Dispositif permettant d'effectuer des exercices physiques notamment de musculation et d'étirement entre l'extrémité distale (Ed) des jambes (J) liées au bassin (B) du corps (C) d'un être humain et le tronc (T) de ce corps, dans un milieu où règne une force de gravitation comme sur la Terre (Gt), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte : une embase (1), une rampe (2) solidaire de l'embase, le plan incliné (3) de la rampe faisant avec la direction horizontale (Dh) un angle ou, un chariot (4), des moyens (5) pour monter le chariot (4) en translation le long de la rampe (2) suivant une direction donnée (Dd) entre un premier point haut (6) et un deuxième point bas (7) de cette rampe (2), un dossier (8) solidaire du chariot (4), ledit dossier étant apte à recevoir le tronc (T) du corps humain (C), le plan (9) du dossier faisant avec la direction horizontale (Dh) un angle α2 défini de façon que la partie la plus basse (10) du dossier apte à recevoir le bassin (B) du corps (C) humain soit situé vers le premier point (6), une potence (11), une manivelle (12), des moyens (13) pour monter la manivelle (12) en rotation en une première extrémité (14) de la potence (11), autour d'un premier axe (18) sensiblement horizontal et perpendiculaire à la direction donnée (Dd), ce premier axe étant situé à un niveau plus élevé que le niveau auquel se situe le premier point (6), des moyens d'accrochage (15) de l'extrémité distale (Ed) de chaque jambe (J) respectivement en deux troisième (16) et quatrième (17) points de la manivelle (12), et des moyens (19) pour monter la potence (11) en rotation en sa seconde extrémité (21) par rapport à l'embase (1), autour d'un deuxième axe (20) sensiblement parallèle au premier axe (18), ledit deuxième axe (20) passant par un cinquième point (22) sensiblement situé dans le plan vertical passant par les premier et deuxième points (6, 7), ce dit cinquième point étant situé, par rapport à la rampe (2), de façon que la verticale (\ ) passant par le premier point (6) soit située entre la verticale (V2) passant par ce cinquième point et la verticale (V3) passant par le deuxième point (7), ladite potence (11) étant agencée de façon qu'elle soit apte à pivoter autour du deuxième axe (20) entre deux positions limites (P-i, P2) définies de part et d'autre d'une position médiane (Pm), ladite position médiane étant celle dans laquelle la première droite (Di) perpendiculaire aux premier et deuxième axes (18, 20) et passant par le cinquième point (22) est sensiblement perpendiculaire à la seconde droite (D2) perpendiculaire au premier axe (18) et passant sensiblement par la partie la plus basse (10) du dossier (8).1.
