Claims (1)
- Printing press having a number of printing units (01, 02, 03, 04) and at least two folding apparatuses (17; 18), the axis of rotation of a first cross-cutting cylinder (23) of the first and second folding apparatus (17; 18) and the axis of rotation at least of one cylinder group bordering a printing gap being arranged running in parallel, at least one printing unit (01, 02, 03, 04) being arranged next to another printing unit (01, 02, 03, 04) relative to the axial direction of its cylinder, the folding apparatuses (17, 18) in each case being arranged in a space between two subassemblies in each case consisting of a printing unit (01, 02, 03, 04), a dryer (09) and a turning bar (12, 13, 14, 16), the two folding apparatuses (17, 18) being placed in alignment in the direction of the axis of rotation of the cross-cutting cylinder (23), at least one roll changer (06) being arranged beneath a dryer (09), each folding apparatus (17, 18) having two knives for the longitudinal cutting of the paper webs (07) supplied to it into partial webs of in each case two pages wide and three formers (19) for the longitudinal folding of the partial webs thus obtained.
