das gereinigte zusammengefügte Bauteil mit einer chromfreien sauren wässrigen Behandlungslösung in Kontakt bringt, die auf den im Teilschritt a) entstandenen Bereichen der Metalloberfläche, die nicht von der Beschichtung auf Basis organischer Polymere bedeckt sind; eine Passivierungsschicht erzeugt, die keine Zinkphosphatschicht darstellt, d) erwünschtenfalls mit Wasser spült und e) mit einer Lackschicht beschichtet, wobei das metallische Bauteil während der Durchführung der Teilschritte b) bis e) ausschließlich aus den Blechen aus verzinktem Stahl, die eine Beschichtung auf Basis organischer Polymere tragen, besteht und wobei der Teilschritt c) der einzige Behandlungsschritt nach dem Teilschritt a) ist, der eine Passivierungsschicht auf den im Teilschritt a) entstandenen Bereichen der Metalloberfläche, die nicht von der Beschichtung auf Basis organischer Polymere bedeckt sind, erzeugt. Die Behandlungslösung im Teilschritt c) enthält vorzugsweise Fluorokomplexe von Ti, Zr und/oder Si sowie organische Polymere. Die Erfindung umfasst auch ein entsprechend behandeltes metallisches Bauteil.
